تجربة جميلة جدا من اجمل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها على الاطلاق . فريق عمل متكامل ودودن جدا يبحثون فقط عن راحة الضيوف . الغرف جميلة ونظيفة فندق جديد جميع الطاقم ممتاز في التعامل لا اود ان اذكر اسم احد دون الاخر لانهم جميعا في مستوى المسؤولية المنطقه امنه والسائح فيها يعتبر من اهل المنطقه ليس الامر مثل ما هو في تقسيم او الفاتح. انصح فيه وبالذات للسعوديين العائلات . شكرا جزيلا فندق Amber palace

There is nothing to say about the location; it is close to transportation, food, etc. It is not like the garbage hotels around, it is very nice. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The air conditioner provides great heat. Those who prefer the room with jacuzzi should not hesitate, it is very clean and spacious. I couldn't find anything to deduct points, honestly, let's not be unfair. I hope they continue this way and don't break it.

We stayed for one night, it is a clean and new hotel. Hotel staff were very attentive. After checking in, they reminded us that the air conditioner was broken and wanted to change the room. We said it was no problem for us and wanted to stay. A beautiful hotel that cares about satisfaction. The only thing we didn't understand was that the reception called the room at 4 a.m. and asked for our room number. I don't understand why you were asked. That's why I deducted one star from the service.

Very good hotel, I was actually surprised, quality/price ratio is very good. Impeccable service, the staff is very kind. Room was very comfortable, very clean, place is incredibly quiet, no noise etc. The personalized breakfast, but without choice of coffee, which was the small drawback, but very wide is very nursery with vegetables, cheese and Turkish dishes of excellence. Above all, you will love that the staff is attentive and ready to do the most for your needs. Highly recommended. And I hope to bring it home next time with pleasure.
