What
an
amazing
experience!
Stepping
through
the
lobby,
I
was
immediately
struck
by
the
beautiful
and
friendly
reception
area.
Light,
airy
and
very
spacious...
A
very
welcoming
atmosphere
to
say
the
least.
The
staff
throughout
the
hotel
were
very
professional,
friendly
and
extremely
helpful.
They
always
greeted
me
with
a
smile.
But
there
were
three
members
of
staff
that
actually
stood
out,
the
first
one
called
Yousaf
at
reception,
Yousaf
was
extremely
helpful
and
very
responsive,
every
time
I
rang
the
reception
for
something,
it
would
be
done
in
a
matter
of
minutes.
One
day
I
couldn't
sleep,
so
I
went
down
and
sat
in
the
lobby
browsing
my
phone,
I
watched
the
way
he
welcomed
the
guests
and
attended
to
their
every
need,
he
is
a
character
full
of
life,
I
think
he
should
be
made
in
charge
of
hospitality
training
for
all
members
of
staff!
The
breakfast
was
amazing,
partly
because
of
a
breakfast
host
called
Dogan,
my
visit
to
Istanbul
was
medical
which
means
I
have
to
spend
some
time
in
a
wheelchair,
Dogan
greeted
me
every
morning
with
a
smile,
he
made
me
a
fresh
cup
of
tea
without
me
even
asking
him,
he
visited
our
table
on
numerous
occasions
to
see
if
I
needed
any
assistance.
The
third
person
called
Omar,
I
think
he
is
with
the
security
team,
I'm
not
sure,
but
he
did
more
than
that.
He
always
helped
me
in
and
out
of
the
lift,
he
offered
to
push
the
wheelchair
everytime
I
went
out
for
some
fresh
air,
always
smiled
and
wanted
to
be
of
assistance.
The
room
was
very
spacious
and
well
equipped
with
all
essentials.
I
have
no
hesitation
in
recommending
this
hotel
to
tourists
who
want
to
visit
Istanbul.
I
was
here
for
17
nights
so
there
was
plenty
of
time
for
things
to
go
wrong,
but
nothing
ever
did.
Will
be
back
to
this
place
soon
with
family..!!!
