I booked this Hotel to stay 1 week. But had a bad experience..they do have a club night at 7 floor and the music is extremely loud until 2am. I was staying at 6 floor which made me stay up not sleep until the club closes and turn the music down. I choose this Hotel because of the 5 star hotel. But to me this club night should have not existed..it's a beautiful Hotel but very disappointed with the loud music. Hotel is to get rested in peace .😡😡😡

Amazing property… stayed there for the first time a week or so ago. I am a Marriot Bonvoy ambassador elite member and a lifetime platinum member, so have stayed in many Marriot properties around the world. Staff are helpful, service is great, food was fantastic in the brasserie.. butler service was prompt and efficient… definitely recommended for anyone looking for luxury hotel in Istanbul in a fashionable location also… 7 stars from me!

The management of this hotel is racist and completely incompetent. We had a suite: literally no service. The people working here don’t understand any request in English, they are incapable of sending simple mail on your behalf, the gym is dark, their spa is old and the lockers don’t even work. The porter watches you shlepping the suitcase. He barely helps. But they charge 800 euros a night for a suite with a butler service which does not even function! This is the worst service in Istanbul. Their hotel manager is racist, misogynist and rude. Guests in the hotel are leaving their trays outside the room and nobody comes to pick them up for hours! They do not deserve the name of St Regis.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is charming, beautifully decorated and it's location couldn't be better. Matt at reception is extremely friendly and introduced us to Gaye our butter for our stay and she ensured we had the best of the best. Always checking if we needed anything with a big smile and a lot of good touristic information to offer. The drink and amenities offered was beyond our expectation and for sure this hotel is in our number one list of places to re-visit. We got much more than what we've paid for and I'm sure everyone else felt the same. Thank you st Regis for and an amazing stay. We will be back! ❤️

My daughter, Angela Schettini, brought me to The St Regis Instanbul as a "bucket list" stop for my birthday. We enjoyed our stay for the gracious service and kindness of your concierge and butler. We were treated like royalty with every detail attended to promptly and with a extremely pleasant manner. Our butler, Sefer Ceribas provided us with afternoon tea with local delicious treats after days of sightseeing. He also cleaned my suitcase when cosmetics soiled it. He was a marvelous ambassador for the St. Regis and the Istabul community. We loved the awesome variety in the brasserie breakfast. My daughter and I will return because in all our many travels, this hotel and its wonderful staff stands out as one of the best. Our suite was lovely and it's location was handy for touring.

We had our greatest stay in Istanbul! Really friendly and helpful staff! You can enjoy the Turkish breakfast with nice view of the park and also sea! All staffs can speak English perfectly which is fantastic for Turkey! One of the cleanest hotel in this city! Highly recommended!

Trying this hotel third time. I think the name has to be changed to Travel Lodge Motel. There are numerous hotels with better view, better designed rooms and better service for sure, which is the real deal. I gave them another shot because of the location but unfortunately it was not worth it. Room was not ready although I arrived two hours after check in time, I had to chase for my dinner reservation confirmations, because concierge starts at 11 am! Also lots of room service left overs around 1130 still while you are walking to your next appointment. So anyone who gave five stars to this establishment I assume you never heard of FOUR SEASONS BOSPHORUS . That is a proper hotel! Don’t give credit to location lovers or people who are happy with 600 euro/night rooms and poor service.

Stayed here recently for 10 days-the staff are so incredibly welcoming and hospitable, it truly felt like home away from home. Mert was the best-always gave us recommendations and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed and the staff were so kind to send us home with parting gifts at the end of our stay. The jewelry boutique inside the hotel is amazing-Gilan, they have some of the most beautiful and unique pieces. The rooms are modern and always clean, the hotel is smaller and not hectic and the location is the best location for central Istanbul and shopping. There is a Pilates place/gym literally 10 steps from the front of the hotel and a restaurant next door called nisantasi baskose that has amazing food as well. The hotel itself also has a well equipped gym that is always clean and open. Given how bad the traffic is, the location is extremely walkable and puts you in the middle of the city, whereas hotels like Four Seasons and MO are on the Bosphorus (great views), but not as walkable or centrally located. Thank you to the staff for always making us feel welcomed and going above and beyond to service us. Highly recommend. ❤️

The accommodations and service were over the top! The best breakfast in Istanbul. Butler service at your call. Everyone was very polite. If a staff member was in the elevator they would get out so that you can have your own space. Any reasonable request was gladly fulfilled with a smile. Stayed for a week and could have stayed longer. Centrally located in the heart of 5th Ave of Istanbul. Very helpful concierge as well. Ask and you shall receive. Definitely stay here!

The St Regis Istanbul never seizes to amaze me with their level of service. Every time I visit Istanbul the service seems to deteriorate even more. I ordered breakfast at 9am, and received a call from my Butler at 10:45am asking me to confirm what my order is. This was just the last straw to the ever ending list of bad service at the St Regis Istanbul.

The hotel is considered one of the 10 best hotels in Istanbul. Its location is important in the middle of shopping areas It is not far from the airport, 30 minutes or an hour depending on traffic The staff have a great smile "Exclusive feature" I tried many hotels but here is the nicest team in all of Istanbul The food is contemporary Turkish cuisine. I recommend trying it The rooms are modern, lacking a digital touch The view is beautiful Prices are reasonable for the service

Modern, clean, and chic. Depends on what style hotel you enjoy and what experience your looking for. Great place to go to nice restaurants, high street shopping, meetings, enhoy a luxary hotel and service, and enjoy the city views. The rooms are huge. If you are new to Istanbul and love to do all the tourist attractions. Then the location is not ideal because of the traffic. But if you're just going to visit one or two sites, it's more optimistic.

If you are expecting customer service then this is not a place for you . We booked 7 nights but checked out after the first night. Staff here is so uptight that it makes you uncomfortable.

Impeccable Service, Chic and Sophisticated From check-in to check-out, and throughout all interactions in between, the whole staff are inviting, overly accommodating and sincere in their approach to superior customer service. In short, they make you truly feel like a valued guest in their hotel. The rooms are well appointed and incredibly spacious, outdone only by the 24 hr Butler's Service that provides invaluable assistance, undertaking tasks reminiscent of the lost profession in a bygone era (suit pressing, shoe shining, tea making etc.). As to the location, it is away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas in a trendy, posh neighborhood, yet, close enough to all sites and attractions. Very nice, yet, not entirely representative of Istanbul. If you enjoy brand name shopping, then the area would appeal. Lastly, the breakfasts are healthy, delicious and exceedingly fresh. In conclusion, an incredible hotel with an incredible commitment to customer service, would highly recommend.

Great location in a very walkable area. The hotel is nice with a small bu wll equipped gym (it's all a bit old). The staff is very attentive and efficient and the restaurants are quite nice. One of the best pizzas I had outside of Italy 👀

I stayed at the hotel in Jan of this and during check in i handed my points reward to the reception and he informed me that my rewards will be added after 14 days. Till this day they have not added my points and i have been sending them emails with no response. Completely unprofessional. Will not be using their service ever again

The St. Regis Istanbul property truly offers an unparalleled quality of multi-sensory experiences that represents the cream de la cream of human sensation. Although I had very short overnight stay, every interaction with the staff members had utmost pleasant rapport. I am every so grateful for the management team, and personal butler that was assigned to me to offer such a welcoming reception with homemade Turkish and international pastries. I am looking forward returning back to this location and hopefully stay longer to fully experience all the best that this property had to offer. Thank You.

You pay for a $2000 suite for your honeymoon, sit in the balcony see that Aspago decided to throw a party over you and all the sparks are in your balcony which resulted in injuries. I have nothing great to say about our stay and would not recommend it. The night manager was not helpful, explaining this was "cold fire" therefore it couldn't have hurt us.

Convenient location, nice view from the window, well equipped gym. But in general, nothing interesting: service was ok (nothing special), breakfast in the restaurant was very average, the style of the room in reality seems very old-fashioned

During a business trip to Istanbul (August 2021) whilst on ramble around Maçka, Şişli and Beşiktaş I stopped at the terrace / cafe of St Regis for a water and a tea. The service was okay (but not great) given that it was busy. But as I walked onto the terrace I got the impression that the waiters were assessing me before confirming to me if I could take one of the two only unoccupied tables. The day (for me) was saved when the young lady dressed in a grey suit (I presumed was the manager / supervisor) intervened and led me the table (of my choice) and served me. I rate the experience as four-star overall in this five-star neighbourhood.

From the moment you just stand outside to check the entry someone is just right beside you to guide you. You kinda feel so so good that yes I am at the right place. From check inn till check out everything is was very smooth. Nothing can beat the hospitality that St. Regis did. My husband has travelled to more that 19 countries and he rates St.Regis Istanbul the best amongst all. I will reccomend this hotel to all, reading this post. They will do everything in their power to make things right for you. No stone was left unturned. Kudos to the team. Thanks for making our vacation the perfect one.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, the service top notch and our 3 days meetings were a success due to the efficiency and tenaciousness of Merve Nalci and her team. Merve, it was such a pleasure meeting you! Beautiful properly. A relatively small hotel with 100+ rooms, which means the staff would be attentive and it is exactly what i got. I felt so welcomed by the staff. More on that later. She also gives amazing recommendations not just for the current stay, but for future trips and journey ahead in turkey for me. Ms Maryyam the guest relationship manager, had great conversation with me also. She genuinely care for her guests, and made them feel welcomed. She made me feel like a friend. Soner from front office, helped me set up my check in process, even though the room was not ready on time, he offered to settle me into another guestroom meanwhile, as he would like me to be comfortable waiting for my suite. It was very nice of him. Onur also from Front office. He made sure that my room was perfect and ready for welcoming me. He helped me with various smaller requests and also ensured the amenity was ready and nicely set in my suite. Thank you for making me speechless when I walked into my suite. Dogan & Uktu from bell team, amazing people, their smile, positivity and willingness to engage with guests made me feel even more welcomed. They are treating me like their friends. Traveling solo is mostly boring and quiet, but with people like them, it was never a dull moment! Thank you for your kindness and friendliness. Gunes from the Breakfast was very friendly and approachable. She made my breakfast time really fun and warm As you can see, amazing staff in this hotel. Next to Istanbul "Rodeo drive", also lots of clinics around for various procedures need to be done if you need those services. This hotel will be my top pick if you want to stay in this higher end neighbourhood

Poor treatment at entrance, made us open all our bags in the lobby. Once seated at restaurant, food took over an hour to come to the table. Kept saying it will come soon.

St Regis hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed in Istanbul. From the amazing location of the hotel to the lovely modern interiors and hotel rooms and facilities to the most amazing friendly and profesional staff all 10*. The guest relation manager Mrs Ashtari was so great and helpful during our stay and she even help us with an issue we had outside the hotel. She went all the way to make sure our stays wasn’t spoiled for any reason🙏 The reception desk and Concierge were so helpful and friendly. Room Service was up to the point! You call to ask for anything it was in you room within minutes. St Regis will definitely be our home every time we visit Istanbul from now on.

they've got one of the best pasta i've tried the mushroom pasta was delicious but forgot to take pic , though this fish was delicious nonetheless & the service is excellent

Had an outstanding experience at the St Regis Istanbul. Amazing service, location, staff and food. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect to walk around, eat, and shop. I have stayed at other hotels in Istanbul but the St Regis definitely was a delight. Thank you particularly to the amazing lobby team, housekeeping and Aydin at the St Regis Brasserie. It was always nice to come to breakfast and be welcomed with a smile.

I had lunch at St Regis Brasserie in Nisantasi. The hotel is beautiful and its Brasserie is very well appointed. Unfortunately, the service was poor although the food was quite good, but not exceptional for the St Regis name. The esplanade is gorgeous but it gets hectic with people smoking. For a non-smoker, it's an awful experience.

I stopped by the hotel just to have a coffee and it was delicious. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. Surrounded by the beautiful greenery. I liked the gallery style interior design. Nice place to visit and must be amazing to spend some time in there.
