Really good Italian food, pretty big portions of salad and not so much of pasta, so I can recommend that collab. Good varieties of wine. Recommend to reserve a table, but need to call, they read WhatsApp rarely. Waiters speak English.

If you want fancy food, go here! You'll have to pay for it, but you will certainly enjoy it. I recommend adding some salt to the food though. I'd have liked seeing the staff be more attentive. We sat around waiting quite a lot for them. Grilled seasonal vegetables for 55 lira in the picture (very good!)

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from an Italian restaurant in Turkey, but I was delightfully surprised. The food was fresh, the wine was delicious, and the service was excellent. If you are traveling and need a respite from köfte and kebap, this place will transport you to Italy on the Turkish coastline.

Spalla, The pizza with the slow cooked meat, it was so delicious that I had to come back during my short vacation stay. I had to enjoy the taste another time Update 2023: I came back for the Spalla again this year. It was as tasty as last year. Also tried lasagna and Turfle pasta which were very delicious. The ambience, service, presentation, cleanliness, and organization were all great in this restaurant. However, maybe it is just me but the food did not live up to the hype and my expectations. I just ordered a simple margherita pizza and it didn't quite taste Italian. It tasted like those slices you get in New York. Sure, that's still pretty good but I expected a full on Italian margherita experience. The sauce and mozzarella were decent but the dough didn't feel special. It was a regular dough that you can find at any other pizza chains. Though it was crispy, it wasn't stretchy and kind of soft. It's hard to explain but overall, some of the dishes need a bit of improvement. The music was good, it matched the environment, and the restrooms were clean as well.

The seafood spaghetti was just bad. The pasta texture is not al dente at all, very mushy. It was also lack of taste. The amount of seafood was very little for 4xx ₺ It was my first time eating here and got already bad impression. The other dish was ok but the pasta was too thick.

the food was great, however medium meat was cooked well done, now i definitely know in Turkey i have to say rare to get medium, also the meat was cooked unevenly, they should tie a string to prevent that. Otherwise, one of the better restaurants I have been to in Turkey, the service is spectacular. Definitely should order the Tiramisu and Risotto was also cooked to perfection.

We visited twice as a couple. The dining options that appealed to us are limited in the area so we were pleased to find Murano's. However, the appearance of an Italian dining experience is an illusion. The atmosphere of the restaurant looks authentic but the serving staff are cold and distant. On the first occasion I had a seafood pizza which is usually a personal favourite. It was a large and filling meal but was devoid of any seafood flavour. On the second visit I ordered an Italian staple, spaghetti bolognese. I expected freshly cooked spaghetti with a tasty ragout. I was served a ready-mixed plate of soggy pasta and an indifferent sauce. This was obviously dished out from a pot of the meal that was made some hours before and was far from fresh and tasty. On both visits, our red wine was chilled which is common in Turkey but surprising in what is meant to be an Italian restaurant. As I mentioned, there aren't many good alternatives in the area but Murano's disappoints.

Beautiful restaurant,you may want to make reservations before going in.I had a salmon it was ok but it could have used some seasoning as there wasn’t even salt in it.But everything else was just good

Was looking for food around the area around 11 PM. All other restaurants told us the kitchen was closed. This restaurant, the owner/manager was kind enough to accommodate us even though the kitchen was about to close The food was great and the staff even greater. Cheers and thumbs up to this place.

One of the best Italian restaurant in Turkey especially Botarga pasta and wine cellar and the service was amazing, next time in Izmir I’ll definitely going to eat there one more time strongly recommended face, and beautiful neighborhood

We went there to get dinner my husband and I during our trip to izmir. Everything was well served and beautifully presented. The food was so delicious and the portions very big and more than enough. The service was on point and the server that was assigned to us was very nice and professional.

Was looking for Italian options in Izmir and came across this one. Offers wide selection of food and drinks. Taste wise it was just fine. Staff was attentive but felt like over friendly as they tried to offer things without asking which was rude in my opinion. Overall atmosphere was okay but lacked Italian flare. Clean toilets available downstairs.

Only one word….must visit place if you are in Izmir and love Italian food. Awesome is the perfect expression after eating pizza, pasta and best tiramisu 😘😘😘

Excellent wine selection with successful dessert menu

The service in this cafe is terrible, the food, in principle, too. The waiter did not come to us for a long time, since it was clear from our appearance that we were foreigners and as it turned out later, none of the waiters spoke English, although the menu with Italian names, in Turkish and English. The cafe positions itself as Italian, with Italian dishes. Ordered lasagne with balanese sauce, Melfei dessert and coffee latte. The lasagna was brought to us for a very long time, but when our order was brought in, the portion was large, but the top was burnt crust and inside there was a lot of tomato sauce with tomato paste (which tasted very sour) balaniese sauce was not felt at all. Lasagna is far from tasty. Then they completely forgot about dessert and coffee latte and for a well-known reason (no English speaking waiters) no one came to us and were clearly ignored. As a result, they brought coffee latte and already resigned themselves to the fact that they had also forgotten about the dessert, having almost finished the coffee latte, which is very bitter and almost without foam, we bring Melfei dessert, in which dry shavings of dough, not tasty cream, the only thing that was edible in the dessert it's a strawberry. Awful place! Not recommended ⛔

Great Italian food. The signature cocktails at this bar are also spectacular. Worth to try for casual dinners or dates. Live music on Saturdays.

It was my first visit to Izmir and after searching on best restaurants there, we decided to give Murano’s a try. Looking at the photos, you might imagine amazing italian taste. However that was not the case at all. The bruschetta had unriped avocado, the ravioli was OKAY but the pizza was uneatable, it was rancid and tasted badly. I was kind of disappointed and had expected much better food.

Loved it, food was excellent, drinks came a little late, service was exquisite! They didn't speak English though. Pricey for what it is.. but the taste and service honestly do justify the price. I've been looking for a classy Italian restaurant in Izmir for quite some time. Loved it!
