The best place to hangout and spend some time in Istanbul. My boyfriend and I were on a holiday on January 2022, and he was craving for some irish pub 😅 he found this place on google and we walk all the way from Molla Gürani. And never want to sit anywhere else since then. The place is really nice, warm, cozy, we love the music there, love the drinks, love the food, and became friends with the people there. They’re all so fun and friendly. We even moved from our hotel to b&b upstairs. Hadi helped us with everything, room bookings, PCR test, taxi, you name it. I miss hanging out with them, Aziz the funny guy, Ali is a really good guy and also Deniz the chef, and specially Nana, we still keep in touch, though. They really make me feel like home. Aziz even let us picked our own song lists 😂 Highly recommended if you come to Istanbul. You’ll thank me later.

After a while travelling turkey it was nice to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, vegetarian food is minimal but we enjoyed the Ravioli once we added seasoning, saw a beef noodle come out to a customer and it was just a bowl of brown, vegetables had been cooked with the sauce so maybe it tasted ok but not what is pictured in menu. For more veg food, Across the road is a restaurant that serves vegetable hot pot. Irish music is available on request as they predominantly play 80/90’s. Shisha is available for 300TKL, we went for double apple, found it too sweet but soldiered on plus we got entertained with smoke bubbles. We arrived Wednesday 7pm so a little quiet but soon picked up. The toilets were probably the cleanest and nicest in turkey.

Fancy a beer with jovial staff? Rounder’s is the place. I ordered Efes beer on tap and halloumi cheese (thin, salty, delicious)! Fresh, hot popcorn is free with your drinks. Great music playing on speakers!

If you’re looking for great music, staff, drinks, food and a great time, this is the place for you. They even have a floor to dance at times. The staff are friendly, the alcohol and food options are great. Thank you all for making it a memorable experience. We enjoyed it so much the first time we have come back multiple times on our visit!

I took ages to find the place. Only Irish Bar I could see West of the Bosporus. Was it worth it? There were 3 customers @ 3pm on a Monday. Food looked average. It was delivered on a motorbike. Guinness wasn’t cold enough. Service was average. Music was on a short loop. I got 23 Lira to the £ making my Guinness £7.74 a pint. I did leave a 10% tip out of courtesy. This is in an area with huge competition. There were more customers in every other establishment.

Came here, had an amazing time, they have a decent selection of beers in comparison to what you would find in other places in Istanbul. Sergio took care of me, he was fantastic, and Mehmet also. Highly recommend if you want to relax and get a nice buzz before visiting the historic Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque 😉

Being Irish-American, I always seek out Irish Pubs, wherever I travel. Rounders is a welcoming pub with nice staff and great drink! Food is above average, as most places in SultanAhmet are not above average. You can’t go wrong, here. I came 5 days out of 7. I recommend Efes beer and lamb chops.

We visited in February and although it was quiet this place became our second home. Aziz and Sergio were fantastic hosts and made our family feel welcome every day we came back. Music, ambiance and food all 6 out of 5. This is the best pub on this very busy and competitive road. We also enjoyed being able to watch Premier League Football here too. Fantastic place x

Nice local spot for a pint of Guinness. We came here on Saint Patrick’s day. The place was empty... it was lunch time so understandable why people were not hanging out and having beer. The Guinness was poured correctly which is always nice to see outside of Dublin. They don’t really have any Irish style food but the burgers were pretty good. Overall a nice spot of a pint.
