Served by a young lady while I was looking for a ring. Great humour and friendly service from the lady in particular (I am English, so have a particular humour style). Also, the prices were user-friendly, and the service was fast, including resizing - all done in less than an hour.

Beautiful place and great service. They even stored the ring for us for one day, because we were not sure whether to buy it or not. Ask for a guy named Ismail, we was the best. Good prices too. We paid by cash so there was a discount too.

We want to say thank you to Venta We bought a diamond ring from Venta Diamond Mollafenari, Şeref Efendi Sk. NO:22/C, 34120 Fatih/İstanbul last year, and they said we give our product warranty, if something wrong bring our product, if not your false...It was fair, I believed and trusted them, and I said then after bought product that hopefull nothing happen to that Diamond ring.. We just had used to put on finger that ring 1 times a week in a month..But unfortunately about 6 monhts later when we go somewhere we use ring but Diamond had drop from ring and we did not see that means had lost..what happened, how it fall down? We did not understand? We did check every where but we could not find Diamond? Honestly we were in shocked..how it is possible that? It should be strong and should not come? Anyway we phone them up and explained situation..they want to see ring for investigate with expert..I send them ring, they did check and result that we gonna do other Diamond for free.. We were so happy from their Service. And they said reason pandemic they could not the same Diamond but to close, so similiar Diamond they put on ring give me back..it was nice product. We have to say that we did not say lie, and we are not to try to cheat them.. We were honest.
