This place is awesome! Love the customer service. They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. I felt like I’m surrounded by friends ! I had Turkish bath and full body massage. It was one of BEST experiences I have had in spa visit.

it was great to know this spa at the parma hotel , i did a lot of massages in another places but this place is different and and so professional workers from the reception they meet me with a big smile and explaining to you everything , amd send me to the professional therapist that i met and she did a relaxing massage and then turkish hamam with sea salt beeling , i felt so fresh and like a newborn , i enjoyed a lot thanks alot for the whole team and will come again for sure with my friends .

Fantastic service all round. The staff are very friendly and professional, and we had the best Turkish Bath experience ever. We paid around ₺1300 per person and for this you start with a refreshing face mask and use of the sauna and steam rooms for a good time. Then the Turkish bath for 45 mins which was luxurious and relaxing and had a full body scrub, foam etc in a private bath. Provided is slippers, shorts, towels, and water+chai. I can thoroughly recommend this experience and it was good value too.

This is a very first experience for me. I had a full package of the Turkish bath, massage, and face mask . The receptionist explained everything in detail to help us understand what we were committing ourselves to. My masseus Hannah was very good. She massaged the knots on my back, my scalp, and really helped me relax after my marathon. I really enjoyed the experience and will highly recommend it to everyone wanting a different experience.

Fantastic experience all around and the best massage I’ve had in Istanbul. My masseuse, Kripa, listened to my exact issues (sore neck and lower back from long plane rides,) and focused heavily on those problem areas. I will definitely return.

Great deep tissue massage. The people were friendly and sweet. Clay mask and sauna were great too. Undergarments and towel provided. I had a relaxing time.

Everything was marvellous from stepping the foot in till leaving. The ambiance is outstanding along with lovely, professional and friendly staff. Was here on my honeymoon. Would definitely visit the place again. Highly recommended.

I came for a one day trip to istanbul and searched about turkish bath that I find this hotel in taksim area and came by personally the receptionist was Iranian and so helpful and explained all the packages with such a good detail I had express package with dear sonya that was so kind and peaceful and had an amazing turkish bath and afterward treated with tea i paid 80 $ that was a bit expensive for me it would be suitable with lower prices And the time the pool was open was at the same time mean while you were getting the message you could hear children voice that was a bit annoying for someone who wanted to relax

Wow. What an experience. Went for the massage and hamam package with the seafoam, I really can’t recommend this highly enough. Our masseuses, Sunny and Kripa, they did a fantastic job. Every part of this experience was an absolute pleasure, I left feeling like I was walking on air! I’ll be returning next time I’m in Istanbul!

She started with massage coupled with a pleasant conversation making you feel more relaxed and comfortable while undergoing therapy. Beautiful spa. Very clean and well maintained. My masseuse, Nema, was wonderful. The Turkish bath was a unique experience. Just be sure to ask for a strong scrub for max exfoliation.
