Workers are reapers, selling half cup of ice cream for unspecified amount, they can never issue a teller, imagine selling a small cup of ice cream with a spoon of cashew, almond and one browny for 12k, not a big cup but second to the smallest cup amd still they will fill it to half and I suspect they're taking the money after sales because Asaba branch don't issue receipt and when you demand for one, they will become aggressive and will print whatever they like and tell you that is what they served you

Best ice-cream in town, well as at this review. Beautiful, cute and airy space, with simple but good architecture. They have ice cream in different flavors sold in different cup sizes with corresponding number of scoops including love it, like it cups. There is the ice cream in wafer option. You can get different topping and syrups to heighten the experience. It is good quality and worth the pricey tag. Amongst my personal favourites is malted milk and the rum infused flavour

Staff were extremely friendly and they even sing a beautiful song 🎵 when you tip. The ice cream was 5 stars🌟...Fresh, Fabulous, and Tasty!

It's a cool place,with print services! They have home delivery package. They have various flavours of pizza and ice cream.

It is children friendly. There is a sense of belonging which exists not just among workers but also customers. You can be sure to get what you want at high quality. The place is well lit for those who like to take pictures and record videos and this comes in handy for the purpose of keeping memories to reminisce over

I visited this branch of Cold Stone Creamery in Asaba to get a box of Pizza. The customer service provided by the security guard was unprofessional and unacceptable. The security guard refused to let me in even though it was before the posted closing time. Luckily, another staff member intervened and let me in. However, the security guard's behavior was still disappointing. I hope that the management will take steps to ensure that all staff members are professional and courteous to customers.

It's one of the best ice cream I've tasted. Their flavour mixtures are superb, and the toppings give you a different but sweet experience every time. The staff were nice and welcoming. The atmosphere was cute and cosy and had a calm vibe. My kids love spending time there, and they always have fun picking out their favourite flavours. NB:Their restrooms are very neat and tidy.

Pathetic customer service CSE is insensitive and looks at customers with scornful eyes while I visit the store physically. Security guards begging for tips ! Must work on the service aspect .

It is just like every other Cold Stone Creamery sited alongside Domino's Pizza in a cool place. It has variety of ice cream flavours. There is an option of tasting one ice cream flavour before eventual purchase. One could buy and eat there or take out. The take out is usually wrapped in a beautiful paper bag. The shop is beautiful with a nice ambience.

The ice cream was so yummy and creamy. It would be great if the price is reviewed so that it would be affordable for so many people. Thank you
