If you are looking for a doctor to listen to you, explain everything, listen to your concerns and thoughts, give you time to weigh your options and suggest another option, then DON’T go here! I flew all the way from London to Istanbul after doing my online consultation and agreeing on what will be done and booking my HT operation. My consultation and operation were on the same day (Friday). After doing blood test and filling up my application, Doctor Serkan came to do the “consultation”. He spent literally less than 5 minutes with me!!! He told me that we won’t be doing what was agreed on during online consultation as the pictures looked different than reality! He gave me 2 options on how we can proceed and left the room! He didn’t give me any chance to express my concerns or even ask any question about the 2 options that he suggested!! I didn’t like both options and had something else in mind, but there was no one “professional” to talk to! As my operation was on the same day, they told me that I had to decide NOW to prep me for the operation as it’s a long one. In the end I decided not to proceed with the operation as I wasn’t happy nor comfortable with the general attitude or the options that he suggested. To be fair in my review, I would give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the clinic and politeness of the ladies that were dealing with me. They were very understanding and helpful. They also didn’t charge me for the night that I stayed in the hotel. I know Doctor Serkan Aygin is one of the best HT doctors in Turkey or maybe in the world, but he should give more of his precious time to his patients who are coming from all over the world specially for him. If they ever replied to my review saying that “They can’t find my name in their files” as they do to every negative review, I WAS THERE and can prove it :)

Honestly, At first I was skeptical about my hair transplant in turkey. Did lot of research and found out Dr. Serkan is best for me. I made a right choice . Everything was so organized from airport pick up to hotel and the doctor visit. The operation theater was clean and well managed, staff were friendly and welcoming . I had an amazing experience at the Dr. Serkan clinic. I traveled from Canada, arrived at Istanbul airport along with my mom. Everything was organized, pick ups and drop off at the hotel/airport. They were always on time. Most speak good English.. It’s been a week and my hair is already growing.i got about 4500 grafts. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend this place to my fellow Canadians. I wanna thanks Besiana and all the clinic staff for everything they’ve done for me and my mom. it was greatly appreciated. The beautiful city of Istanbul was a bonus to see as I had plenty of time to take care of my operation and go exploring. I was only there for 4 days. Keep in mind Dr Serkan clinic is very busy at times because of its popularity. Don’t be fooled by some of these bad reviews ( could be his competitors writing then, not sure.) He is the best and just like any operation it’s not always 100% depending on the person. For me I’m very happy. Thank you again to all the staff!

Prior to securing me as a client (and I say "client" because they lack understanding of patient communication) they were very responsive and keen on getting back to me with immediate answers. Upon arriving - service and coordination was topnotch - Everything was going great up until the day of the surgery when I was surprised by the fact that it was not Dr Serkan that would be performing the procedure. As a female recipient of this procedure the stakes were higher- I flew all the way to this specific clinic because I trusted in the technique that Dr Serkan prides himself in. His take on it was artistic as opposed to just random graft placement (false advertisement I must say which I will take legal action on very soon). Nonetheless, I was already in surgery when I came to this realization and there was no turning back so I just held on to faith in his team to execute efficiently. One year post my transplant - I have to say that it has been the biggest regret of my life. I have lost much more that what I have gained. The hair direction is a complete mess and it has become extremely difficult to manage my hair. Upon reaching out to them - all they did was ask for photos saying that the doctor was too busy and has other commitments. To this day I have received no answer. Unempathetic and unprofessional. It's a money making business - patient post care and the results of their work is the least of their priorities.

I done research online and Dr Serkan Aygin really stood out for me. I could tell by his rewards in Hair Transplantation and the reviews that were left by so many happy patients that this was the place for me. I am currently still in Istanbul after only having received the hair transplant yesterday 19/07/22. I could not be more happy with how everything has gone, from the very start talking to my consultant through WhatsApp once booking my procedure, to the airport pick up in Istanbul right up to the operation itself and post op. This is the most professional establishment I have ever visited and I am ecstatic I chose Dr Serkan Aygin for my operation, everyone of the staff members made this such a pleasant experience. Just a brief review * I will elaborate on this when I have more time. I am so conscious about hygiene and this place delivers. It is amazing. From first arrival you need to seal your feet in plastic with a special machine to enter. I felt so relaxed and was never worried about cleanliness. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t speak Turkish but always had a translator at hand. If you are going to go abroad for treatment this is the place for you. My results are starting to show and will update photos accordingly.

Yesterday I met Dr Serkan, a true legend in his field. I went to his clinic,I must tell you all his staff his dealings his professionalism is beyond words. He is basically a roll model in his profession. Such a nice, hospitable and professional staff depicts his own personal training and kindness towards his patients. What an amazing place. I went July 1st 2019 for hair transplant (Fue) I was a little nervous about going to a different country for treatment/surgery, but from the moment I walked in to the clinic my nerves were calmed instantly, this clinic is absolutely perfect. So clean you could eat your dinner from the floor, the staff are so friendly you don’t want to leave and the surgeons are so professional, proud and dedicated to making everything perfect & comfortable for you. you really do get 5 star treatment, if i knew before what I know now there is no other place in the world I would even have thought about going for hair transplant. After visiting and reviewing clinics in the Uk this one really does blow any expectations out of the window. I really am so glad I chose Vera clinic. I am only 5 days after my transplant, I feel fine and am already happy with my new hair, fingers crossed this time next year I will have a new head of hair! I am also planning on going back later in the year to have my teeth done.

They performed 2 times hair transplant operations, but it did not turn out well as they showed on social media. After my 2nd hair transplant, I talked to Dr.Serkan Aygın, and he said he was not satisfied with the result. He said to come back to check after 3 months. However, when I came to check, he definitely didn't show up. A doctor working at the clinic came and the doctor's assistant asked me for money for the third operation. They were very disrespectful. Best medical experience of my life. I’m 39 years old and I have always gone to nice doctors in California. this experience in turkey was so mind blowing amazing. The whole facility is like a nice spa meets art Gallery. they did a fantastic job with my hair transplant. I was a little bit nervous about being somewhat awake in a room for 6 to 8 hours but it was totally cool and the sedation is actually very relaxing. after the surgery your head does get a little bit swollen but it’s totally normal. any medical procedure is a scary experience even if you want to be tough about it. this team over delivers. all-around excellent people. it’s totally not required but I’m a big fan of leaving tips for each person I interact with - if you bring some euros to give people as tips that is a really good thing to do. people will try to refuse it but you can push them hard and get them to take it. since this entire process is a really good deal I think taking care of the people doing the work is an important way to pay forward the good vibes. thank you everyone:)))

I had my procedure on the 26 of May, everything went smooth they have consultants who speak all the languages you need. Quite expensive compared to the average market price, other than that there is nothing negative I can say about them. Dr Serkan Aygin is an excellent doctor. His clinic staff are so professional. From the minute I arrived at the airport in Istanbul his staff was waiting for me to take me to the hotel that they had arranged for me. The driver took me to the hotel and everything was explained clearly to me about what I could expect in the coming days. Each day the driver would pick me up and take me to the clinic for my exam and treatments, where the staff treated me very professionally and answered any question that I had. All of the procedures were clearly explained to me in English and in Hebrew. I had a one of the assistants named Meir help me out and he spoke Hebrew so that I could understand everything clearly. Nice transportation when you eventually find them. Communication is fairly good. Results were just not there and I’ve been twice. The staff has a lot of young and inexperienced people. I was half knocked out but I’m pretty sure I was a learning subject for one of the newer staff members. They overlapped the balding all around my head so now I am basically forced to keep my hair somewhat long so that it’s not noticeable. They seem to take anyone that they can get their hands on, no matter the extent of balding and won’t tell you that it’s not right for you. They can be a little manipulative in their scheduling and push you around what fits best for them. Would not recommend and won’t come here again.

Pour ma part, je suis encore loin du résultat final, mais mes cheveux greffés repoussent deja . L'opération est un peu longue, mais c'est normal. Ce n'est pas douloureux, sauf l'anesthésie au depart qui demande un peu de courage! Pour une greffe de cheveux, je recommande à 100% cette clinique! Si j'ai une seule remarque un peu moins positive à faire, c'est l'aspect marketing de la vente de produits de soin lors de la dernière consultation qui sont hors de prix, même si pour ma part j'ai quand meme acheté 2 shampoing et le serum pour 3 mois, la totalité des produits recommandés dépasse les 1200 EUR. C'est au final une experience très positive et je ne regrette pas de leur avoir fait confiance pour ma greffe de cheveux.

No complaints so far. 1 week out from surgery things have being going to plan as they’ve explained through there online contact and personal contact. Everybody was really nice. Pain levels are different for everyone on the day of surgery which is to be expected. Mine was not too bad they were always asking if I was ok throughout surgery also. Nothing is rushed so your still feeling that 1 to 1 care after all you do want the best results. Happy with how everything went. Will update as time goes on.

Sümeeye contacted me but compared to other clinic's assistants was very unfriendly and not willing to help - by far the worst support. I get better support and recommandations if I buy a pair of shoes for 50 € than for this transplantation for 3000 €. I had several questions and asked for a call, she was very stressed at the phone. Just an FYI the doctor here is the inventor of the sapphire FUE. I have gone to this clinic twice so far. Their overall service is excellent. I was very skeptical on going to Turkey and understand a lot of clinics can pay for reviews and followers and things like that. Dr. Serkan Aygin is 100% legitimate. World class treatment and I give it a legit 5 stars. I am only 12 days post op for 3800 graft hair transplant but I can say I experienced 0 pain before during or after (aside from slight headache after). The staff are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. You will have someone with you every step of the way. Communication is perfect, drivers and transportation is excellent. Hotel was clean and staff again were awesome. This clinic was the most organized surgical procedure I have ever experienced. From entering someone is with you, they will take you to meet with doc, you will then pay, and the next morning have your surgery. After they have someone explain all the aftercare process you will need to know I will be going back for a 2nd HT for my crown next year and am looking forward to it.
