Good afternoon I thank the hotel for the incredible and warm welcome! For me it was a great discovery! The staff impresses with its attentive and sensitive attitude towards the guests! The people who work in this hotel are professionals with a capital letter! Breakfasts on the terrace are very varied and hearty, I definitely recommend trying the omelet!❤️❤️❤️ The hotel is located in a beautiful historical location, within walking distance of many attractions, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The interior fascinated me, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! I am in love with this place and the people who have been very kind to us! Alina with love from Ukraine!💋

This was a gem of a hotel. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was positive and memorable. It was. The view from roof restaurant is beautiful, the meal was very good. Room was very clean, bedding and towels were great. Hotel is right in the ancient district, Hagia Sophia is just a short walk away, Blue Mosque just as close. And the Topkapi Palace was not far at all. We hired a tour guide through the hotel and had a wonderful experience with her, she gave us great history and made sure we knew the places to go and local eateries we really enjoyed. I encourage you to get car service from through hotel for airport to hotel, it seems to be a one way drive through this whole district. Our guide confirmed you want someone familiar with area to get you to hotel. We walked around everywhere Highly recommend.

This hotel is really nice with its service. Mr Serwet is really warm and welcomed us upon arrival. He arranged early check- in，warmly introduced us the key attractions in Istanbul. He also helped me with data SIM card with a very good price which saved us all the troubles to get it outside. Rooms are very clean. 5 minutes walk and you get to the seaside and another short 5-7 minutes you will be right in the middle of the world wonders. We also get a hotel present - a set of Turkish coffee cup. Really nice experience. Highly recommend to visitors. However the data card I bought turned out to be only useful for five days, then it stopped service. This is different from what I was told that the card is valid for thirty days. Advise not to repeat my mistake and buy the data card from official channels.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Royan Hagia Sophia Istanbul. The room was modern and clean; I loved the decor throughout the hotel (chic imperial). The lounge area was very peaceful if you wanted to take a break, get some work done or even have your morning coffee. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to give us advice, recommendations and help us get around. The location was superb - right by all the main attractions and very walkable. There are amazing restaurants close by with tons of options. We booked the standard room - I will say, it was a bit tight with our two large suitcases and 1 carry on, but we managed the space by stacking the suitcases in 1 corner. Travel light or upgrade to the slightly bigger room if you happen to be staying for a longer time; however, the price point, location and accommodations are well worth the visit.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing!! All the reviews are accurate! The staff ensured the highest level of cleanliness daily! We are a family of 5 and stayed in the presidential suite - it was very comfortable! Breakfast was great and we ate every morning before starting our daily adventures to all the major sites- everything was in walking distance! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely comeback! My trip to Istanbul is would not have been the same without the Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia!

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting Istanbul. The staff were very kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The room was beautiful and had all the amenities. The location was also more than ideal - all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance and the waterfront was just a few minutes away. Plus, there is the sweetest colony of cats that live nearby. We will definitely stay here next time we are visiting the city.

Decent hotel, bathroom is small. Small stuff needs updating. Very noisy, woken up numerous amount of times, due to excessive noise from all angles - outside, the room next door which was a total nightmare and from the celing. Customer service was ok; stated room was upgraded but if that was an upgrade then i dread the orginal room. Room was clean. Aziz was good and friendly. Unfortunatley will defo not be coming back. Location is not good, no taxis will pick up from this hotel.

This is the best hotel in Istanbul. We are so happy to have stayed here during our trip. The staff was wonderful, respectful, and nice. Aziz (guest relations) had fantastic recommendations for local areas and he was especially helpful and treated us kindly. We felt so comfortable staying here. Rooms were also clean and tidy to perfection. Anytime we come to Istanbul, we plan to stay here only.

Royan Hotel was a wonderful hotel to stay! Starting from our arrival to the day we left - the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and took a great care of us throughout our stay, especially Aziz at the front desk! The location is perfect and close to everything, in walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Breakfast buffet up on the roof terrace (with the view) was AMAZING with a chef making delicious omelet right there for you! Please, don’t hesitate and stay at Royan hotel! We loved everything about it and will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia. The location is great, it is near the Aya Sofiya, Underground Cistern, Blue Mosque and if you know the shortcuts the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar is not too far to walk. The staff were helpful and very attentive to my needs. The room was nice and clean. The hot water in the shower works right away you don't to have wait. After along day, if you don't want to go out, there's a restaurant with good food downstairs. Thank you to Mr. Harrem for all his help arranging my transfer from the hotel to the airport. I just had a wonderful time in Istanbul.
