    Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review of our experience at this hospital. As a Turkish citizen that is living in England we chose to come to this hospital as we thought the infamous establishment would mean that we would have impeccable customer service. However, this was not the case, in fact it was far from it. If you do not want your child to suffer while going through a circumcision procedure (which was done by Dr Hüseyin Akyıldız), stay far away from this hospital. Firstly, from the moment we walked into the hospital the lack of care from the staff was below satisfactory. The literal lack of eye contact and conversation did not create an air of security or comfort at all. As the appointment was for my 7 year old son, this is no way to make a child feel before they go into an operation/procedure. Secondly, as soon as my son woke up from his operation once the general anaesthetic had worn off, he woke up screaming in pain. They failed to give him local anaesthetic on time after he woke up, which caused him great trauma and indescribable pain. No child should experience the pain that my son endured for absolutely no reason other than the incompetent staff at this hospital and lack of care and professionalism provided. Even though we had told them several times to come and give him some pain killers they carried on to dismiss us and told us that ‘it was normal’. However, this is NOT normal and should not have happened. After many attempts to get the doctor to come and sort the situation out, we were repeatedly told that he was ‘not available’. They eventually sent a nurse to give my child Calpol to ‘ease the pain’. We were dumbfounded. Calpol as a ‘pain killer’ after a painful procedure that requires local anaesthetic is not up to rules and regulations of a safe and professional hospital. I am only leaving this review as I do not want anyone or any child especially to go through what we had to go through. Disappointed is not a strong enough word for the treatment we received from this ‘luxury’ hospital. I do not think there is a word to describe the pain we all had to go through seeing my son go through traumatic pain like that.     Worst hospital ever!! , i took my mom to emergency all the procedures was VERY VERY SLOW they didn’t check on her unless i finished the admission which it took them 45 minutes to do it. For some reason they didn’t use her Sigorta they charged me for only pressure check and Body temperature 3100 Tl. I Asked for a translator although they have a sign in the entrance that they have many languages translator BUT ITS A BIG LIE . The nurses and even the Dr. are kind of rude. Whatever i ask for or try to say they aren’t helpful.

    Good hospital thay are work with insurance company so you can get service here from insurance also. I was in dentist department. Everywhere clean and not to much people. Was wait not long time for though cleaning. Worker friendly and doctors look professional )

    We went to the Medical Park several times because of my child's illness. At the children's clinic, Mr. Engin Kocak patiently and excellently guided and helped us with insurance and other matters. Thank you very much for your help.

    If you do not speak Turkish, stay away from this hospital. The Gynocologist staff I dealt with there would not answer my questions and not even look at me while I was trying to speak with them. They were impatient and treated me as an inconvenience since I needed them to write me in Turkish on what’s app or use a voice translation app on my phone. Anyone who speaks Turkish was prioritized over me and they wouldn’t bother to explain why they couldn’t answer my questions because dealing with me in a second language was too much of a nuisance for them. They strung me along for three months trying to get out of using my insurance and when the insurance was finally approved I was told I needed to change doctors and not given any clarity on what this would mean in regards to insurance and the cost of seeing the new doctor.

    A huge improvement for international patients over the past year. Mr. Gökan who works in the reception for international patients was incredibly helpful and hospitable. He helped me solve a problem with my insurance effortlessly. If you are an international patient, ask for him.

    the hospital is filled with professional doctors and nurses and wel equipped with latest technologies and materials. starting from day one they treating us nicely. i would like to pass my gratitude to Doctor Soykan and his team, and Prof.Dr Suheyla for treating us very wel and giving us proper care. at last i would like to pass my appreciation to Ibrahim (from international desk), he was so humble,kind and helpful in every way. thank you Ibro.

    I recently underwent a plastic surgery procedure at this hospital, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff and especially Plastic Surgery Coordinator Mr. Yasin Yalçın were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, which immediately put me at ease. Even before I decided to have a consultation, he was extremely attentive over the phone and cared for all my concerns, I'm really thankful for that! Considering that before I had the conversation over the phone I was just 'thinking' about getting this surgery for months now... It has been a week now, and i still can reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns, which is amazing when you're an overthinker! The facilities were state-of-the-art and immaculately clean. The operating room was equipped with the latest technology, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. My surgeon Opr. Dr. Cem Öz was highly skilled and experienced, and he took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. After the surgery, the nursing staff was incredibly attentive and caring. They checked on me regularly, ensured that I was comfortable, and provided me with all the information I needed for a smooth recovery. The post-operative care I received was exceptional, and it made all the difference in my recovery. I love how it turned out and I wish I found them sooner so I'd get the surgery way before! Overall, I highly recommend this hospital for anyone considering plastic surgery. The staff, facilities, and care are top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone at the hospital for making my experience so positive!

    I have never visited such a bad hospital!! They would let you die if there was anything wrong with the payment. I also didn't receive the invoice even though I was assured that it would be sent by email. It's chaotic, extremely overpriced and no one speaks English. I can't recommend it for foreigners!

    Hello, I wouldn't want to give even 1 point if I could. My daughter was diagnosed with the beginning of epilepsy in this hospital. We constantly come for examination and EEG. Since I have private insurance, I have not made any payments until now. We came on 22.03.2024. They asked us for 1000 TL without any provision from the insurance before the eeg shooting. We were told that if we did not pay, the eeg would not be taken. We received the invoice so that we could collect it from the insurance later. But I can't get this money right now, it's not the first time I came to this hospital, you can inform me that they were charging money according to the Dr. A hospital is saturated with patients, you prefer to lose patients instead of gaining them. I demand that this grievance of mine be remedied.

    I had a easy going experience to finish my Pcr test there is one coordinator his name is Suleyman very gentle man and helped me during the entire time. He is speaking englisch fluent that is the good and makes the communication easy for tourists.

    It was worst visit in hospital in my memory. I arrived with my wife, she was ill very strong and needed help by doctor. She had insurance policy but all finished on reception - a nice young man told us that the policy did not fit and the right doctor was not available and began to serve the next patient. He was ready to send us at full cost to a non-core doctor. We tried to contact his colleague, but she also began to say that our policy was not suitable after we insisted that the policy was normal, she started calling the insurance without success. 30 minutes later we left with no result. In the neighboring clinic, everything was much better, the doctor was on site and our policy turned out to be correct

    This comment was made for the patient registration staff of the orthopedics department. They asked me for 2700 TL for the MRI, they are very rude and they do not help at all. I complained that even the orthopedic department manager is not around. I paid 1000 TL in another hospital and had an MRI done. There are 3 people at the patient registration desk, only one person is working, the others are not helpful. There were other patients who complained like me.

    I want to express my gratitude regarding this hospital and staff. Absolutely incredible situation. Best doctors Prof.Dr Sami Sokucu I’ve ever seen and staff. Thank you so much.     I agree with previous negative reviews. At their own discretion, they cancel online meetings and make promises that they do not fulfill. Their online video calling service through their app is not working as from IT prospective and procedural one. Even their call center operator confirmed this. Why then offer this feature if it doesn't work!? I absolutely do not recommend dealing with the hospital and company overall. Take care of your nerves, time and money!
