When I entered the non-smoking room, there was a half-full table of ashes. The dampness and the smell of cigarette smoke were struggling to suppress each other. Even though I paid the money, I left without accommodation. Even 1 point is too much for a place that is crumbling and damp.

The sheets, pillows and blankets were not washed, all the plaster was falling off, only the air conditioner and television were good, the rest was like a nightmare.

Honestly if your looking for a cheap place to stay in İzmir this place is the best. The hospitality here is amazing.but please be respectful they do not speak much English,but they are always trying to help you. If I wanted to stay another night would just go downstairs and pay for another night. No price increase or anything .

Clean, nice place to stay. Don't expect anything other than accommodation. The rooms are air conditioned. In the central location. 4 minutes walking distance to the cultural park, 10 minutes to the mansion beach, 2 minutes to the metro and close to bus stops.
