Great place to get a Hammam!! The staff was incredibly friendly, the lady managing the staff,Sonu was extremely sweet and explained everything in detail. Made reservations for a family spa, four of us negotiated price around €180 and it was nearly 3 hours with treatments. Had a wonderful time, can’t wait to go back.

Well worth a visit to this branch with Salt Cave. It is very accessible at the Sultan Ehmet area and close to many hotels so you can crash after being treated. Do the Full 2hour deal or 1:30 minutes deal. Ask for Minma, she’s speaks fluent English and very helpful. The ladies who do the actual bathing and massages are too sweet and take photos for your memories.

Not what I expected and don't be fooled by the 5 star rating! It's not a traditional, it's in the dingy basement of a hotel, I should've known better by following my instinct than trusting the rating on Google maps. The masseuse tries hard but is only average, I felt more like a horse being washed with buckets of water being poured over me than a Turkish bath. I'd suggest finding a traditional bath and doing one of those instead

Amazing, should had done this when arriving to Istanbul. OK, let's be honest F*#KING AWESOME. 1. Price, reasonable for the service you get, it looks expensive the brochure/leaflet, but when the service starts you think this is damn cheap. 2. Staff, professional, calm, guide you through out, the main thing is They Know What They Are Doing. 3. Place, elegant, relax atmosphere, clean I have done many tours while I was in Istanbul, and by hand to heart this was worth every penny. No complaints, No huffs and puffs, pure enjoyment.

It was the best experience in Istanbul. I booked hamam on internet and staff came to pick me and my friends in the hotel. Very nice girls washed us and gave us wonderful peelimg, mask and massage. We were also offered with çaj and water and some snack. I definitely recommend it. When I come back to this city I will probably repeat this experience. It was just perfect.

Really impressive experience! It was probably half the price of other options we looked at, so we didn’t know what to expect… but the staff was great, very caring and the facilities were very clean. In total, our Sultan VIP experience lasted a bit more than 2 hours, much more than we thought we would get for the price we paid! My only comment is the body scrub was intense, so some areas of my body were a bit irritated after. Not a big deal. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely recommend if you feel like relaxing!

Would highly recommend especially for ladies who want privacy. Mingma, was great at organising a personal package for our group. Brilliant customer service!

I do not think that most of the reviews are genuine this spa is way below any standard .. you feel like in workshop not a spa.. especially the noise coming out from the heater as they mentioned or the broken wooden chair in the relax room after taking Turkish bath. My advice is to check every part of the spa before they took 2,300 Turkish lira for 90 minutes treatment and to run away after 25 minutes from the unbearable horrible noise from the heater.

They love their work and they transmit it to you to the fullest. Amazing experience. A must have for those coming to the city.

Everything was 10/10. I have been to several Hamams in Turkey and this one was the best one. They made sure we had the entire Hamam experience private, they never rushed us, the facility itself was beautiful and cosy, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Amazing experience! This was our first time in a hamam and we weren’t sure what to expect, but it was a very nice and relaxing experience. Not to mention my skin is softer than ever! 😁 The staff ladies were absolutely lovely, and they took very good care of us. My husband and I were allowed to be together throughout the whole experience, so that was also a nice touch. We’re definitely coming back!! ❤️

The Turkish bath experience was quite nice. However, I felt it was a bit rushed. The staff are amazing and so polite. The massage was very relaxing. The ambiance is a bit dark as it is underground, but it is not bad. It was a good experience. 👍🏼
