This is Temitope Kolawole, good to know I’ve been blocked from making further comment on your review page - great practise! Just for you to know I’m relentless in the pursuit of justice for the needless death of my mother. Wow! My perception of lack of care? Can you explain to the public why a patient admitted for rectal bleeding, had a colonoscopy and cauterization, rebled 3 hours post procedure from 9:30PM till 8AM the next morning and was not transfused Red Blood Cells all through the night? Why did your Dr Kingsley Makata wait till morning to contact a senior colleague for advice? Why did he not use his clinical judgement to save my mother's life by replacing the blood she was losing? Why did he not follow the recommendation following the colonoscopy which was to continue resuscitating my mother with transfusion of blood products? (You can refer to the colonoscopy report you sent me) My mother literally died from the bleeding. From the medical report you provided, you stated that she bled 4 times and lost over 500mls of blood during the process. What was done to avert complications from blood loss? Monitoring her vital signs???? Please explain if this still sounds like 'my perception'. I won't be surprised if you don't respond to this, you will be explaining in the Court of Law!

A very distinct born again hospital 🏥 with distinct latest high tech machines, well organized and easily motorable, kudos to the security men and enough car park space, make sure your ATM card is well loaded. Sending prayers and instant healings to all patients. Stay Safe Save Saved

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEATH DEN CALLED AN HOSPITAL! It's been 3 months of sadness and heartache for family and I following the painful and needless death of my mother in this hospital. Bringing my mother to Marcelle Ruth will forever be the most regrettable decision of my life. The level of incompetence shown by the staff on duty on the day my mother died was shocking. Dr Kingsley Makata, a junior resident medical officer, watched my mother bleed to death for over 10 hours without replacing her blood or contacting a senior colleague for advice. This useless hospital promised that my mum would be cared for and denied of the chance to spend the night with her due to their foolish policy. Even after I cried and explained to them that I am a Nurse Practitioner and I flew in from the UK just to look after my mum, this fell on the deaf ears of Mrs Dada, the director of operations. The worst one of them is the CEO Dr Elebute, who lacks integrity and honesty. We had a meeting to discuss what went wrong and she was even defending what her Dr did, coming from a consultant hematologist! This is not the end, we are just starting. The whole world will know what a shamble you operate and call a world standard hospital. I'm daring you to come under this post to deny all I've written!

The while journey was managed so well with Marcelle Ruth. From the professionalism and empathy of their doctors, amazing nurses, the owner and every staff of the hospital. Till the last moment, they were so humane that i knew my mum was in safe hands all through her treatment and she couldn't have been treated any better in the world. They gave the best service i have ever seen even though i live in the UK...they are world class but most importantly, their care and happiness when working was infectious as they always made you have hope. I recommend them 100%.

If you are interested in your life and have your life useful to you and your loved ones, please NEVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. This death den is not a place providing standard world care to patients as indicated. They are mainly after your money and nothing more! They took away a loved one from us, their negligence act is second to none, very classless, life and joy takers!!!

They say gratitude unexpressed, is the worst ingratitude. Here's a loud shout out to MRCC team. I have never had one reason to complain. Throughout my treatment, I've been treated more like family than a patient. The service is perfect and I always appreciate the professional mannerism and neatness of the environment. I am impressed with the way MRCC team rose to occasion when I had an emergency. I am glad I made the best choice transferring my treatment to MRCC. A hospital I would recommend any day!

Marcelle Ruth Centre has shown commitment in the medical care being provided to a young relative. The deligent care provided has improved the young man's quality of life and grant him and the family much needed succour and hope. Appreciation to the amazing Mrs. Dada, Dr. Popoola and all the staff of this World class Facility.

I must confess, I had the best medical care at MRCC. The doctors, nurses, cleaner, infact everyone at MRCC are good at what they do. I would sure recommend your service to whoever needs it. 👍 up to Dr. Edijana, Dr. Popoola, Nurse Naomi, Nurse Kelechi, both Mary's, Nurse John, Mrs Dada and the fantastic Anesthetic, that doctor is so amazing. Most importantly I will forever be indebted to Dr. Keshinro for recommending MRCC and for his support from the beginning of of this phase.
