The overall rooms and location were great for the first time being in Paris. There were some issues with the service. The staff made it an issue when my group and I tried to eat at the table in the lobby one evening. The evening staff made us leave the area and said it wasn't allowed. Although multiple other people (not from my group) were allowed to do so at varying times throughout the day and evening. The staff made a point to let us know that the hotel was a business location and not for tourists. It was a noticeable behavior change from how my group (US travelers) were treated in accordance with others from various parts of the world. All of us were respectable and abided by their rules. Another problem arose with the cleaning service. The do not disturb sign was placed on my room door. I left the hotel around 5-6pm and came back several hours later. I noticed my Target bag in the restroom with my hair products, lotion, shea butter, electric toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower cap were missing. I informed the concierge (I believe his name was Roman) about this issue and was told the cleaning staff would be contacted. I checked in with him again and another concierge (unsure of his name) about the status of my belongings. The do not disturb sign was placed on my door again the next day. The cleaning staff attempted to enter into the room, but this time there was an extra lock on the door. They weren't able to. There was absolutely nothing done by anyone or a sense of urgency to find a resolution. I informed Roman of my departure soon and gave my contact information (my name was not on the room) about the next steps. I was told someone would be in contact with me. No one ever contacted me about what happened or offering replacements for my lost items. I wouldn't recommend staying at this establishment.

The cleaning service is improvable. One day we didn't have towels when we arrive to the room (even the ones hanging that shouldn't be changed). We called and it took 45 minutes to get towels to be able to have a shower. The room is big (for Paris) and nicely decorated, although with views of the wastebins. The extractor in the bathroom was too noisy and there was no way to turn it off. I found the mattress too hard. The breakfast had enough variety to find something you like, but if you went at a busy time many things were empty. I would have liked to have more healthy options. One day we were having breakfast and someone starting shouting in the kitchen. Some employees left the kitchen and acted like they were doing something useful while the shouting in the kitchen continued. I paid between 200€ and 250€ per night for two persons+breakfast. I think next time I stay in Paris I can find a hotel where I get towels and I don't hear people shouting while having breakfast for that price.

The good: David, at the reception, was very friendly during check-in. We also got an upgrade and got a room on a higher floor. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep after a lot of walking in Paris during the day. The metro station is pretty close. Also, there is a stretch of good restaurants in Boulevard Victor, just 700-800 m away. There is a reasonably priced supermarket next door. We forgot to reserve a parking spot up-front, but we got a place anyway in their own parking garage. I would also like to thank the Indian person who met us every morning in the cafeteria (I am so sorry I forgot his name). He made our breakfast experience very pleasant. The not-so-good: While the breakfast menu was decent, it didn't change at all during our stay (we had exactly the same breakfast for 3 consecutive days). Also, the breakfast area was a bit messed up. The tables were not super clean and the cutlery was always missing from the table. So, on all 3 days, we had to ask for the cutlery ourselves.

The hotel was nicely appointed and comfortable, the staff incredibly helpful and professional, and housekeeping was top notch. My husband and I stayed for a week and were quite pleased with the attention to detail and hospitality. If you're looking to be waited on hand and foot, stay at a Ritz property. However, if you are looking for a comfortable, immaculate, and pleasant stay, you will find it here. Thank you to the Manager (her name escapes me) and Stefan and everyone who welcomed us so warmly!

This is my third night that we stayed in this hotel, and I have two more nights left. I cannot stand the room service in this hotel anymore, so I have to leave a review now. The location and the renovation of the hotel is good but the housekeeping service is way below Marriott standard or any hotel standard. We are good member and we are staying at Marriott hotel all the time. But never had this experience before. I haven’t got any coffee pots refill for two days and I called the front desk to ask for it three times and it never got delivered and the last time I called the front desk says “we are too busy”. She didn’t even apologize at all. Tonight what really upset me is when I came back from a full day tour I found my cups and glass on the desk not in the coffee tray and what make it worse the glass is unwashed just leave on the desk. This is not like any north American courtyard hotel has dishwasher this is a Paris standard room, should I wash all my cups/ glasses myself? When it happens first night I thought maybe I didn’t leave a tip so I left 5€ the next day but it is even worse at least the first day my glasses got washed. On top of that today my shower gel run out without getting refilled as well. I am really upset with the service that received. I hope the house keeping standard will get improved in the future, otherwise I really should consider other brand hotel to stay.

Night manager David was most helpful and welcoming when we arrived one late Monday evening. This newish business hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Paris Ring Road) making it highly accessible from the CDG airport in just thirty minutes. We were tired after the long flight so we were very grateful that he checked us in so promptly for our ten-night stay. With our platinum Bonvoy status David also upgraded us to the Junior Suite (#122) with a view of the pleasant inner courtyard garden. The spacious trapezoidal shaped room came with large sofa, writing desk, super king size bed, large closet and an integrated compact fridge, safe and beverage bar. The bathroom was also extremely specious. Everything smelt clean and looked spotless. Our requests for extra pillows, hangers and toiletries were always met promptly. Housekeeping did a very good job. Our reservation came with daily breakfast which is served on the ground floor. An amply above average spread - but more importantly the quality is very apparent in spite of the lack of a live station preparing eggs. All in all, CMPdV comes highly recommended. Their team managing the front desk are irreproachable.

Hotel room was okay. However, they didn’t provide us the tag to hang on the door for cleaning, nor do we have tissue. Coffee bar is not refilled everyday, and laundry would take two days to finish. During our 8 days’ stay, there was even one day they didn’t clean the room, though we requested it. Front desk staff were pretty cold mannered, definitely not what it should be like for this levels courtyard by Marriott standards. Location might be the reason why people keeps booking with them.

Good hotel, modem, clean. The room was a good size and comfortable. Had some issues with the AC but they were able to fix it. The hotel is pretty quiet. Good option for Paris but will take you about 20 or 30 minutes to get into central Paris via tube. There are a number of places to eat around the hotel area as well. Enjoyable stay.

This hotel was right on a subway line, easy to commute everywhere. The room was comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable king-size bed. It had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, tea cattle, etc. Very well equipped. The employees were very polite, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Right next to the hotel there is a big grocery store and some restaurants. This is a great hotel, especially suitable if you are in Paris for business.

Great place for family to enjoy and relax. The hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. But when I checked-in around midnight, the lady staff and one tall guy at the front desk were not welcoming at all. But other staffs including restaurant & bar are very friendly and housekeeping ladies are also very very kind. Thank you housekeeping for cleaning the room very neat everyday <3. The location is a bit off to the downtown but it’s easy to get an Uber from hotel.

Modern, clean hotel with pleasant stuff. The rooms are fresh, spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast area is very nice and pleasant to stay at (Big appreciation for fresh juices). The stuff of the restaurant on the front desk was amazingly pleasant and kind, which made us enjoyed the stay even more. The metro station is 5-10min walk. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and cooperative work of the hotel. Recommend!

In terms of price-to-value, I was really happy with this hotel. Modern facilities and modern, clean rooms which I had no complaints about. The location is perfect as it is well connected to the tram and metro, has lots of good food options around but isn’t too busy. Benoit at the front desk was very helpful and efficient with all requests I had during the stay. I would happily stay here again.

The room was a nice size and clean. The location isn't super central, but it's two minutes away from the metro and also serviced by buses and trams so there are no real issues getting around. The service definitely left a lot to be desired. I am by no means expecting anyone to be fawning over me when I check in, but a simple return of my greeting would have been nice. There were two staff members behind the desk when we checked in, and we were the only guests currently in the lobby. The whole time we were checking in, the two staff members were chatting to each other in French. I understood enough of the context and body language to know they weren't working through an issue with the machine, or one of them instruction the other processes or similar- it was just a chat between two coworkers. I had to interrupt the chat to ask if they didn't need to see any ID, to which the person checking us in glanced at me and shook their head no. I also had to ask if they had my membership number on file- usually this is at least mentioned by the check-in staff. We finally received one key card, and had to ask to get a second one which is a little strange as I would assume most adults would prefer to have their own key card. Getting to the elevator, we couldn't get either one to work. Going back to the reception, the front desk person gave a small sigh/giggle when I said the card wasn't working and took it from me to show us how to use them- turns out you have to hold them against the reader for about 30 seconds for it to activate- why not just tell us this up front as it's obviously a common problem? We didn't have much other interaction with the staff, but the only time anyone even lifted their heads and greeted us when we came in through the front doors was when what was obviously a manager was also behind the front desk. The hotel is nice but the whole experience left us feeling like we were a burden one the staff for being there which wasn't very nice.

The room was good and the service was good as well. The breakfast is not that good. It's better than you would get at a US hotel, but worse than others I've had when traveling at comparable hotels. Location is close to a metro station, which makes getting around easy.

Great hotel in the area, walking distance to a lot of what the area has to offer. Small bar up front, a few items to eat in the evenings there. The restaurant has exceptional food offerings for those wanting a nice sit down without leaving the comfort of the hotel. Slim offerings from the little convenience store area, mainly a few drinks and snacks. Here for business so it's just right. TV can connect to your devices, so streaming shows is easy if you want to enjoy your own shows.

I just checked out of the Courtyard hotel and cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about my stay here! The staff are very helpful and the food is AMAZING. The location may seem a little out of the way ( I was here for a show at the exhibition hall) but the neighborhood is sweet and the locals are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott (Versailles) for 5 nights and I can not rave enough about the service. Whilst it’s a 20 min train ride away from the main spots (Eiffel tower and louvre), the service we received made this hotel so worth it. The room were modern, the breakfast buffet was fresh and well resourced and the staff were great! They went above and beyond to meet our (daily) requests. A special mention to a specific reception staff member, Inns. She was incredible! She made our stay so comfortable and was so helpful the whole time we we were there.

The room was okay, and some staff were quite good while others were lame. One of the housekeeper wouldn't give an extra soap, also claims that lotion was not available, no shoehorn, and was pointless to ask for anything. Some staff were outstanding, including another housekeeper who was very helpful. Location isn't the best for Paris, but was 5 minutes walk from a metro. I think the hotel was just outside of the Paris ring.

This is my first review of a hotel. The staff was amazing. Adeline at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. With the help of her manager she was able to get me the room that was most suitable for me and my family. Maria housekeeping shout out to you. There was another lady that we met that was working with housekeeping that was super sweet, gave us helful tips. They contributed to making my mom's birthday one she will never forget. Adeline my stay was better than expected. Thank you 😊

Very happy with my short stay here. I actually stayed at another Marriott hotel after considered to be more "upscale" and thought this hotel was better! Super close to a train that can take you right to the Eiffel tower and Versailles.

Amazing brand new hotel, great staff, great location. Buffet breakfast has a large selection of French pastries / charcuterie and…cheese! Everything has been very tasty. I strongly recommend this Courtyard by Marriott.!

Very good breakfast - one of the best in Paris with wide selections - and staff deliver great services in this hotel. Near metro, bus, tram and easy access around Paris. Highly recommended and value for money. Room has very good layout & bathroom is spacious😀 Love it ❤️ Will be back again👍

I think this is a really solid property close to restaurants and the metro. You can get to anywhere in central Paris with in 30 minutes or less. It’s well priced and super clean. You can tell it’s a newer property. No complaints here. Every one at the front desk speaks French and English.

I loved our stay here!! The room was comfortable, clean and safe. The pictures on the hotel website is exactly what we got! Comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower. Very nice! Great neighborhood just outside of the circle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near shopping, dining and the bus/metro. Everything we needed when not exploring Paris city center was right there. The locals were friendly and offered directions and food suggestions. There are plenty of halal options nearby too. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a good experience at this hotel. I was not recognized at all for my elite status at check in, which was disappointing. The front desk staff are kind and accommodating to requests though. Upon check in, the room was very hot as the hotel had turned off the AC for the season. The staff were able to send a fan up to the room for me, which made it cool and comfortable enough to sleep. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated, however the bed was not that great it was too firm for us and the sheets and blanket were a bit rough. Housekeeping was a bit lacking in terms of stocking the room properly, they forgot to replace items in the bathroom such as adequate towels, toilet paper, and tissues when they were needed. Location is pretty good as it is close walking distance to the metro station and the tram station. You can expect to be on the train for about 35-40 minutes to get to the main sights. Good value for the price though.

Highly recommended ! Clean, friendly service and hotel staff are helpful. Location is 8 min walk to metro, bus, train. A very good breakfast buffet, one of the best for 4 star hotels in Paris 👍with many selections. They take order for omelette without additional charge. Plus point, the Carrefour "City" is just next door! Will be back😁

Staff and service was excellent. Room was perfect. Johanna was the best when she went all the way out to help us when there were complications during our trip. She was very professional and most helpful, we couldn't thank her more. It is people like Johanna that I would rate 10 stars if that option was available . Thank you Johanna, you are the best!!

Opened in late 2019 and went here for first time as near my work office. Very comfortable accommodation and modern as you'd expect. Had a great evening meal in the restaurant too. WiFi is fine.

The hotel is about an 6 min walk to Port de Versailles station. There are plenty of restaurants, a self service laundromat and supermarket nearby. The service was good; we got an upgrade so we were very happy with that. The breakfast was mediocre. I definitely wouldn’t pay for the buffet unless it’s included in the stay. The lobby had a good sitting area. The bartender was friendly and nice! The room rate is reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was very modern and beautiful with beautiful wall paper. The bathroom was fantastic with a shower and a detachable shower both of which could be used at the same time! Everything was very clean and everyone was very hospitable. Major shout-out to Jason who made wonderful drinks for me everyday! I asked him to surprise me and surprise me he did! You can't miss out on his drinks if you're staying there. We also had dinner there one night and it was absolutely lovely. It was my favorite dinner during our whole stay. Their internet was also super fast. The location is also pretty great actually! It was close to both palace of Versailles and Eiffel Tower, and a short Uber ride away from Louvre, and Champs Elysees. All in all great experience!

This hotel was perfect for our family's needs. We traveled with a 5-year-old and had concerns about having enough living space, a bathtub, and a pullout bed. We had all of these things and more! The suite room we stayed in was quiet and comfortable. It's ideal for 1-2 children. There are two metro stops are within walking distance, but you should plan at least a 25-minute commute time from this hotel to any location in the city. The hotel's neighborhood has a lot of nice restaurants, chains like McDonald's, a laundromat, and two grocery stores (Franprix and Carrefour). Access to these things is important for families. All of the hotel staffers were super accommodating and friendly. And the breakfast is substantial, they offer way more than the typical continental spread with croissants, fruit cups, and coffee. The rates here are not cheap, but neither is the quality of the food, service, and lodging space at this hotel. Staying here was one of many good decisions we made for our trip.

Receptionist was nice and friendly. Despite that the hotel was empty they have not upgraded me despite being a gold member. The room was clean however water and amenities were not in the room. It shows that Marriott standards were not applied. Gym is nice with core required equipment.

Super nice, clean, large rooms. Everything is brand new. The bed and couch bed are very comfortable. Very nice large TV. Bathroom amazing. Super big and clean. Awesome shower. Very nice coffee machine and selection of tea. A bit expensive but totally worth it!!!

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Beware the location is not central Paris (and you're not paying central Paris prices), but the 12 line (Metro) is only a 5 minute walk.

I visited this hotel for work with a colleague of mine. We had a very stressful night getting there driving from Brussels and once we came into this hotel it was a total oasis! The staff were absolutely amazing especially the young man who was on shift on January the 16th at around 11:30pm at main reception he was totally god sent! He helped us so much even on the phone when we were lost getting there. The manager of the bar and other staff member at the bar were extremely welcoming as well! Throughout our 3 night stay we felt super attended to these workers really made our stay in Paris so wonderful! Thanks so much :)

We just spent 3 nights at this hotel, and it was an incredibly comfortable stay, with excellent service and overall great value for money. We checked in very late due to a delayed train arrival and were greeted by David at the front desk. After a long day it was lovely to ve greeted by a friendly face who I felt really wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their breakfasts is on the expensive side, but very well appointed. There were a few hot options, and a large array of baked goods, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, yogurts etc. If you can do a room package with breakfast included, I recommend it! Location is about 5 minutes from the subway line, so relatively easy to get around, and I loved that it was further away from the busier tourist areas. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again!

Very nice hotel. Good bar and location. It’s located on a one way street, so it’s easy for cars to stop in front. The rooms were roomy and the bed and bedding were comfortable.
