The most shocking service I’ve ever seen in my life - I’m not overreacting. The place is nice and the food is great but I’d never go back because all waiters treated us very bad. Two of us arrived first and told them we’d be a group of eight and asked if they’d have space, the waiter said “no”. We managed to get a table then from there whenever waiter would come they’d just be super rude. Their only answers would be “no” “I don’t know” “we don’t do” “no you cant”. The crazy thing is that it was ALL the waiters not only one of them . Judging by the other reviews seems like it’s normal 👍🏽 if u value good service don’t go there

I used to be a regular guest at Bina for years and i used to love this place but recently the problems with the security have been too much and i will never come back. They have been starting fights with people waiting in the line to enter and not letting people in. I was inside while the space was half empy and waiting for my friend to join me.The security person wouldn't let her enter. When i came to the entrance to pick her up the guy was telling me there is no space inside for her while other people were entering freely. In the end the guy told us to never return. Don't worry, we won't.

Nice cocktails, great atmosphere, but terrible service/waiters. We went there on a Sunday night, the place was not that full, but even then the staff was inattentive and even point blank rude. It feels like they are irritated by the fact that they need to provide you service. No idea why I have to get chastised to get some over priced cocktails and mediocre food just to sit in a pretty garden

Do not order cocktail! Horrible!!! Last week I ordered a chili cocktail and it was more like a chili Mexican food rather then a cocktail. And when I addressed my issue to the management through waitress, they even didn’t bother to make an explanation and apologies. You may have bad stuffs on your menu and you don’t have to be good on everything but as a bar or restaurant you need to communicate and understand your customers!!!! Good luck !!

They always come up with a reason not to let you in - an event, or they say that it's full, etc. Once I came with a couple friends and told them we already had friends inside to bypass the fact them saying it was full. Lo and behold it was close to empty and didn't fill up until many hours later. I'm guessing it's a dress code thing but it honestly isn't even a fancy place nor were any of our party dressed down. They pick and choose who they let in. It's not good enough to be so exclusive. In fact, I chose it because it felt chill the last time I was there. Just tried to enter with my hubby and again, a fake excuse. Kadıköy has plenty of decent places all over, find another!

Racist and rude security personnel. They wouldn't let my friend in even though we were already inside waiting for them. They said there was no space in there, meanwhile they let several other people enter while arguing to us.

The place is unimaginably beautiful and the food was actually really good. The only reason why I wouldn't visit again is the cocky staff which just ruined the whole atmosphere of the place. They're arrogant to their customers but among each other they're laughing and making jokes.

Loved this place! 4 stories high so the -1 is the restaurant and bar but at the entrance you can also sit for cocktails and entrées. If you are an art aficionado they constantly have events and mini-exhibits of art. I went here for a stand up comedy show in English. The location is in one of the most crowded streets of Kadiköy, but it’s a 20 minute walk from the ferry and metro, no need for taxi if you ask me.

This place has a cozy garden in the back, featuring a tiny water feature. Good for getting together with your friends. Also shake it a little at the dance floor on the enterance level. Sometimes, the bouncers can be a jerk though (no surprise there)

Really nice hipstery bar with a gorgeous inner courtyard to cool down in the summer evenings. The selection and quality of cocktails is very interesting. The small selection of food is quite decent.

A little hidden gem. The underground terrace area is cozy and vibrant. Food choices are a little limited but the quality is great Price is average to good compared to other locations nearby.

Interesting bar with a secret garden inside. Reasonable prices and friendly service.

The "bouncers" at the door are would only let you in if you have female friends with you. The waiters inside looks like the unhappiest bunch on the planet. Prepare to get smoke smelll on your outfit.

Nice place with a secret gorgeous inner courtyard. The place has a good atmosphere. The cocktails are very interesting. The staff were friendly and the prices are affordable. Would happily return.

Oh, what an experience. Margarita pizza is best in Kadıköy so far. About waitress and waitresses? Don't try to make an eye contact with them.

The service is good, but the most notable thing is the size, a large establishment with many seating options and good music and atmosphere, definitely a great place to relax and chat.

My friends and me wanted to visit Brazzaville concert 23 OCTOBER 2022, I asked for tickets - Bina told me I can buy them at entrance, but it’s 21century outside and İstanbul is big to make a tour to Moda during your workdays, I asked if I can pay them online and they rejected, just cash. Sad. Won’t come there again.

Lovely atmosphere, great music, really nice bartenders and people. I think the one star reviews are just from people who were upset that they couldn’t get in (the bouncers try and ensure everyone who enters is respectful and has the right mentality). A little crowded at times, but it’s a big open space, so it’s not loud or really hard to find comfy seating. Just sometimes takes a little bit to get your order.

Bina is a nice place to grab a cocktail or a bite to eat as both menus are pretty good. They also have events, shows and concerts upstairs and djs on the weekend. The atmosphere is nice throughout and looks great. Only downside is it's a little expensive and can get pretty crowded.

Cute and chill bar with good service! Definitely go to the garden in the back. Very cozy!

Hands down one of the best made cocktails in Istanbul. Well organised bar staff even for a crowded Saturday night. No checking of HES codes upon entry however.

My favorite bar!!!! Delicious food options and beer cart. Service is great, place is stylish! Only advice to toilets could more clean and care
