Fabulous full body massage today. The masseuse was very thorough and professional, focusing on areas where I had a lot of knots. I felt completely relaxed throughout. The spa is clean throughout. The pool area is quite modest but is well maintained kept clean. Thanks to team for the warm welcome and particularly Rozina for the massage

I’m writing this review while walking out of the spa. My mother had a massage (30min) and she was beyond satisfied, this massage was not like all others she had, it was gentle and relaxing not harsh and bruising. For the turkish hamam, it was so fun and refreshing. We sat in a sauna (they serve tea and water) then they led us in the hamam where we got washed and scrubbed from head to toe. I am hijab and i was comfortable throughout the experience, there are cameras in the corridor but they provide towels to cover your hair and body when exiting the rooms. Overall i would definitely visit again. Ps: the place is clean even though we encountered an insect leaving the sick but the professionalism of the staff led us to ignore this incident.

Very good massage from Nepali professionals. Hammam is clean and smells nice. We were offered tea and water. The only thing I didn't like is the presence of people who weren't using spa, walking around and talking on the phone constantly. It was disturbing me.

Actually i poked last appointment to have more enjoyment and my appointment was 1 hour message and 30 minutes hammam. They put me in sauna for 15 minutes and they forget me then i asked them where is my appointment they said ..ooh sorry we forget… then the message start 11.15 and after half hour they said finish message time go to path… 15 minutes in path and thats it… I didn’t recommend to take last appointment and find another places ….cause the way of relation not friendly

Booked in fairly last minute for a massage and wasn’t disappointed with the venue or service. On arrival I was greeted by Samir and Ahsan who took me through the services on offer and provided their recommendations. I went with the Thai massage and body scrub and was guided to Ahlem who was extremely professional and absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is considering a Thai massage. The spa is a hidden little gem in itself in the lower floor of Palazzo Donizetti Hotel. It has a very chilled ambience and rooms are comfortable. The visit to the Hamam was also definitely worth it.

Feeling relax !! This was the first time for me to experience turkish bath. It was amazing. I feel never this clean before. Staff are amazing as well. They were warm welcoming and gave a good advise. Recommended!
