The lake is truly beautiful. We visited it but from the side were people aren't allowed to enter which was upsetting, so make sure to visit the side where u can reach the lake. It looked very clean and transparent but from really far away. There were a few shops to buy souvenirs and also a few coffee shops. There is a parking nearby where u can park and they pick u up with their mini buses for free to reach near the lake.

They call it " Turkish Maldive". It is a lake with black sand bottom, surrounded by with rocky dust. The original sand it is black, but they covered with with dust from the marble carrier. Yet, the view is fantastic! The combination between white "sand" and blue sky will enchant your eyes!

Easy to reach by car, No shadow , don't forget sun glasses because it's so bright and all around is white. No swimming, No fishing, it's ok to go into water. Small beach (halk park) has camping area and restaurants. Bigger one about 5km away has no resting place. Don't forget water and a bag to bring back your trash. Enjoy it

The nature of Salda Lake is great, though many spots including this one are not being protected properly which will definitely lead to the destruction of some areas. Many people flock to these white stripes of sand like this one here and some even drive really close with their cars. Please take your garbage with you and leave the car or bike away from the coast.

The old volcanic lake and the white sand at the beach is great awesome. But The Government, Ministry of the Tourism (TR) and the Municipality should preserve this place like the Pamukkale and make and offer some places for people to get rest and make and offer some groundwork since they are getting an entrance fee.

Can't see the beautiful blue water... the place has a fence so you can't get to the lake. It's nothing similair to Maldives (I don't know why they promote that).

I really suggest this place. But please keep it clean. Keep it clean. And government shouldn’t build facilities or let hotels/motel be build for the sake of money.

Could be worse - but has nothing to do with Maldives, come on :)
