I went to Shift to have PRP and plan to continue to do a round of PRP treatments for female hair loss issues. I can't say enough about how friendly, kind, and professional the team is from start to finish. The team goes out of their way to ensure you are taken care of from start to finish. I plan on updating my progress after a few months as it is not a instantaneous experience. I would highly recommend Shift.

I had my procedure 8 months ago. Abid , my translator and my driver were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the doctor and especially her assistant did not give me a good experience. I would probably make sure to interview which doctor you would feel comfortable with before doing the procedure over a Skype or Zoom call. All in all it was worth the trip and I am happy with the results.

High quality and excellent service at good price. They have a very professional team. My prp treatment and my friend's hair transplant went well. It was done at a clean general hospital. The hospital is a general hospital. In fact I do not trust clinics. So it's being a real hospital provided confidence. The doctor answered all of the question. I and my friend are really happy since we choosed shift.

This place is TERRIBLE. Somehow they deleted my last review....DO NOT GO HERE. They are all marketing and no results. This clinic is so quick to take your money and then you will never hear from them again. They use inexperienced technicians and yield very poor results. My hair is actually worse than it was 8 months ago. Do your research! - They hide their bad reviews but there are plenty of people out there who regret coming here. It's bad enough that they botched a cosmetic surgery but to make things even worse....they just completely ignore you. - I have sent over a dozen emails and still have not heard back. Iv spoke to real doctors who said this is the work of inexperienced technicians and improper transplanting/ harvesting techniques. it will cost several thousands of dollars to repair the damage that SHIFT has done. Please don't be cheap....you will regret it. The photo I am posting is 6 months post opp....I had more hair before I started the transplant. -The fact that they have been ignoring my emails and deleting my reviews makes me absolutely sick. Coming here is the worst decision I have ever made.

Hello All, I have come all the way from the united states to have my eyebrow transplant procedure here at Shift Hair in Istanbul, Turkey! Let me just start by saying WOW! Do not look any further for your hair goal needs. It started about 3 weeks ago. I contacted patient coordinator, Ghaith. I messaged him at 3am Turkish time and he answered within the first 5 minutes. I was so suprised on how quickly he answered. As the time difference is by 7 hours, he should have been sleeping while i was messaging him. No matter what time i contacted him he answered right away! Its like this guy never sleeps. He really put 100 percent into you. He goes above and beyond. Thank You Ghaith, for always answering me, even when i was paranoid and had the most absurd question . He never made me feel bad. This guy has treated me like a sister! I did look around prior, and no other company answered as fast as he did. He sent me so much information, pre and post op pictures of other result, and gave me all the information i needed to make my decision. There was no way that i could not choose Shift! I traveled alone from USA to Turkey and i was very nervous. The company sets up everything for you: hotel, transportation, airport pick up and drop off. Fast forwarding to my initial in person consult! It was amazing! I felt as if i was with friends and in fact i do consider them very dear friends. I was nervous before the consult and procedure, which is normal. Abid, who is one of the coordinators made me feel at ease. He even took me out to a small brunch. We laughed and talked about everything from politics, food, family and life. We spoke about all of the beautiful places in Turkey and he even gave me very good recommendations. I truly did not feel as if i was getting a procedure done. I felt as if i was out on the town with a very dear friend. HE EVEN PAID FOR MY LUNCH! I told him no, however he insisted and paid anyway. That really brought tears to my eyes. He does not owe me that , and yet he went above and beyond to make me feel safe and at home. I consider him my good friend and i felt so comfortable. This guy is amazing, god bless him! The whole team was so nice and kept checking on me! During the procedure, i fell took a nap. My technician who completed my transplant was so nice. She treated me like a little sister. Always making sure that i was comfortable. She even played some music to get me to relax. I guess she noticed that i fell asleep during the procedure and she turnt the music off in order to let me rest. That is just too sweet! I woke up 5 minutes before the procedure was done. Abid came in and explained my after care. He gave me a HUGE GIFT BAG, which i am so thankful for. I contained all my medications for free along with these beautiful sunglass, a cool hat, pillow, dressings for y after and more. Thinking about it made me cry. The prices are unbelievably affordable and yet they still give gifts to their clients. Im amazed and i cant wait to come back with my mother and partner for their procedures. I refuse to let them go anywhere else! This is my honest and real review. I am not a social media influencer, i am not famous but yet they treated me as if i was of such value. This means so much too me that even an average girl like me is treated like a celebrity. So any other companies see to treat you well only if you have a huge social media following. NOT here! They do not care who you are! You are treated as family! This is why i will only trust Shift with my love ones. I want my partner and mother to get the best treatment. Thank you so much Shift Team! You are my family and i can not wait to see you all again. I will miss you all! Thank you for giving me beautiful eyebrows and a experience that i will never forget.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are completely inexperienced and once you leave, they will never respond to another email or text message you send. They over harvested my donor area and did a terrible job with implantation. It will cost over $8,000 to get this fixed. Do your research! - all the reviews they have on their website are promotional. DO NOT TRUST SHIFT
