Since 0 stars cannot be given, I have to give 1 star. I was fooled by those who gave 5 stars, but I was wrong. Since it constantly changes hands, I have dealt with different people every time I go. The new arrivals claim that what was said to have existed before does not exist, which is why healthy communication is not established with anyone. Every employee I have ever dealt with has a very disrespectful attitude, pretending to get the money with a fake smiling face and literally scolding them at the slightest negativity. I could neither receive proper service nor a solution to my problem. At least 4 of my sessions were wasted in vain with ridiculous excuses. Unless you have hobbies like throwing your money away, I would never recommend it. My money was burned, not my hair. Most of them do not know how to use the devices anyway, but they need to learn how to talk to the customer, let alone the customer, and any other person. I don't have to put up with your capricious answers and glaring at me when I pay money and ask proper questions to get information. A disrespectful and inexperienced place.
