It’s great hotel and great service and in a perfect location and the communication was great with the staff and they had a great restaurant that serves best Turkish breakfast . Its my 10th time visiting them

One of best hotels in Istanbul. Rooms are spacious. Well organised. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is below average. Just one concern, food smell in floor 3 corridor.

We’ve spent one week with our families during the wedding and we’ve really enjoyed. Rooms are clean, location is perfect, you can find all facilities that you’ll need. Serhat and his team are so kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We definitely recommend you to stay in Turkuaz

We were extremely happy for choosing this charming family-run hotel for our wedding guests. Everybody was happy with the stay. The location is perfect in a small side street of the heart of Besiktas. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and well maintained and some of them have breathtaking views on the Bosporus. The breakfast was delicious with some freshly cooked warm Turkish meals such as Menemen and Börek. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor is also very recommendable. But most amazing was the reception team around Serhat - they helped wherever they could around our wedding organisation and were always available. Their rates are very decent for what you get, compared to 3 or 4 star hotels around. For us there is only one choice when coming to Istanbul and this is Turkuaz suites 🙌

we booked this hotel for 8 nights with breakfast included. arrived and we didn't like it very much: old renovation, cracks in the bathroom, rubbish in the closet, no dishes even though it's a studio, no foreign channels, very small windows... we wanted to leave this place... and we still had to pay for all 8 nights!!!!! They didn't even refund the money for breakfast! They are not acting legally and not civilized!!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Booked a family room two months before and 10 days before my arrival they cancelled my booking because of urgent renovation !?! I rebooked into another hotel near by and I thought I pass through the Turkuase hotel and ofcorse there was no sign of any renovation or work , find out later that the champions league final was in Istanbul at those dates and they cancelled my booking to take more expensive bookings … that’s my explanation…

very friendly staff, phenomenal location. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good. The tram station is a 10-minute easy walk away. Worth the money paid and we will definitely come back again

Location location location, it’s a best location for everything. Night life, shopping and having fun. It’s close to everything and yet quite. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good . Rooms are clean and big enough for families. I can definitely recommend this place. Thanks Hande and suat and the other staff for make this trip amazing 🤩

My stay at this hotel was a great experience. The location is at the perfect point, right in the heart of Besiktas and walking distance to the sea and public transportation. The penthouse had a beautiful and relaxing balcony, perfect for downtime after hours of cruising the city. The Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Hande, General Manager, she was available 100% of the time during my stay for any additional needs, she is extremely resourceful and went out of her way to help. The Staff in charge of the continental breakfasts and lobby were amazing! A team of complete gentlemen, I was treated like a true visitor where I did not need to worry about getting up to grab a bag of sugar for my coffee :0) The hospitality team in charge of room cleaning was also amazing, I would make a phone call for a service request and they were at my door within 5 minutes. Customer service at its best. Thank you Turkuaz for such a great experience, I will come back again.

Stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel, and the location is key!!! The staff are very nice and friendly and very helpful, the room are spacious but the furniture and decoration is very outdated, and needs to be renovated

We were lucky to stay in Turkuaz suits, the room was specious and well equipped and it we got excellent and fast services from all staff. HANZADE was always helpful and always smiling all staff were helpful namely Ahmet, Umit, Sulaiman and Ishaq. Location was incrediblely great in bishktash area and nearby famouse landmarks in istanbul. We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast as well

The service level was not good and the staff could not speak English (makes it hard as a tourist to communicate with the staff). At the morning buffet, we ordered water (which was included in the morning buffet and was free) but never received this. Therefore, we took a bottle of water that was on the table, which we later on was charged for. Really unkind and arrogant staff. It is bad, because the location of the hotel was good - close to many shops, restaurants etc.

We had a great stay at this apartment,very convient location. The apartments are absolutely charming! It had everithing you needed to be comfortable and it was so cute. Host was friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations and information about the area.I would absolutely stay here again when we came back to Istanbul.

Stayed 4 nights in this perfectly situated suite hotel. The rooms are very spacious clean, the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I literally found no negative points at all. Highly recommended for a stay in the Besiktas district.

Location wise, it's close to everything in Beśiktaś. They have a super good breakfast, all the staff are much like family! They'd help you out no matter what! Also, they have balconies and elevators!! The rooms are spacious and everything is provided! We normally never check any other hotels when we're in Istanbul ❤️

Untrustworthy! I gave them my credit card information and agreed to pay on arrival, but they tried charging me moments after confirmation. moreover they tried charging me extra of what agreed upon.
