The
overall
rooms
and
location
were
great
for
the
first
time
being
in
Paris.
There
were
some
issues
with
the
service.
The
staff
made
it
an
issue
when
my
group
and
I
tried
to
eat
at
the
table
in
the
lobby
one
evening.
The
evening
staff
made
us
leave
the
area
and
said
it
wasn't
allowed.
Although
multiple
other
people
(not
from
my
group)
were
allowed
to
do
so
at
varying
times
throughout
the
day
and
evening.
The
staff
made
a
point
to
let
us
know
that
the
hotel
was
a
business
location
and
not
for
tourists.
It
was
a
noticeable
behavior
change
from
how
my
group
(US
travelers)
were
treated
in
accordance
with
others
from
various
parts
of
the
world.
All
of
us
were
respectable
and
abided
by
their
rules.
Another
problem
arose
with
the
cleaning
service.
The
do
not
disturb
sign
was
placed
on
my
room
door.
I
left
the
hotel
around
5-6pm
and
came
back
several
hours
later.
I
noticed
my
Target
bag
in
the
restroom
with
my
hair
products,
lotion,
shea
butter,
electric
toothbrush,
toothpaste,
and
shower
cap
were
missing.
I
informed
the
concierge
(I
believe
his
name
was
Roman)
about
this
issue
and
was
told
the
cleaning
staff
would
be
contacted.
I
checked
in
with
him
again
and
another
concierge
(unsure
of
his
name)
about
the
status
of
my
belongings.
The
do
not
disturb
sign
was
placed
on
my
door
again
the
next
day.
The
cleaning
staff
attempted
to
enter
into
the
room,
but
this
time
there
was
an
extra
lock
on
the
door.
They
weren't
able
to.
There
was
absolutely
nothing
done
by
anyone
or
a
sense
of
urgency
to
find
a
resolution.
I
informed
Roman
of
my
departure
soon
and
gave
my
contact
information
(my
name
was
not
on
the
room)
about
the
next
steps.
I
was
told
someone
would
be
in
contact
with
me.
No
one
ever
contacted
me
about
what
happened
or
offering
replacements
for
my
lost
items.
I
wouldn't
recommend
staying
at
this
establishment.
