Melis made this so easy and friendly. I needed a Xmas present for my sister who now lives in Turkey. Since the country has made it difficult to send things via Amazon, etc. I looked around for a local solution. The website was easy and I quickly found some items I thought she'd like. I would suggest to Melis that they add a basket feature, however, so that items don't have to be ordered one by one. Their customer service was excellent when I had a question about an invoice (which was all in Turkish). They delivered the items on Xmas day! The delivery fella spoke English, was super friendly, chatted with my sister and wished her and her family a Happy Xmas. Highly recommended.
