Decent gym in the area. 100tyl per day if you are planning to visit without commitment. A little hot inside but maybe because we were used to being always cold in the UK😂 Not crowded and no annoying teenagers stalling on the machines😂

Not the cheapest place for a workout but it’s a fully functional gym in the heart of Old Istanbul that caters to tourists with a decent range of equipment (though there doesn’t seem to be a squat rack). Ample benches and dumbbells. Equipment is slightly dated and the gym could do better with more ventilation. There are 2 branches - each 1 tram stop away from either direction of the Grand Bazaar. Staff were welcoming. I personally prefer the Laleli branch as it’s larger, offers a nice view of the Sea of Marmara and has better ventilation (situated on the 5th floor of a building and you can open the windows) Showers are clean enough with hot water provided and sufficient privacy. But the floors can be really wet and you’d have to bring your own toiletries. There’s also a mini cafe at the entrance where you can order protein drinks for muscle recovery post workout.

100TRY/day or 400TRY/week for travelers. It is quite an expensive gym compared to Flash Gym but in a really good location if your hotel happens to be in this area. Limited equipments as you would expect from a downtown location, a good free weight selection, 2 cable machines with pull up bar. Some ez-bar/short bar combinations. One squat rack and some other simple stuff.

200TL for day use. Gym looks decent with just 3 main areas, cardio, free weights, and cables. No yoga or stretching area. Way too expensive for what it offers and small size. Price reflects the lack of gym competition in the area, not the quality. Asked why reviews stated price ranged from 100TL - 180TL and I was quoted 200TL, response was "reviews are 5 months old. Price is now 200TL."

Expensive! 200 lira for a day pass (900 for a week!!) I went based on other reviews mentioning reasonably priced day passes but the price has apparently doubled. For that price you would expect brand new machines, tvs on every wall and a swimming pool but it’s just a small dinky gym

Just visited this place and wanted to use the gym during my stay in Istanbul but the guy wants 180 turkish lira for a day and 900 for a week. This is more expensive than what I pay in London for a month membership in a really good gym. On top he had attitude and was rude telling me he is charging a good price. I would rather run outside than having to pay that sort of money. They just want to scam people every where

My brother and I are originally from the UK. We stayed in Istanbul for a week. We're both fitness fantastics and asked our hotel manager about a gym that was near to our hotel so we could workout. Our hotel manager recommended this one. It was only a 5 minute walk fron our hotel. My brother and I had an incredible time at the gym. It's a great gym, it has all you need to have a good workout. It's very affordable as well - a day pass is 100 lira. The manager and the other staff at the gym were warm, funny, and welcoming. There won't be any language barriers, they know how to speak English. Would we come back again and smash a workout here? Absolutely!

I give it a 4 star because I felt that it had all the equipment but one of everything so had to wait a a while for the (2) benches to become available. The benches had alot of cracks in them which stored alot of bacteria, telling by the smell of the bench, it needs to be replaced. Clean wise it was a 6-10, washrooms were not super clean. Also felt that it was pricey for a one time use. I mean since I live here now I wasn't offered a membership and I'm sure it would have costed to much anyways. I understand its for tourists and such but if they were charging that much I'd hope to see better upgrades to the place. I'd recommend it for a quick fix for those that need to train but not for long term. Not everyone that comes to.turkey has money lol. But anyway thats my experience. Im just being honest 100%

It's a small gym but it has everything. I worked out there for three weeks. Here are some of the pros: 1- Location is great, in Sultan Ahmet, near all the touristy spots like Hagia Sophia etc. also close to the hotels. 2- Equipment is adequate: there's a squat rack (a regular one as well as a Smith one), bench press standard/incline, lat pulldowns, and really most of the common machines you'll find, treadmills, I believe I saw ellipticals, dumbbells from 2.5kg (~5lbs) up to 35kgs (~77lbs), barbells (both straight and curved) up to 55kg (~110lbs). In general there is only one of each but it doesn't get too crowded so you'll usually find a spot. The barbells are standard Olympic-style barbells (20kg) and they have one "light" barbell (10-15kg, not sure). They seem to have showers too though I'm guessing you'll probably just shower back at your hotel. 3- Prices are reasonable. As of this writing one month was around 640TL I think. But you can get weekly or daily subscriptions as well. 4- The owner and coaches speak some English and you can communicate with them. I would go back there if I visit Sultanahmet again.

This gym is excellent, great location in Istanbul and has all the weight-lifting equipment you need with plenty of cardio machines. The management very friendly and welcoming, entry is 180TL which is an absolute bargain. I used the gym throughout my stay in Istanbul and will always use it every-time I come back

150TL for a day pass is way too expensive! The gym is a small wann the shower is without shower gel no towels. The second star is just because the equipment is okey. But it’s not clean and not organized.

(Translated by Google) One visit is 50 TL. Equipment of unknown brand, but convenient and sound. One bar, one rack for sit-ups, lever simulators for all major groups. Three treadmills and two ellipses. The ceilings are low, the mirrors sweat, there are many people in the evening, the music is very loud. But who really needs it, it's not a barrier. I love this gym. They have everything I need for working out while I am traveling. The gyms at most of the hotels, if any, do not have all the equipment I need for working out, so when I found Red Line Fitness, I was so happy. I come and visit Istanbul a lot and having a good gym to work out at is critical. The place is convenient, the people are fantastic and the fees are so reasonable. I am so happy I found this place. I will always plan my trips to Istanbul to include Red Line Fitness in my schedule.

Not bad gym if you need to train whilst on holiday. Bit pricy per day (£10) but 6 day block is 1400 lira (£6) per day. Be careful though, the 6 days is consecutive, but I asked for 6 specific dates and they accomodated. Equipment is OK and atmosphere is good.

Good gym to just quickly get the job done, has most of the equipment, dumbbells to about 77 lbs. Cons: - expensive - no AC (the owner turned off the fan even at times, it’s burning up inside) - no mats for weights on the floor

Great gym in an amazing location in Sultanahmet. Perfect for tourists staying in the area. The owner is very friendly and welcoming (and speaks English). You can pay for a single day, three days, or a week. A padlock is provided for the locker room which you return at the end of your session.

Not posh at all, but it has all the equipment you need. As it was my first time in this gym, I needed a little help to find what I needed, Cemron was a star ⭐️, not only showing me where everything was, he also form checked me, nothing was too much hassle. I am a female and only ever saw 1 other lady, so that may put ladies off. However, all the other users were lovely.

I went to Red Line Fitness Sultanahmet on a trip to Istanbul and really enjoyed it! The staff was very helpful, the gym more than decently equipped, and the mini café with various protein shake options was a very nice addition to the experience! I would definitely recommend it and go there again!

Quite a tourist ripp-off (day pass probably as expensive as the usual monthly member rate). Inventory in quite bad shape. Staff was trying to force me to buy their water. Apparently I was not allowed to use my own plastic bottle. On the other hand there is all you need and it is pretty much the only gym in that area.

Avoid this place like the plauge. It's a rip off for super low quality. Instead, go to Ruzgar Fight club, 10mins walk from here, it's great gym , nice location, and it's only 15tl per day, it has everything you need to get a good workout, the going rate in Turkey is 100tl to 150 tl let month and this crazy gym wants to charge 50 per day!!!!!!!! During my stay in Instanbul, I was looking for a gym that offers daily passes. This gym did not only offer very cheap passes but its owner is also a very nice and helpful man. The gym is well equipped and not that crowded. The showers are decent. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
