Pros: fast and professional, responsive to feedback, central, friendly! Cons: my hair is still a bit frizzy. she didn’t do the style I requested when showing photos. I expected more based on photos of others and pricing ( 3x price of normal Istanbul rates). Attached photos - not bad but really not salon quality. I could have done it better with less damage at home :( I sad But overall nice people friendly. Just want to be honest

Ok.. Im on holiday from London and came all the way to treat myself here based on the amazing Google reviews.. So, fairly speaking, Im happy, Naci and Helbest were just amazing, helpful, and customer obsessed.. I really appreciate their work.. 🤍🤍🤍 Now, back to all other things.. First, my expectations were higher when I learned about the price, interms of place and services.. Still, Im happy with everything apart from the fact that I was treated rudely by one of the employees there.. I think generally speaking there are certain principle you need to follow at work regardless of everything else, however when you decide to spend around 300 $ on your hair you expect even a much better and higher standard of customer service.. So this was disappointing.. staff need to keep this in mind.. expectations in such a place are higher than everywhere else!!! Naci and Helbest tried to make it up to me, thanks a lot.. 😊😍😊😍

Got my nails and hair done here, it was all great. Nails look super cute and my hair is just what I wanted. They speak English fine, we understood each other. The place is clean and presentable. Great customer service. Located in the edge of Taksim Square

Brilliant salon! It felt like we came all the way from the UK to spend a whole day here. No wonder this place has such a high review. Called them in the morning to book an appointment for my wife and a friend, ended up getting a haircut myself. The team including Aref, Naci, Rose and Gazal were very friendly and professional, and made us feel right at home. If you're seeing this, do give this place a try.

Wash and blow dry with Ghazal & my sister got a hair cut. They were very accommodating and organised for a private room for my sister who requested it. My family of 4 also all got pedicures, best pedicures ever by Rose and Simra. Great service, I always visit every trip to Istanbul.

Me and my husband went there so spontaneously without appointment. Aidin did a hair cut and haircolor for me, and a haircut for my husband. Gözel (I hope I wrote the name correctly) did a manicure for me. Aidin was so friendly and nice barber. He really put effort and took time for my hair color (I had dark brown hair). I am so satisfied with the color. However, the haircut was not that good (see pictures). Moreover I would suggest to disinfect the hair cut tools as my husbands head got irritated. His haircut was not the same as what he wanted. I understand the head shapes and hair types are different for different people but he wanted a faded hair cut in which no hair line can be seen. I was not that satisfied with the manicure. Ghazal was such a nice person. I would like to thank her for translations 😊 About the prices. The haircuts and manicure are overpriced but haircolor was reasonable and satisfactory.

Best service and very talented team.... they also took us in without an appointment and patiently worked (with a nice outcome) after their closing hours. I will suggest to please take an advance appointment. Very pleased with their service!!!

I came on vacation from US. I googled and found Aref, I showed him what I want and he delivered what promised he did also a protein to my hair beautiful hair cut and style!! I am impressed with the communication as he replied same minute also he accommodate my request right the next day!! Nice & friendly staff. I wish I could take his hands to maintain same hair color and style!! Best experience and definitely will come back every time I am in Istanbul. He is so professional , patient and passionate of what he does.

Salon is responsive and will get back to your whatsapp message. The price came out to be 1.5k Lira more than the initial price I made on WhatsApp but I think thats normal with hair. The staff is very nice and sweet. The salon is a little bit cold for my taste and it was not so easy to find since it was in the first floor. Kamal was very very nice. He is a quite professional hair stylist whole will take time for you and your hair. Im very happy with my hair. It took almost 5hours and he did it with love and ease. Ive been to salons where they rush rush you. Kamal is the man for a balayage. I did my nails as well there and my eyebrows threading. The whole stuff is very friendly and professional. They respond to your message quick. Highly suggest going here.

Beware of rip-offs! It's best to clarify the price and get it in writing, otherwise you'll pay twice because no one remembers the agreement. Expensive and unfortunately not recommended at all for dyeing! My hairdresser in Germany was shocked when he saw this

Wow, what can I say.. I had my hair done here by the awesome Ahmet and lovely Ada. I got the hair Botox a full colour to match the ends & the roots of my hair also had haircut. These guys completely exceeded my expectations. My hair came out BEAUTIFUL you guys! So wonderful and worth every penny. Definitely will come back when I visit Istanbul next time.

This is the place for Hair extension. It’s my first time to do hair extension so I was looking carefully. I looked a lot and Ersin’s place was the one answering all my questions and addressing every concern on whatsapp. My whole experience was amazing. The ladies at the reception were super welcoming and friendly. Irfan abi’s consultation helped me a lot to take my decision. All the staff are super professional and friendly and tho I didn’t speak Turkish I got the best service and when I didn’t like something they understand and try their best to fix it. Irfan’s technique and work is outstanding, truly the results are so pleasing and the extensions look so natural. I also did Manicure with Samira abla she did a great work I loved her nail cuticle work and the nail polish application. I totally recommend this place.

I was on a holiday in turkey and definitely needed a haircut fix. I came across this salon as it was close to where I was staying and had a good rating. Ghazal was my hair dresser and she did a fabulous job in ensuring I was comfortable with the cut and the length. She styled it really well too. The 4 stars are for her and some of the staff. Initially, I was put off by the reception lady as she was very rude and unfriendly. I almost walked out but then got to interact with the other staff and liked their vibes.

I got my balyage done by Kemal and he did an amazing job! I loved the end result and he recommended an Olaplex treatment for my hair which ended with my hair being baby soft. 10/10 will recommend!

I had a hair cut and blow dry. I really liked the service. Ghazal was my hair dresser. She was very friendly and skilled. They have a private room if you want full seclusion. Overall the experience was good except for the rates. I saw on the website that blow dry costs 250. But I was charged 300. I am not sure if they have extra service charges. Initially I wanted to get only haircut and I was told 500 just like the website says. When I asked for the prices, I was not given any list. So it might be better for one to confirm ahead, the prices from the website .

Just had my hair extensions done here! And what I can I say I’m in love with them! The staff are so nice and the quality of service is amazing. Would recommend any English speaking people wanting their hair done to visit this salon! I also had a manicure while my hair was being coloured and what a great manicure! Me and my mother went to this salon. They welcomed us very nicely and even brought us coffee. I colored my hair at Huseyin and had keratin straightening done. The color was perfect and Huseyin is very professional and nice and does his job really well.
