A great experience at one of the best locations in Istanbul. If you want to visit the most beautiful monuments in Istanbul, Blu Ma’cel is a great choice. Actually the building is a historical building renovated with great taste. You have all the amenities of a modern hotel combined with the charm from another era. The breakfast is great, you will love it. Better than that was the complimentary platter of fresh pastry and sweets waiting for us every evening in our room. However for me best part of our experience was the staff. All of them were great especially Azar and Lyna who did everything to accommodate us. I will never forget their smile and how they made us feel welcomed.

A stunning boutique hotel well designed, with stunning rooms in a warm and modern style. Nice breakfast made to order. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The welcome is warm and so is the whole stay. Treats and a clean room awaited us every day. The hotel manager is kind and welcoming and so is the entire staff. Special thanks to the general manager who helped us in every need!! We wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and will definitely return there on every trip - so happy we found it and chose to go there!

Lovely hotel, well located- easy to walk to the main sights and tram stop. Breakfast was good- same daily. Room was lovely- bed very soft. Only slight issue was lack of soundproofing. We had a lovely time there, and the staff were very helpful.

Blu’Macel was our first hotel in Turkey and one of the best. The hotel is in a great location, has beautiful and cozy rooms, comfortable beds , delicious breakfast and evening pastries (what a treat!), and kind and very helpful staff. Highly recommend as a home base for your stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is located in a newly renovated classic house, conveniently located in the heart of Sultanahmed quarter, only five minutes to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmed mosque or the Basilica Cistern. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. They offer daily complimentary snacks and water that are very nice touch. The staff is also great, very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Azer that made our stay brilliant. 100% recommended.

This isn’t a hotel, this is an experience, an experience of exceptional service and comfort. This hotel is amazingly located in the center of all the historic action, close enough to walk everywhere, far enough to not be disturbed by the noise. This place is incredibly cozy, makes you feel like you’re in a cabin in the mountains, bed is exceptionally comfortable, restroom design is chic, and the place is always clean. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel AT HOME. I will only choose this place when I come back to Istanbul. I strongly recommend everyone to live this EXPERIENCE

Nice boutique hotel tucked away in Sultanahmet and an ideal base camp to explore all the sites. (Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park, Galata Bridge and Ferry building ….) Very good breakfast served each morning with homemade breads and eggs to order. Be sure to inquire about the hotel’s Istanbulkart use; it will save you the trouble of using one of the street kiosks ( which in my case was a headache to say the least). And, plenty of restaurants very close by.

First of all me and my family were very first guest who stayed in there hotel and I just can’t say that I was very very satisfied it was my first time in turkey and they made it even better all the staff were very nice and kind they helped us with everything they could offered and especial thanks goes to deniz and azar and the other two workers I forgot there names , overall everything was fantastic the location and the breakfast was great. The smell of the hotel when you entered is fabulous. I could give the hotel 10 out 10 I recommend to all my friends and family 👏🏻👏🏻
