The hotel is new and beautifully designed and nicely located in front of Marmara sea. In addition, the gym is modern and well-equipped. However, all of these good qualities were ruined by the incompetent management of the hotel. It is clear that they do not have enough staff to run the hotel whether it be cleaning, concierge, parking or reception. Our rooms were not cleaned in two consecutive days. When they cleaned the room in the first and only time, they took our towels and did not give us new ones. We also struggled every time we drove our car from the parking basement as always no parking staff was present to lift the pole for us. One time I was stuck in the lobby and couldn’t go to my room because the room card unexpectedly stopped working and you need to use it in the elevator to get to your room’s floor. I spent 15 mins in the reception and they gave me three new cards, all of which did not work either. So I decided to join anyone with a working card in the elevator to get to my room. I personally did not try the breakfast, so I cannot rate it but my family thought it was good. Overall, I will not come again if there is no drastic hotel management improvement.

The worst hotel! It’s less than a star They don’t clean very well, the room is always dirty! Even in the check in The service is so bad, they often don’t answer your call and if you asked for something, they may bring it after 2 hours! Or they won’t bring it at all! The parking is not free ! I have to pay 40TL each time I parked my car! I’ve traveled and visited a lot of hotels, they don’t charge us for the parking! They have also asked us to give them a deposit 100$ ! I won’t recommend it to anyone! And I won’t visited it again

A very excellent hotel with excellent service and staff...and a beautiful view...and the staff are very nice, especially the hotel manager. I thank him for his good cooperation with us...in helping us find our lost item. I will not hesitate when I book it during my stay in Istanbul

It’s a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant that serves delicious food. The breakfast selection is a wide range to pick from and the fresh squeezed orange juice is remarkable. The sitting area near the lobby is cozy and provides a very nice space for relaxing. It’s very clean and my house keeper Nilgan did an excellent job keeping my room pristine.

The room was spacious, the bed an pillow comfortable, the breakfast nice and the staff generally quite friendly. BUT the room was not clean and the property not up to Hilton standards regarding upkeep and cleanliness. My room was supposedly a non-smoking room but the room clearly smelled of smoke. Later I discovered ash on the chair (see photo). I also found crumbs on the carpet. Both remained there for the entire 4 days of my stay despite my room being "cleaned" every day. The tabletop above the fridge had been used grease stains on it from the previous guest as did the first drawer. I chose to leave most of my clothes in my suitcase. Overall, the room felt somewhat filthy. Fortunately, the bathroom incl toilet was clean. The first day I had not shower gel which I realized once I had gone into the shower. At check-in I had asked the staff to add my company's address to the booking to save time when checking-out. She did something for a full 10 min, asserting me that it had been added. It turns out, no sign of that address on my final invoice thus check-out took a full 15 min. The lounge on the 11th floor is quite nice, buffet 6-8pm which was pretty good. The bar on the ground floor is quite sad and has a very limited selection of drinks. The area around the hotel is fairly boring; 6 line road on one side, not much on the other sides. A 15 min walk to the train station and a residential area with some local shops and a few restaurants. I can't think of a reason why I would go back to this property.

The person who met us at the restaurant was Kemal Gedik and I should say that he was perfect. Starting with sense of humour and ending with the service that he provided to me and my friends. I have really enjoyed his contribution to his work and would like to invite everyone to this beautiful hotel.

The room and the view are really good. The staff are kind. All of them. Especially (AYSE VARGl) the one responsible for cleaning level 7, she is not speak English but she was really kind helping us. I think, all the staff were nice

Clean hotel with big rooms for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Grab a drink at the Bar, the barkeeper Veysel will serve you with cocktails and bake your wishes come true.

From front desk to sales office (thanks Murat Bey), cleaners to executive lounge staff (thanks to Savaş Bey and the lady just before him) and security personnel all welcomes you very warm and friendly and focused to your needs . You can feel Hilton quality from beginning to end. Looks like I and my team will be staying here more often on our business trips. Quick note to hotel management to consider reactivating electric car charging stations at the parking garage since almost all hotels have.

The room and the view are really good. The staff are really kind. All of them. There was a lady at the gym, she didn’t speak English but she was really kind showing me the gym and giving me a towel for it. Veisel from the restaurant (sorry if didn’t write correct the name) was really attentive and always had a look if everything was ok. The girls at breakfast were the same. I think, all the staff were and are super. Really like that the location of the hotel as well.

I can recommend this hotel with full marks because they went over and abroad with all my requests. I had a serious problem which the Hotel effectively and efficiently solved for me. I loved the comfort of their beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was great. I hope to come and stay here again soon!!

Great property with amazing views. The front desk staff go above and beyond to make you feel more than just a valued guest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Not properly trained staff&very poor management! We have been staying in this hotel for the past 3 days and every single day there was an incident which highlighted the poor management. Last night at around 7:15 pm we heard an announcement on the loudspeakers (there was no fire alarm) which said to IMMEDIATELY EVACUATE our rooms and to go to the lobby. Panicked and stressed guests (not to mentioned innocent scared children) all ran towards the Emergency Exits thinking that there was a bomb or an earthquake ! Once we reached the lobby we saw a very calm&serene atmosphere with no one from the management or guest relation there to explain what was going on or why did we need to EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY! I had to go personally to the reception to investigate what went wrong as other confused guests were asking each other what was happening! The receptionist told me that somebody smoked in his room (but there was NO FIRE ALARM)! And that's as far as it went. We didn't see any Manager who could explain what went wrong! So all the guests went back to their rooms, even more confused and stressed out! Not any 5 star hotel would treat their guests in this way. The least was a proper explanation , even a short phone call trom the Hotel Manager to the guest room apologising for the inconvenience and reasuring that everything was fine. Very disappointing!

This hotel has a great location very clean and modern. Customer service very good and the food on the restaurant better than any other outside. I travel a lot and I'm picky with hotels but this one meet my expectations.

Great hotel, great location, and great view. we had the suite, which was impressive. The breakfast was great, and Mr. Sonar with Hilton Honer was great and super helpful! I will go back to this location if I ever go to Istanbul again :)

The customer service is great and friendly, extremely clean. I am glad that I spent my week at this Hilton Hotel. The building is new, the food is great. I highly recommend this place
