First of all the I would like to share my positive part of my opinion about mim hotel.staff are kind and generous. From the first time we have arrived, they helped us. . The location isn't good because the public transportation sustems are far from here .here is best location for people to access to hospitals and surgery hospitals.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! The staff hardly spoke english and it was often impossibile to communicate. The furniture was mediocre, only in Turkey it could have 4 stars (don't trust pictures!). The breakfast was poor and the room was not so clean... One day the lights in the bathroom didn't work, another no water. Once, unwittingly, a waitress took my sponge, but, when I complained, I was given another one that was of no use to me. Finally, more serious, one evening at the reception they told us not to take a taxi and to use their shuttle service to go downtown to save money: how did it go? We paid 3 times the rate we would have paid by taxi and the driver even dropped us off in the wrong place!

Bad internet connection in a few points, heavy cigarette and air freshener mixed, a scary and small elevator, poor breakfast and if you pay attention to details, you will find a lot of small problems. In their website you see decent pictures, but the reality can be disappointing. I don't care about luxury, but I need at least a clean bedroom.

All good except the staff should be carful, They will try to rob you and take advantage of you in many ways( BCR , Taxi etc) So Always negotiate with them and try to ask different staff. Except Hamaza been very honest. Thank you for your honesty

Before I took this hotel I Reed all reviews and seems to be a good choice but unfortunately not really Rooms are so dark and cold , even corridors was so cold in my visit in December. Floor was laminate which not gives me warmth but have more cold. Bathroom same cold , when u have to too shower u will so cold .

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Good place to spend the night! The breakfast is very delicious!

Nice and helpful staff, great location but when it comes to the room, the bed is really uncomfortable, actually feels pretty hard, room I stayed in pretty dark. The hotel has bad lightings and do not have the best operating lift.

It's not a bad place if this particular area of the city is the purpose of your visit. For a general tourism and city exploring there are better locations. It's kept clean and well maintained compared to a typical Istanbul hotel. The breakfast is decent, too. If you get a good deal on the price, it could be a good proposition. Otherwise, the regular walk-in prices are way too high for what you get in return.

Good location of the hotel, very close to most of the must be visited places. Starting from the lobby the place is very clean and tide, lovely music is playing giving you a great mood. When it comes to the rooms we were provided with, it's a pleasure to stay there. Nice and friendly staff will make you sure that you are welcomed. They have accepted us fast and quick, were very polite and helpful indeed. I'm looking forward to enjoy my one week stay in Istanbul here in Mim Hotel!
