I'm

staff!

reception,
the
employee
refused
to
put
me
in
the
room
category
I
had
previously
booked,

that
“Another
room
category
is
better!”,
but

the

time
refused
to
show
me
the
room
that
he
was
imposing,
stating
that
“I’m
tired”
and
“It’s
not
my
responsibility
!”,
while
I
was
quite
tired
after
a
night
spent
on
the
road.At
the
same
time,
he
did
not
even
offer
me
to
see
the
room
on
my
own,
he
insisted
that
“You
can
see
the
room
only
after
payment!”,
so
it
was
impossible
to
compare
the
room
that
the
receptionist
imposed
on
me
with
the
one
that
I
had
booked
in
advance
!
If
the
receptionist
refuses
to
fulfill
his
duties
or
does
not
know
them
at
all,
he
should
not
sit
in
this
place
at
all!,
just
as
the
clients
suffer
from
this!
After
I
paid
in
Turkish
lira,
it
was
discovered
that
the
exchange
rate
was
too
high,
which
was

warned
in
advance!
Be

no

help

room
and

forced
to
drag
your
bags
up
the
stairs
yourself!
While
I
was
resting
in
the
room,

maid
came
in
without
knocking
or
warning,
and
despite

request

“Cleaning
is

she
unceremoniously
began
waving
a
mop
in
the
middle
of
the
room,
more
for
show
than
with
the
goal
of
actually
cleaning
the
room,
like
she
didn’t
even
run
a
mop
under
the
beds!
Be

for
the

guests

smoke
on
the
balcony
of

shared
kitchen
and
the
smoke
goes
into
the
kitchen!
