The rooms are really well maintained and the breakfast was super rich and delicious The views from their restaurants are spectacular. The reason for the low rating is the hotel manager on duty who wasn’t supportive. As I had booked a room with “City View” and when I showed him the view from my room he acknowledged and proposed to upgrade me for a fee of 150€ a night (something I shouldn’t be paying for as I had a deal for city view at 500€/nigh)

Had a lovely relaxing time at this hotel. Breakfast was nice, not that crowded even if we were late. We celebrated my little ones birthday over dinner at the restaurant. They brought a complimentary cake for her and sang happy birthday. The food was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent.

Great hotel just north of the key sights of Istanbul. We arrived by car, easily parked in the garage and then checked in through the Executive Lounge. The lounge was nice but quite busy and had both an indoor and outdoor area. They offered small bites and drinks throughout the day as well. We then went to the room and it was large and was very comfortable. The next morning we returned to the executive lounge for breakfast and again it was quite busy and due to Covid you aren’t allowed to serve yourself. The food offerings were basic but good. We were preparing to depart for a walk around the city and were going to keep our bags in our car and discovered there was an issue with the car. We called the rental car company but no one was able to speak English so we asked the concierge for help and he was incredible. He spoke with them on the phone and then went with us to the car to translate when the technician arrived. 1st class service that really saved us! Thank you! Overall we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a marvelous stay at this 5+ stars hotel. The attention to every little detail was terrific. Every member of the team was of utmost professionalism friendliness. Our room was spacious and furnished with an incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows. I could honestly say it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. The room was impeccably clean and furnished with all the necessary toiletries plus some. This hotel took cleanliness to a different level as everything was sanitized and kept outstandingly clean. The breakfast featured all kind of options from everything you'd expect from a traditional Turkish breakfast in addition to freshly made waffles, omelets, eggs, and so much more... everything for every appetite even the picky ones. My wife and I loved our stay at Conrad and it is already our preferred hotel when we return to Istanbul.

Excellent Service all the way around, upgraded to an awesome Bosphorus view suite, super guest amenity and a truly five star executive lounge. Breakfast was awesome!! Great experience and genuine service!

I used to pass by this hotel everyday when I was in highschool. After 25 years, I brought my family here from overseas. Our stay was excellent! From food, staff, and quality of life, we thought it was one of the best hotels we've ever been to. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I don't think we will consider any other hotel on our next visit to Turkey.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel right up until we were departing and realized that my wife had several small bags of jewelry missing from our hotel room, including her wedding ring. We reported this to the hotel and the night manager along with hotel security searched the room, but they were unable to locate the items. They did send us an email within 24 hours indicating that they completed their investigation along with reviewing CCTV footage, but were unable to locate the items. This was partly our fault (and lesson learned) for not using the safe in the room during our stay, but since we know with 100% certainty that we had the items when we checked into the hotel, someone from their staff definitely removed the items from our luggage, so be aware if you stay here.

The hotel is really beautiful both in terms of appearance and comfort. It has a sauna. The rooms are large and the dining room is spacious. It can be a really good business trip. You can choose. I was satisfied.

Definitely a 4-star (not 5) hotel but the service was really good! Beds are SUPER comfy, shower and water pressure are FANTASTIC. Beautiful views and Nice location to take ferries and enjoy Bestikas breakfast spots. A bit far from other tourist attractions. Most certainly a safe and comfortable business hotel.

My three-day stay at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus was truly exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with a fantastic room upgrade and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. What stood out the most was the peacefulness of the room. It was incredibly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. Highly recommended for a luxurious and tranquil stay in Istanbul.

This is my second time at the hotel, I never regret choosing them. Highly recommended very family oriented as well as they really take care of business people. I enjoyed offering me the business lounge. The staff is amazing, they have one of the best customer service in Istanbul. Honestly, from room to service to staff to facility everything at this hotel deserves a 7 star. I’m on business trip and you guys really made my stay super happy that I don’t want to leave the hotel

Very nice hotel with excellent service. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to be pretty fluent in English. The restaurant served an amazing breakfast buffet! We did not eat there at any other time. There was a nice view while eating.

Just wow!!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The reception and service was phenomenal. You are treated like royalty here. Views from the Manzara restaurant is so beautiful. The room that I had overlooked the city and was just such a treat to go to sleep and wake up to it as the rooms has massive windows with uninterrupted views.

The hotel is situated at the top of a hill. There are some restaurant and pubs in the area and close to public transportation. There is a bit of a walk to get to the water where the plaza, ferry terminals and restaurants/cafes are. So if you do not mind a short uphill/downhill walk, this hotel is good. The view is amazing from our room. The hotel is clean and the staff are great but it does need a bit of updating. It is a bit dated. They have a nice gym, pool and sauna. I am only giving it a 4 because the hotel needs some renovation but I would not mind staying here again.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! Perfectly located and so beautiful. We had a King Deluxe room; it was well appointed with a Nescafé machine. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a wet room with rain shower and waterfall feature. Try the bar/deck in the 24th floor. Breathtaking views and a great food menu at reasonable prices! The only downside was that I stayed just one night!

A beautiful and elegant hotel, it was a very busy weekend so check in took ages. A lovely room, but we were at the back so no view. Breakfast buffet was extensive with everything you could think of, but so busy and noisy! I expect it's very different in the week. A fabulous outdoor pool and terrace with sun loungers. We ate in the sky bar, fabulous views, good food and reasonable prices. Wine is expensive but I think that applies everywhere in Istanbul.

Following my business I visit in Istanbul often and will never replace Conrad. I have not yet finished yet my stay for this time but I can already say in advance that the service is excellent. Quality employees, personal attitude and always with smile, everything you need is taken care in minutes, cleanliness in the highest level, great breakfast and restaurant. In my opinion Conrad is the best hotel in Istanbul. It is important for me to also mention the conduct of the manager Serkan, so caring and so caring, always making sure that everyone is satisfied and always with a smile.

The location is pretty good , the views are amazing. Offerings in executive lounge were a bit disappointing, the viewing terrace is closed and the indoor pool isnt spectacular as well. The service level is very high - from the moment you exit the taxi until you leave the hotel. Breakfast is very good as well. The security check is standard at this level but the women who were working there could have been more friendly. I would return for the views, the breakfast and the service.

Excellent hotel. My family have been here twice, and we had a long stay due to the war in our country, Ukraine. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is good, and the staff is very professional. The only flaw that we experienced during our stay was one bad breakfast experience when an eggs Benedict came with only a bun and egg, even though we did ask for extra things on it. But if you are looking for a good place to stay for about a week or two, this would be a suitable hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Conrad. Wow! Great experience. And highly recommend it. Also we got to use the brand new executive Launge on the 2nd floor which had super friendly staff with great service - food, drinks, desserts. I think the manager name was Gulbahar? And she was very attentive and kind. The rooms were also great - clean, updated, lots of amenities, some of them have really great views. We will definitely come back.

This is the best Hotel under Hilton chain that I have stayed so far. Absolutely wonderful. I stayed for 5 nights and everything was wonderful. The location is 7 minutes walk to Beşiktaş square where you can get to many places. All the staff are super friendly, nice and welcoming. Yavuz assisted us with check in and he was very helpful and explained everything. Our rooms was lovely and thanks for the housekeeping team especially Asuman, that keeping it tidy more than once everyday and everything was topnotch. The breakfast exquisite! Loads of choices, also breakfast team Melek,Eylul,Tahsin and all others that don’t remember the name made it more delighted. Also i had access to Executive Lounge,which was also perfect, thank you Gulbahar for amazing hospitality. The outdoor pool was superb and clean, also you could order food and beverages. Overall I had a phenomenal stay in this hotel and I will definitely visit again.

I spent a beautiful few days at Conrad with my daughter. Ms. Hande's kindly gave a special upgrade offer. We weren't sure if it'll be worth the extra money. But it was so worth it. Grateful for that. For both of us, it was a dream vacation-stay come true. One can spend the entire day in the executive lounge, do office work or be with a book. I loved just looking out of the room window to the the bosphorus, at day or night. We look forward to being back.

Hotel is at a convenient location and is modern. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Service is amazing too. We enjoyed the happy hour at the lounge and Gulbahar, Gamze and Cihat’s professionalism and friendliness made our evening. Big shout out to the whole hotel staff, who make guests’ stays better.

Just checked in today. Experience has been amazing so far. Great location and outdoor pool is beautiful. Hotel is fully of energy but maintains a high end feel. We are executive level so have access to the fantastic lounge. The hostess Gűlbahar has been amazing, so attentive and topping up our drinks during the happy hour in the lounge. Really looking forward to the rest of our stay in this great hotel.

The hotel was one of the best we have visited. The room view and the cleanliness was 10/10. Mr.Serkan from front office was very kind and helpful and welcoming with a great level of hospitality and customer service. The breakfast at Manzara Restaurant was superb and wonderful ! Mrs. Bushra was very kind and always helpful and welcoming. All over all our stay was excellent and would definitely come back again !

Great stay as always in one of the most vibrant parts of Istanbul. Staff is incredibly helpful throughout the resort and will do whatever needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Explicitly worth mentioning is the care and attention of the team in the Executive lounge, Gulbahar and Furkan in particular, who are extremely helpful!

My experience at the Conrad hotel was absolutely fantastic. I spent a wonderful week, surrounded by a very attentive and caring staff. The condition of the rooms is impeccable. The breakfast is particularly appetizing and very varied. The hotel is well situated, bus station and metro only 4 min away by walking. I enjoyed the pools and spa there too. My mom and I had recently stayed at the Conrad, and our experience was nothing short of a dream. We were so kindly and generously upgraded to a Bosphorus view room by Ms Hande Şen at a special rate. We also got access to the executive lounge, and it was so convenient to just walk there whenever we wanted coffee, snacks or a meal. The staff everywhere, from the housekeeping ladies to the gentlemen looking after our luggage, to the attendants in the executive lounge were incredibly warm, and their smiling faces added to make our experience excellent overall. The staff at the reception was always very responsive - phone calls to the reception were promptly answered and our questions/needs were duly fulfilled. Including a super odd request to cut a padlock I had lost the keys for :) We got lucky that everything we wanted or could have possibly wanted was all available under the same roof. Our bedroom was very comfortable, and had amazing soundproofing (except for the vacuum in the hall outside :)), and our bathroom had 3 different shower/bath options! I would also like to especially thank Gokhan Kalkan bey who assisted with storing my luggage. My mom and I are grateful to have had this experience, which we otherwise would probably not have been able to afford had it not been for the special offer that was extended to us. We look forward to being back to our favourite city!

The restaurant on 14th floor serve great sushi, fantastic view, fair prices, great service. Should you be in this area one day don't miss out, see it to believe it

I am happy about my stay in Conrad Bosphorus. Rooms were spacious and had comfortable bed. Proper cleanliness. Double shower was really enjoyable. I liked the outdoor pool and rooftop bar. Location was really good - walking distance to Bosphorus. I deduct one stare for receptionist who wasn’t discreet during the check in even though I asked for this twice before arrival on the phone and I’ve been assurred that my request would be followed.

Just finished my second stay here and was very pleased with the experience. They go out of their way to recognize Diamond members and the staff at all levels was excellent. The Executive Lounge staff in particular were incredibly attentive and offered superb service. The spa was very nice and perfect after a workout. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Conrad, the staff was really nice especially I want to point out Mr. Ahmet in the restaurant, and Ms. Hilal on the reception was quite helpful. Looking forward to coming again. Quality and variety of food for breakfast was exemplary, as was the dinner at your roof top restaurant 14th floor, sushi one of the best my wife ate so far, and she was in over 70 countries so far. As usual Conrad delivered on its promise. Staff was very helpful and supportive with everything we asked for, except for a small mishap in the e executive lounge, but it is practically forgotten by now... And of course food court was a bit crowded at times. Which cold have been managed better. But again, all in all I would stay in this hotel again for sure.

The most quiet, comfortable and elegant 5 star hotel I ever visited till now. Very friendly staff and excellent sevice. Location and view is stunning. It's worth the money you pay..

If you really want to experience Istanbul I would suggest staying in this beautiful modern hotel. We were given the option to upgrade our room and WOW the view of the Bosphorus bridge through the wall length window was breathtaking! Incredibly beautiful and made the trip 1000% times better.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL. The service was impeccable, seriously I did not have one complaint about the service. The hotel itself is gorgeous and super clean. The valet guys were amazing, the front desk, servers, and just everyone were fantastic. I really wish I could remember the names of all the individuals we encountered but unfortunately, I cannot. We also ate at the terrace restaurant and it was simply amazing and the views were just gorgeous. Honestly, you could spend your entire day just in the hotel and be satisfied with your trip. I just want to thank the management and the whole staff for such an amazing experience here. Next time I am in Istanbul I know where to stay!

Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel with very friendly staff. We told the check-in desk that we had stayed before and we returned from the top floor bar with great views to find complementary cake waiting for us in our room.

Nice hotel. Great views from the bar on the 14th floor and good restaurant on the lower level. Nice rooms, but could use a refresh. This hotel was the drop-off for our Regeny cruise and it served that purpose well.

Great service provided by the hotel, the hotel has almost everything that served to our expected standards. We stayed here last week of December 2021. The breakfast was absolutely great! The reception changed our room to a sea view to make us happier. They were polite at all time. We used the spa and massages, it was very clean, and high standards. Each time we stepped out of the hotel we were arranged a taxi in a short time even in the NYE. The roof top restaurant provided delicious sushi & wine selections with a great sea view. Only the breakfeast area were very busy in the morning but we found a way around it. We were generally very happy in this hotel for one week. Thank you

We got a room with the bosphorus view, which is the best part of the hotel room. To be honest, the room's decors is a bit old and that the property is a bit old. Lobby on the other hand is so beautiful and nicely furnished and decorated. Breakfast is amazing with many choices. Location is quite far from tourists attractions so we took cab. Services are excellent but the executive lounge is too overcrowded.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The concierge gave us lots of details and info to make our stay better easier. It is not really mentioned but the hotel is a 10 min walk from the ferry and bus station. The hotel has an amazing view from the 14th level bar of the whole are also showing Bosphorus and bridge. The breakfast is continental and good. The hotel does get super busy. We noticed that during breakfast. It will be full.

A very nice hotel in a good location on the European side. A very good restaurant and bar on site. Walkable restaurants and public transportation near by. Concierge services are available and they made things happen for us. I would definitely stay here again when we are back in Istanbul.

Good quality standards in the rooms and different gastronomic spaces. Rooms are spacious, offer a very comfortable bed and fantastic views if you are located on the "right" side of the building (facing the city). Breakfast buffet is very rich in choices, and staff are nice all around. Different restaurant options including one at the top floor. Airco is always too high so come prepared for that. Hotel is within walking distance of the Besiktas water front, close to ferries, bars and restaurants.

Apart from the beautiful Bosphrous view, hotel staff was spectacular. Everyone we met was very kind, helpful and genuinely smiling. I was not expecting such a service.

Great hotel! Very comfortable, beautiful and quiet so we could rest up after our busy days. It is not in the city center and you do need transportation to an from, but for us, it was a peaceful haven to return to after the hustle and the bustle of the city! We all loved it!
