Lying and stealing is my conclusion here. Never again and never will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely loud music at night … more than Taksim! Until 3 am!!! The front desk had to call the police 2 times every night. Not an ideal vacation! We told them we have to go as we cannot sleep and they agreed to modify the booking but when we check out … lies! They did not refund anything … stealing! Breakfast was not great for the value. Very poor and such a deceiving hotel. Awful experience. Not worth the value at all! Never again!

If you are ready to party till 2 am and then go to bed, you’ll enjoy the place. Otherwise, be ready to sleep in the middle of 5 dance floors with various music exploding your room) The staff, rooms and all the rest are very nice. Low score only because I am shocked with the location and noise. My mistake.

I have had a very terrible experience with this hotel, the service was very bad, they charged my friend and I the same amount with the same room preference and they gave us different rooms!! and the AC in the room was terrible, i could not breathe as there was no oxygen and when I try calling the staff they don’t reply, I had to go down to the reception in the middle of the night and the receptionist told me I have to wait until tomorrow to get the AC issue sorted out and then he said if you don’t want to wait you can stay in the lobby… very rude! I didn’t pay to wait in the lobby and keep in mind that this is the first day I arrive in Istanbul!! I am very disappointed with this hotel and would like to have further action to sort this very terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

One of the best hotels in Ortakoy at Ortakoy square very near to the Bosporus best sights and restaurants which are barely 30 meters away. It has a luxury furniture which makes you live the ( Sultans ) lifestyle as well as it is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This comment has the truth in it and its not written for the hotel’s beneficial matters but for visitors and tourists to enjoy their vacation at an excellent location hotel with a fabulous rooms and hospitality.

Location is perfect. Rooms are outstanding with a historical Turkish design. The rooms are so clean as well. The staff is so helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast is not good at all, but because the whole experience was so nice, I’ll post a 5-stars review. Will go there again for sure.

Gorgeous rooms with high ceilings and windows that swing open. Family run with a kind, caring team. The perfect location! 2 min walk to Bosphorus, the ferry dock and the beautiful mosque. In a wonderful authentic Turkish neighborhood with top restaurants as well as local family run eateries. Hidden gem.

at the heart of Ortakoy, one of the best views of Bosphorus is just a few steps away from the hotel... The staff is great.. so helpful and understanding.. in case you need a support, they are more than happy to help you... Rooms are spacious, clean and very well decorated.. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is one of my favorite with white marble design. Breakfast is delicious and satisfaction/ price ratio is very high... will come and stay again for sure..

The staff so helpful .Greeted me at the end of the day with tea or coffee. The room was beautiful. All newly remodeled.Bed ,perfection. Would be 5 star in US.Location was great as I was solo many nights. Family area and lots of places to eat. Taxi during non busy times was $6-8 to Grand Bazzare area.

Best place for Holidays especially if you’re party guy. You must select this hotel. Because the hotel located at the middle of Ruby(which is most popular night club in whole Istanbul) and in the neighborhood there is going to be lots of bars and fancy restaurants. I will be back again. Best wishes to all staff ❤️

Location is good. No view from the room. There was a club in front of our room and music was loud.

I wanted to share my thoughts on the coffee shop, not the hotel. The coffee shop has a great location, which is a definite plus. However, I was a bit disappointed with their limited menu; they only offer black and regular brewed coffee, and no green tea. Ordering is a self-service affair, and it seems like the bartenders could be more attentive instead of being engrossed in their phones. Overall, it's just an okay experience. Another drawback is the lack of fresh and appealing food options. I've visited a few times because of the convenient location and peaceful ambiance. But truth be told, I wouldn't make a special trip to this coffee shop if it weren't for the location."
