    Awful hotel. Cannot recommend. Night one at 1am the electrics started clicking loudly in the wall so I could not sleep. Had to change rooms eventually at 2am. Following night it reached 26+ degrees in my room because they are too cheap to run the air conditioning. I rang reception at midnight to complain and to try and get the air con switched on. They were not there/didn’t answer. Their excuse when I checked out? It’s winter and they use a central heating system so switch the air con off. It was so hot it gave me a headache and I had a terrible night. This is not a good hotel.

    Stayed for 4 nights here. The hotel is newly built, very modern and looks pretty nice. Location is superb just across an axis shopping center. Shout out to the cleaning service team which is very nice, polite and friendly. Unfortunately, except their new building and room, there are some minor defects already on the furniture inside the room (room 211). I have never seen furniture covered with tapes (in several spots, not only one) in a 4-star-hotel before especially for the marriott-bonvoy group, I hope this only happened in my room. For a 4-star-hotel I hope they can fix them better then just using a tape. View from the room is not very great, my room is facing to a tile factory beside the hotel which of course makes the outside facade looks very dusty. I ordered food from the room service for in-room dining several time, price is very moderate and taste good, pretty satisfied !

    I stayed in this hotel, from the time you walk in they grat you dreadfully. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean. I would stay in this hotel again. The staffs were fabulous!

    What an amazing experience! Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious... A very welcoming atmosphere to say the least. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. But there were three members of staff that actually stood out, the first one called Yousaf at reception, Yousaf was extremely helpful and very responsive, every time I rang the reception for something, it would be done in a matter of minutes. One day I couldn't sleep, so I went down and sat in the lobby browsing my phone, I watched the way he welcomed the guests and attended to their every need, he is a character full of life, I think he should be made in charge of hospitality training for all members of staff! The breakfast was amazing, partly because of a breakfast host called Dogan, my visit to Istanbul was medical which means I have to spend some time in a wheelchair, Dogan greeted me every morning with a smile, he made me a fresh cup of tea without me even asking him, he visited our table on numerous occasions to see if I needed any assistance. The third person called Omar, I think he is with the security team, I'm not sure, but he did more than that. He always helped me in and out of the lift, he offered to push the wheelchair everytime I went out for some fresh air, always smiled and wanted to be of assistance. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to tourists who want to visit Istanbul. I was here for 17 nights so there was plenty of time for things to go wrong, but nothing ever did. Will be back to this place soon with family..!!!

    A neglected hotel and they don't know how to work. I asked twice in one day to clean the room and they didn't, they failed in dealing with customers, I also called reception to ask about late check out with paid , they told me the hotel is fully booked we are sorry and then i was late to check out the recption called and ask me about extend my booking or i will check out! how they extend my booking if its full booked! but they are unprofessional they forget they told me its fully booked

    The hotel from the first moment you set foot in you feel you are at home.. the friendly cheerful and respectful receptionists to the restaurant house keeping …etc. I want to thank in specific Kadir our friendly beautiful heart waiter at the paperhouse restaurant… yousef at the reception… for their help and for their professionalism… stayed here for more than a month and they made it sure that I won’t feel alone away from home … highly appreciate the hospitality I received during my stay and hopefully will come back soon to my second home ❤️

    Great hotel and reaching to many locations in the city with great staff. I would like to thank both Eve and Aysa for their support and their great service. Outstanding clean rooms and very good parking. Nice small gym. We just did not try the breakfast.

    This is the second year I visit this hotel. I truly loved the atmosphere there. You feel safe and the customer service was amazing. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Everything was great.

    I stayed for 4 nights in September. I am a Titanium elite member. I had a wonderful stay. The reception was always ready to help and very cordial. Dogan at breakfast was very attentive, polite, and friendly. The cleaning staff did an excellent job at the room. Room service food was good by hotel standards. The rooms themselves are modern. Hotel looks new / newly renovated. Thank you Dogan, Melisa, Kerem, Cagla, Can! Wonderful stay. I can tell there is good management here.

    Picked this hotel because the location to rest after long flight before continuing to the next destination. The hotel is a great value, it's clean and big enough for 2 of us. The staff were amazingly friendly. Veysel, Giagla and Melisa were so nice. Breakfast also great. Highly recommended.

    The staff working at the restaurant are great. Especially Kadir who is an amazing member of staff. Kadir has been so helpful and kind and I hope he gets recognised for his hard work and amazing customer service. Thank you Kadir!!

    Excellent location near public transportation, mall, excellent room, clean, excellent service, all employee were nice, cooperative, very pleasant including Front office manager Ahmet Sinir who was very helpful and kind. Thank you Ahmet for making our stay in Istanbul very pleasant.

    The entire hotel team starting from the reception stuff till the cleaners and the cookers they all are so friendly with a respectful manner. Most of all the spa is so relaxing it made me forget the outside world, i am so happy i came to this hotel and i will defiantly recommend it to friends and family because am sure they will have the best experience ever.. i would like to thank you from all my heart for looking after me and treating me like am in my home town especially the customer relation manager ace she so beautiful i can never forget how she treated me with respect and showing me her beautiful smile everyday.. thank you for treating me like a family..

    The reception agent was unprofessional and rude and unruly . I asked to clean my room several times but they failed. After reminding them they told you need to leave the room so we can clean it . I told the i have already advised them to clean the room at morning time . They made me to wait at hotel lobby so they can clean my room. Very bad !

    It was a peak time when I checked in, but nonetheless, I was warmly welcomed by Ali at the reception desk, where he made sure I am taken care of. For a 4 star hotel, this is a perfect hotel. In terms of location, it is 18 mins walking distance from the metro, but on brightside, you don't get stuck in traffic to go in and out of the area which is prefect for someone using car as a method of transport. There is a small mall, 5 mins away and some restaurants a bit down, 3 mins away from the mall which is also good.

    From Start to finish I had a really pleasant experience staying here the staff are so friendly and very helpful, the hotel throughout is clean, the lobby is very cozy, and the Lady Lutfiye from room cleaning did a great job.

    Hotel was about 30 mins from the airport. We didn't stay very long but the area seems nice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff! Very clean and spacious rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the Marriott Bonvoy welcome gift upon checking in to my room! The restaurant 'Paperhouse' is outstanding! Food and service was great. We enjoyed the live music and our server Kadir was a sweetheart! When back in Istanbul, I'd stay at this property again.

    The hotel is a standard business tower without special character. Feels a bit like the cloned palace hotels in China. This is fine though if you don't seek something special like for e.g. a holiday. Overall I was a little disappointed though by my first contact with the Marriott brand. First something good - the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Huge choice + great friendly staff. The restaurant in the evening also has nice staff but the menu is boring. It is a bit overpriced for Turkey and seemed a little pretentious to me. Portions where too small, especially the amount of side dishes. Better get a Kebap plate outside for a fragment of the price. Staff at reception was mostly grumpy and kinda disinterested. They didn't even bother to explain how to use the elevator and the keycard. The room itself had way too many sources of light you can't shut down. This drove me crazy overnight, together with constant wood crackles coming out of the back wall of the bed. My other friends at the hotel complained about the same stuff and put clothes over the lights. No idea how to solve that wood problem though. What I also didn't like is that I had to make a guest account to enter the WiFi. This is pretty unacceptable to me nowadays, especially for a business hotel. Wifi was pretty slow as well (abt. 200kb/s)

    I have stayed here for a week، quality compared to the price is convenient, good location; Axis mall is near and 1.7 km for the nearest metro station, easy access to the hotel for the Taxi. I have faced a small issue and was resolved professionally, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hope they keep the same level with same prices..

    Most of the hotel around the world try their best to serve their guests and to build a reputation by trying to meet their need. Unfortunately I requested late check out until 2 pm only and the front disk man refused after discussion gave me only until 1 pm. Knowing when I checked in one of the rooms did not get until 5pm. Other than that the hotel is clean good location helpful staff.

    The hotel 8s very cosy, clean and located well, especially for business meetings, what we are holding here. But this what makes it my favorite is the team. Extremely helpful and kind people, especially Mr. Yaşar, who help to solve each organisational issue. Highly recommend.

    Big modern Hotel, large room with a big tv. Spotless clean, warm with plenty of clean towels Calm atmosphere with very helpful staff, stayed in off peak times so the place was quiet. Food was lovely in the restaurant No complaints

    The staff is very friendly, they helped us a lot, especially, Cagla at reception. We need to order some things and she processed everything quickly. The room is spacious and very comfortable. We felt very well in Istanbul the staff advised us wonderfully.

    First time at this new hotel in Istanbul. The service was impeccable, hotel was immaculately clean, rooms spacious with a nice view of the city. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The restaurant, spa, and front desk concierge were very helpful, friendly, and spoke several languages. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to the area.
