We did not stay here and my review is connected to the poor (and disappointing) treatment we received from the hotel when we needed to cancel our reservation one week before arriving. We had already paid them 700 euros to reserve our room and we were to pay more upon arrival. Due to health challenges we had to postpone our trip to Paris and so I attempted to cancel our room, realizing that some of our money would not be refunded. They kept $2000 Canadian dollars, charging us not only the amount we had deposited with them, but also the remainder of our fees. I wrote to them, I explained the time zone misunderstanding, I asked if they would keep half of our money and refund the remainder and the answer was, repeatedly: no. So we have now given them $2000 for absolutely nothing. Do not stay here, do not book here, and tell all of your traveling friends to avoid them.

Nice area to stay for several days. Good hotel except for the fact that our windows doesn’t close tightly and it it so LOUD with the cars and trucks that went by. They clean every four days which is ok. The place comes with a little kitchen and microwave. Staff are nice.

Excellent Hotel, Close to our office in Issy and a great find, myself and the team I work with will use the hotel on our trips to Paris. Rooms are very comfortable, the one I got was a little small and a bit noisy due to being on the front of the hotel but clean, bed was very comfortable look forward to our next stay.

We stayed at Yays Issy for 9 nights. Such a pleasure! The staff were exceptional! Always a friendly smile and chat before we left for our days out and when coming back after our sightseeing. Clean, well equipped apartments made making your own meals a breeze. The laundry room was such a bonus! Great area to live and ... seeing the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop even more special! I really loved my experience at YAYS. Super comfortable room, bed was amazing. Really, really clean. The service is great, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. It is really nice having a coffee machine. And that amazing rooftop with view over the city and Eiffel Tower is quite cool. I would stay here again. A walk of 10 minutes from the subway and you are home!

My family stayed here for vacation and the rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly! Although it's not right in the middle of everything, it's really close to 2 metro lines so it's not difficult to get to everything. They also give you some really good recommendations if you just want to take a day to explore the neighborhood. It's definitely worth the stay!

We had an enjoyable stay here. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The local guide book was a great touch and really useful with great local recommendations for places to visit. The room had a good sized double bed with a really comfortable mattress. Pillows were very comfy too with plenty of spares. There was a pull out mattress sofa bed also available. TV in the lounge and bedroom. Shower was large and powerful. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Extractor fan not very powerful and so needed to open a window to let some smoke out. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay in the hotel (not due to us) but probably due to the poor extractor fans or people smoking perhaps. It’s a good location for Paris, only a few stops to Versailles from the main line station and the metro is close in the other direction to go into the city. Although it is further out From the centre (30 min to Eiffel Tower approx) the attractions of Paris are not that far away due to the excellent transport links. The advantages are the local bars, restaurants, patisseries and boulangeries. Far better than the tourist ones and better prices too. The YAYS neighbourhood guide gives some great recommendations for places to eat. We really enjoyed Toyosushi just down the road and la fête des pains for fresh bread and pastries. You definitely get a local feel staying here. We loved the flexibility of being able to cook in the apartment having a 2 year old with us. I would definitely book something similar again. There seems to be a general issue with the aircon in a lot of the rooms. Our one was showing that the filter needed cleaning. It was set at 16 degrees but room was still 28 degrees. All the aircon units probably need a service. Two of the concierges were really friendly and helpful, really chatty and made the stay great. Some of the others were less so. Overall I would definitely recommend and consider staying here agains

Lovely room with the comfiest bed!! In a really nice area, close to the metro station and handy for shops, bakeries etc. The view from the roof terrace was also a brilliant surprise 🤩

The room and the bed is a bit small but sufficient, the AC worked really well. The noise from the street (only traffic) outside is hearable but ok, the hotel inside was very quiet.

We loved our time in this YAYS apartment. It was beautifully clean and well stocked with essentials. We cooked meals there with ease. We were particularly happy with the space, the air conditioning and the proximity to the Metro line and village. A lovely residential area with all the comforts you would expect from Paris. Had a 2 week stay here and it was absolutely wonderful. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, nice big clean room, the entire staff were all really helpful and friendly, and of course the amazing views from the roof. Would definitely love to come back one day

This hotel is just run by a bunch of crooks who will swindle you of your money and that's all. Don't even waste your time with these people. They do not even have the least bit of compassion for someone who is very unwell and had to undergo emergency surgery. I would strongly advise against staying at a place that values profit over the well-being of its guests. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this hotel that left me feeling both frustrated and out of pocket. It all began when I had to abruptly cancel my planned trip due to a sudden and unexpected medical emergency that required hospitalization. Amidst all the stress and uncertainty of my health situation, I unfortunately forgot to cancel my hotel booking in advance. Realizing my oversight on day 2 of the booking, I immediately contacted the hotel to explain my predicament and to request cancellation of my reservation. I was hoping for a compassionate response, considering the circumstances. Specifically, I asked if they could charge me for only the first two days of my booking and refund the remaining balance, given that I would not be able to stay at their establishment due to my hospitalization. However, to my dismay, the hotel staff refused my request outright. They insisted on charging me the full amount for the entire duration of my reservation, despite the fact that I hadn't set foot in the hotel, nor had I consumed any of their services. This inflexible approach left me deeply dissatisfied with their customer service. This hotel's lack of compassion during a medical emergency was truly disappointing. They refused to cancel our booking, despite the circumstances, which showed a complete disregard for customer well-being. In such a challenging and unexpected situation, I had hoped for some understanding and flexibility from the hotel, but their refusal to accommodate my circumstances and their insistence on charging the full amount was both disappointing and unfair. DO NOT GO HERE! The rooms and service are disgusting! I’ve posted photos of the room and proof the manager (Cedric) agrees the work going on and the state of our apartment ruined our stay but refuses to offers a refund! The curtains were hanging down and covered in mould, kettle wires exposed so very dangerous, sofa bed blood stained, walls and doors filthy, radiator burnt, hooks and utensil racks hanging down, whole apartment smelt mouldy! have sought advice from a solicitor as there is no complaints procedure! It is impossible to get reply’s they just try to ignore you and brush you off! Our neighbours were continuously locked out of their room as the keys are digital and there was no working internet! Beautiful small clean room with kitchen.good for short term stay.you can also wash clothes here in washing machine on ground floor .we aslo got effiel tower view from our window. You can go to roof for effiel tower views as wel.here i added two pics from roof of this building. Staff were good and responsive . Negative sides- we didn't have fan in bathroom and we stayed for one week and they said that long stay they clean only once in week.I think it should we two time in week atleast.

I would call my stay Torture. They are big-time cheaters and make false promises. During my stay, the air conditioning was not working and they didn't make any efforts to fix it. Brand spanking new! I stayed 2 nights in a studio appartment; full kitchen, nice bed, best shower ever (if the hot water works ;) ). Conveniently located, about 10-15 minutes from Metro and RER trains. Recommended!
