My first Hammam experience at this spa was truly remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nestled in the basement of a hotel, the spa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The aesthetics were tasteful and inviting, setting the stage for a tranquil escape. However, it was the service that truly stood out. The staff provided exceptional care, ensuring our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The massage therapists who conducted our Hammam session and the subsequent 45-minute post-massage were not only skilled but also highly professional. Their expertise added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of the experience. In sum, my visit to this spa was a wonderful, deeply relaxing experience that I'd enthusiastically recommend to anyone seeking rejuvenation and pampering.

Genuinely enjoyed my time there, took a friend with me did sauna first and relaxing swim before the steam room, very enjoyable the best part was the massage really appreciated the masseuse and the staff for being very attentive and assisting us professionally. Would very much recommend it !

I had the most amazing experience here. The Hammam was wonderful and my therapist was extremely good at what she does. After the Hammam, I had a 50 minute massage which may have just been the best massage I have ever had. I would 100% recommend and plan to come back next time I visit Istanbul.

Lovely first hammam experience here! The spa was beautiful and clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room before the hammam. As this was my first experience, I can't make any comparisons, but the treatment felt professional and relaxing. They provided everything, including disposable garments to wear, slippers, towels, robes, and toiletries. They also provided tea, coffee, water, fruits, and cookies at no charge.

I feel like a new person after spending some time of my days over the course of four days here. Suleyman warmly welcomed me, explained all their services and was always helpful with a smile, Rini gave me an anti-stress massage and this was absolutely amazing, full body massage from toes to head, I really enjoyed it. Mun also gives a really good back massage and used the medicinal cream which has a soothing tingly feel to it, they are all such lovely people, easy to laugh with and very accommodating. Then I was introduced to Hammam and this I found wonderful, my skin feels so silky and I wish I could take this Spa home with me! I will be back in two months to finish my teeth implants and already am looking forward to spending time in the sauna, the hammam and having another massage… Thank you ever so much, huge applause to you all and certainly a special place which I recommend 💖

Great experience! Staff was lovely, professional, and services were excellent.

Had a really good visit to Novatas on three different occasions. Enjoyed the Luxury package twice and simple Gym and sauna one time. The gym is perfect for all simple vacation workout purposes, and the facilities are remarkably clean. Service was great but the best part was the Luxury experience provided by Ayu & Lina. The staff definitely turn the experience into a 5* for me personally. Hopefully can return on my next stay in Istanbul- Mr Kofi

Very nice cozy SPA place in modern center of the city. I had a very sweet gentle girl who was doing my massage. Felt so relaxed afterwards. İ actually went there a few times already. Nice clean interior, very comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Hair dryer and hand, body creams available for after shower were a nice touch.

I had an anti-stress massage at the spa. It was an incredible massage and I felt completely relaxed and de-stressed for the rest of my trip. I've never had a massage that did this so successfully! I highly recommend the spa. You can swim in the pool while you're waiting and there's a hairdryer you can use, with towels, towelling robe, slipper etc in the changing room and a locker for your stuff all provided at no extra cost. I will definitely go back to this spa on my return.

I booked an afternoon for the Luxury Couples package for my fiancés birthday in October this month and we were very pleased with the whole service and treatments. They kindly even brought in a surprise birthday cake and candle. Highly recommend them.

A very clean elite environment. We had a wonderful pleasant time with my family, my children and my wife. Everyone is very friendly here. I loved the hammam and massage. We will come again 💫💫❤️❤️
