Great place to start our Istanbul visit, the street is beautiful and this restaurant is lovely. The food is very fresh, was made quick. The staff were attentive and friendly. The home-made lemonade and the cats were the highlight!!

Amazing location, romantic antique vibe, great food, with English menus as well. This place was my boyfriend’s and my favorite place while staying in Istanbul.

Great bang for your buck: - huge portions - filling dishes - good variety of drinks - not particularly expensive The atmosphere was very relaxed, soft music, and chill vibes. A/C was turned on, and we had a great time!

Visited it yesterday, we tried few things and we enjoyed a burger a lot! Definitely recommend it! Fries was really tasty, and crunchy. Big portion. 4 of 5 stars for burger 🍔 Soup tasted very bouillon, I remembered homemade soup, but I didn’t liked it so much. If you like it - than you would be delighted. 3 of 5 for the soup 🍲 Pasta tasted fresh, not salty enough. Big portion though, I barely could finish, so if you get only a pasta - it would be enough to fulfil a hunger. 3 of 5 for pasta 🍝. Overall we even asked to pack burger for take away - because it was a lot, but we felt happy. Had troubles with paying a German card, so I needed to use another one for it cashless pay. Waited didn’t speak well English, but we could order, there was a troubles ordering for a bit. I don’t smoke, and when we tried to sit outside - people was smoking everywhere nearby, we sit inside instead. Interesting design and they also have a second floor, also there some cats 🐈, feels like they are part of the place (there also graffiti on the wall). Recommend to visit and try burgers 🍔😌

I never post reviews, but this is an exception.. This place is truly amazing. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff is attentive and quite friendly. We've been here 2 times (wish to come back) and tried a variety of dishes. I in particular tried multiple dishes and each one was special, delicious and well served. The portions are fairly good. There are always a few cats wandering around and keeping a good company. It's all really unique and pleasant, I highly recommend it.

We ate at Kaktus three times during our stay in Istanbul. Very good food, lovely location, and extremely friendly staff. We had Moses as our server two of the times --- he was excellent and made our dinner even more enjoyable. I very much recommend this restaurant!

Such a great place, we have visited it already 5 times and every time we discover a new amazing dish and can’t wait to come back for more! We tried incredible Kaktus breakfast, we came for lunch for salad and chicken quesadilla ( both took our breath away!) and came for dinner for spicy wings, chicken noodles and salmon with spinach! Everything is so delicious that we will definitely come Back for more! Staff is incredibly friendly and made our day. In particular, we would like to say thank you to lovely Bahar, Sadik, Genia and Burak for incredible and attentive service! I can’t praise enough a delicious beetroot and goat cheese salad, my sister loved her sausages with chips and melted cheese and my mum loved her crispy salmon! Food was always accompanied by 3/4 cats but we absolutely loved it :)

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed incredible food with generously sized portions! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entertaining show put on by the cats under the heated covering was simply amazing.

My sister and I came here for brunch and the food was pretty good. I ordered the beef bacon eggs Benedict and a latte. Their love for cats is unmatched, which I seriously appreciate. The sever was very kind. I would definitely visit again!

Kaktüs was my go-to place every time I was in Cihangir, the place is chill, perfect to have a drink, a breakfast and work quietly on your goals. The staff is really nice, speaks English. Special thanks to Emre who handled many of my orders.

I went there for lunch and yes it'll be satisfying for you! Taste of foods and vibe were great 👍 don't miss Ravioli, it's damn tasty! staff also were friendly. Will try again if someday return to that area :)

Very cozy place with a wonderful atmosphere. The food is top-notch, the service is really good — staff is polite, the wait time for the food is like 5-10 mins. The cats are the best, the music here is awesome and not too loud so it doesn’t bother talking at all. I’ve tried a couple of meat dishes so far, and both of them were extremely delicious, so I’ll definitely come again. Great place overall, I can recommend it to stop by.

Came here for breakfast, and would definitely come back. There’s a cool vibe here and the staff is nice. I love that they’re big cat fans :) Ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs and it was good. The plate of grilled halloumi was fine but not amazing.

Found that little gem and my friends and I liked it a lot. The food is really good. Servers are friendly. They have cats in the cafe and so cute. It’s very calming place, they have so many drinks and food options. Cem was our server and he was so nice and fast. I recommend this place.

Everything was amazing! From the food to the people, couldn't have had a better time! The breakfast was very good from any option you choose. The people are very friendly making it a very nice place to come anytime of the day!

We had a great experience here! They had English menus and a server who spoke English who was so great. The menu had lots of delicious options, and the drinks came quickly. 100% would recommend this place if you’re a foreigner looking for a relaxing, late night dinner with great service.
