I totally recommend the hammam and massage experiences. It has a calming, relaxing ambiance with a sense of privacy. The therapist from Bali was fantastic. They provide all you need there, so there is no need to arrive prepared. Comfy bathrobes, towels, slippers and etc, are all provided. There is a separate room for before and after Hammam to relax and reach normal temperature again. The negative is that the steam room didn't really have steam, as the top and bottom of the door were open. Note that the location of the spa is in the basement (-5). So there is no view.

My first experience at Spa Soul at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul was amazing! The facility is decorated to make you relax. You can feel your troubles melting away as you embrace the peace and serenity flowing from the ambiance. The staff is extremely professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. We had the couples hammam & massage, OMG! So relaxing. So pleasant! The amenities are well stocked and clean. Honestly, the hammam & massage treatments we received during our couples ritual, were probably the best we’ve ever gotten. The treatment was absolutely amazing! And the area you go through to get to your treatment room is so beautiful! Thank you 🙏🏼

I had a massage from Rasti on my upper back and neck and head. I prefer a very strong pressure. Rasti’s technique is very good - the pressure is very strong but is not hurting. Well done. Also the spa centre in general is really nice. There is a separate sauna/steam for men and women. I enjoyed the sauna very much.
