We are a family of five and stayed in this hotel for 4 days in June 2022. The hotel is very conveniently located near many important attractions. I would like to echo what others here said about the staff especially the reception staff. Especially MR. Murad and Mr. Kenan are very friendly as well as others (I can’t remember their names). Breakfast is also very good. However, because of its location, the views from the windows and the balcony are not very pretty. But nevertheless I would strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Great location and the hotel was decent. We checked quickly as there was no other people there. The rooms were a good size with some toiletries. The hotel is old and it's obvious. The bathrooms have a jacuzzi / bath and a shower. We didn't have bath plug, so had to request one. They have small selection in breakfast but its ok. The check in clerk tried getting us to go to his relatives shop which I felt was unprofessional. The water at the hotel was yellow, so put us off. I requested for the shower to be fixed because the head was broken but it never got fixed even though he told me they did. Overpriced for the price.

Staff is always smiling cooperative. Clean neat place. Mr. Abdullah was the manager at our visit guided us well. Breakfast is good,homely comfy environment. Walking distance to all important sight seeing makes the stay worthwhile. Although we had concerns when booked it online but it didn't turned us down . Recommended.

We ended our two week Turkish vacation with four nights at this lovely hotel. All of the staff were so kind, welcoming, and eager to ensure our vacation was wonderful. We had the connecting suite, which provided ample space for sorting through and packing our shopping indulgences. The two bathrooms were a lovely treat for our group of three ladies. Most impressive was Mustafa’s ability to move and pack our nine bags upon checkout - we tried to take a bag, and we’re admonished, “no, relax, we are gentlemen.” Breakfast was delicious and fresh - the woman in charge greeted us each morning with a smile and was checked on us throughout the meal, ensuring we had everything we needed. Every morning, we were asked what was on our itinerary and if we needed assistance. Tours were offered, of course, but it was low-pressure and once we declined, we weren’t asked again. Coming back in the afternoon/evening felt like coming home - we were greeted with smiles and asked how our day was and what we did. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and heartfelt. If I return to Turkey, I would not hesitate to stay here!

We recently stayed at GLK Premier Acropol in Sultanahmet area for 9 days. From the moment I made online reservation, I received a welcome message on Whatsapp with very useful information. Kenan and his staff were simply fabulous!! I have travelled a lot and stayed at almost all major hotel chains but never received such white glove service from anyone else. We felt like we were a guest at their home. The two lovely ladies serving breakfast every morning were also amazing, always smiling and taking care of the guests. Booked most of the tours with Hotel’s assistance/recommendations and couldn’t be happier. Walking distance to Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and grand bazar was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, safe and well-managed hotel. Located in the "Old City" of Istanbul (Sultanahmet), the hotel is just minutes away by foot from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome and the Bosphorus Straight. Room was well-maintained with bath (including the jacuzzi bathtub). Air conditioning temp could be set by guests in the room. Breakfast hours were convenient and the array of items on the breakfast buffet was impressive. Staff was warm and accommodating, making us feel immediately welcome. Free sauna and steam bath within the premises. In the opinion of my family, there were no downsides to this hotel. Would certainly stay again.

My rating is based on my massage experience. Had a “relaxation massage”. I’m pretty sure it’s a housekeeper that performs the massage. Very unprofessional and terrible massage. When she was finished she slammed the door and I remained laying on the table as it was not known that the massage was over. She returned a few minutes later flicked the lights on and told me to go. As I got dressed (in front of her) she was cleaning up the table and space. Super unprofessional, don’t waste your money here. The hotel itself is fine nothing fancy. Will say though that their pillows have a purple trim on them and they bleed so watch your clothes. I stained my white shirt, came out in the wash thank goodness.

Thank you to Apo, Kenan, Emir and all the wonderful staff. The hotel is clean, organized, comfortable, near by all the main sites like TopKapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque. And their breakfast is the best, especially the cake, cookies, bread. Thank you for setting up the tours and always greeting my father with a smile. We were very impressed with your kindness and professionalism.

The location is superb. near too food, old city, seaside, and site attractions. Much better bath and massage options available in the same street in less money. Break fast is free but fresh juice, coffee and omelette options are to paid for. bummer !! most of the options in the breakfast are the SALAD. Compared to premier inn breakfast it is nothing. You have to ask the hostess to pour/refill the juice/water for you. WIFI did not work for us and top floor despite the staff trying to fix it. We were without roaming and cut off practically from our contacts.

Great location and very helpful staff. Unfortunately we had a chance to stay only one night but we really enjoyed the view of blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Breakfast was also nice. Special thanks to Mr. Kenan, lady who works for breakfast service and young gentleman who helped us with our luggages and directed us to local grocery store.

This was a fantastic hotel with great service, a very central location, and attentive staff members. Especially Kenan Bey at the front desk was very attentive and helpful and made sure we were well aware of services and amenities. The rooms were large and spacious, and with a nice view. Breakfast spread was great! Overall, a highly recommended hotel and spot.

Great place for the price... The staff are great, very helpful and as accomadating as they could be. Some things to note. 1. Power went off 30 minutes after we got our rooms... Went back on 20 minutes later. 2. I was told I had the nicest room in the hotel but the hot water was lacking one morning (just lukewarm) and the shower head bracket was a bit loose. 3. They ask you to use the birthday app use toilet paper but not flush it. 4. Also not their fault it's throughout all of Istanbul but I guess you can't drink the water coming out of the tap so get a bottle of water to brush your teeth. 5. We used the steamroom but it lost the steam twice (I think it was on a 15 minute timer in some closet) and had to go up and tell them "we need steam...."

In all our travels we've never had such friendly, helpful and kind staff. The hotel is wonderful, and where it lacks in a few finer points the staff more than compensates for it. There is no doubt guests and their experience are their priority. Without question, I would stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

They are very helpful in any of our requests and never said “No”to us and gave us city map and their suggestions where to go and what to visit in the city. Also we received upgraded room as we booked the room for the lowest price with no specific amenities. We received beautiful family suite with two separate rooms. Highly recommend the hotel!

We stayed two nights and service was excellent! The front desk was very responsive over WhatsApp and even able to get a birthday cake last minute. Location is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely come back!

We were incredibly fortunate to be allocated a room with a view including both mosques and the Bosporus so that I could watch the sun rise over Asia and set over Europe. Service and housekeeping were excellent. The only part that wasn't 5 star was the 'tired' bathroom.

The stay was awesome and clean and there was a situation that needed to be cured and Abdullah was very professional and genuine in taking care of it within half an hour. I recommend this hotel for longer stays because of the services, price and very friendly staff.

This hotel exceeded beyond my expectations! Mustafe and the whole team were amazing!! I wish they had this hotel in other countries as I would stay here every time. They really made our trip. Thank you to the whole staff. If I am ever in Istanbul I will be back 100%

Room was a bit dated. Breakfast, Turkish bath was nice. Great location.

The rooms are simply not sufficiently soundproofed for the location. You will not get any sleep here before 3 AM as disco music will be blasted through the windows directly into your room. We expected some noise from the busy street but this is rather too much.

The location of the Hotel was amazing...every major tourist spot was walkable distance. We got a Sea View Executive room for a good price. Keenan and Mustafa were very cordial. Anyone should consider this Property to stay near Hagia Sofiya!

Very nice staff, i liked staying there but the breakfast wasn’t so good

Excellent location and accessible(walking distance)to all the tourist attractions. It's not a luxurious hotel but very comfortable and the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room ( queen with sea view) had a balcony(Shared) with views of the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia on one side and the Bosphorus on the other. The room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday. Breakfast was fresh and attempt made to vary it although the choices revolved around bread, eggs, olives, salad and fresh fruits which is pretty much standard.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff, they will help and guide you for everything that you want... I want to thank all of them and specially "Apo"... It was a great holiday and I recommend this hotel for all

I was impressed with my trip in istanbul and especially with this hotel. Amazing view with the sea and AYAsophia. great staff helping with all you need and very kind. starting with mr. Abdullah at my arrive he was taking the time to explain how is everything with the hotel and all around the hotel. Mr. Kenan in the evening helped me with many things and how to choose a good delicious restaurant. Very kind also did some calls to help me with some other stuffs. Both of them very elegant and dress with style :) Mr. Mustafa amazing kind waiter. I deffenitly recommend this Hotel PS. dont be ashamed to tip them :)

Impeccable service,highly recommended. They hotel was super clean , the managers,Mr.Abdulla and Mr.kenin,were super kind ,jolly and helpful. Firstly, the hotel is so nice and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They treat you as if you are family and as soon as you arrive, they will accommodate you as best as they can. Our check-in was at 2pm but as our flight was early, we arrived at 8am. In that time, they served up with hot drinks and also arranged for a boat tour of the city. The staff also allowed us to relax in the spa area whilst we waited for our room. The staff upgraded our room free of charge to one with a balcony view of the sea. The room itself was clean and convenient for a family of 4. The hotel managers/concierges are always attentive and never intrude. They will always help with recommendations on tours, restaurants and which shops to go to depending on how much you want to spend. For breakfast, they serve a buffet which always has fresh bread and pancakes and other pastries along with jams and honey, fruits, vegetables and olives, eggs, sausages. The food is good. There is also an in-house hammam which is clean and relaxing. Secondly, the location is wonderful. You are within 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace Museum. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops and also close to the Arasta Bazaar which has all sorts of arts and crafts shops. The area is very scenic as well. You can also get to the Grand Bazaar within 15-20 mins from the hotel. Thank you to GLK Acropol for all the service you provided for me and my family. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will Inshallah visit again. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The property is located just a short walk from Blue Mosque and Sf. Sofia, you can see them both from your room. Hotel is also very good linked with public transportation. The rooms are big, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our bedsheets were changed daily which was highly appreciated. We want to thank to cleaning team. The reception team was the best we had so far in a hotel, extremely friendly, always smiling and professional, they helped us with all our inquiries. Big thanks to all reception team. I couldn't retain their names but they were all 5* and above.Breakfast has a good selection of traditional food, fruits, pastries and hot drinks. Overall a great stay experience, l would recommend anyone this place. We are planning to come back soon and we'll definitely come back here for staying. Very nice hotel, clean & comfortable. The photos ain't fake, they are 100% real (which is not the case in other places). there are alot of things around the area and very close to the Blue Musque & Ayasofya. The staff are friendly and professional (speak English fluently). I have enjoyed my experience in this hotel & I definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good stay.

I am extremely impressed with the hotel, with a wonderful view from room 505 balcony where you can see both the water and the beautiful old city. The room is clean, comfortable and has that old charm. The location of the hotel is amazing, has a mazing restaurants all around it, and is within a 5 minute walk to many sights. What ai am more impressed with the the amazing service the staff gives, BIG shoutout to Kanan (hope I spelled it right) at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing and would go out of his way to make sure i was accommodated. He deserves a raise! :) I will absolutely be coming back and would recommend this to all my friends and family.

It Was incredibleb stay here for a week. The staff who works at the front office (apologise I forgot his name).. he gives us such a very warm welcome. They always let me get into the gym even though the gym was closed on a pandemic so I would say I was the only one there. Thank you for giving us your best services, of course we would like to coming back

It was a great experience staying at GLK premier acropolis , its a well located hotel near all tourist destination food around the area is good as well , just avoid roof top restaurants as they may be a bit expensive, if you want to avoid getting stuck in the traffic and save up on the travel cost I would highly recommend this hotel basically you are getting a 7start hotel treatment for such a low price Abdullah and his team has been wonderful thank you for making our stay comfortable it was a great experience,highly recommended for families 👌 👍

Although this street is very noisy until midnight every night, we had a great experience here. The service was really wonderful. We also got a Turkish scrub and massage here. The location was very convenient to the sights nearby.
