During
the
initial
consultation
and
examination
by
my
doctor
I
was
redirected
to
the
other
places
to
give
my
blood
samples,
US
and
MRI.
I
came
to
the
secretary
desk
to
receive
the
code
to
pay
for
the
list
of
examinations.
As
a
foreign
person,
I
didn’t
know
I
can
pay
for
the
US
and
MRI
after
I
passed
them,
since
no
one
let
me
know
it
was
possible.
During
the
process
of
receiving
the
code,
they
registered
me
as
student
despite
the
fact
they
didn’t
ask
any
clarifying
questions
like
if
I’m
a
student
or
not
(also,
I
didn’t
provide
my
student
ID
since
I’m
not
a
student).
Therefore,
I
paid
for
all
the
examinations
according
to
the
price
list
as
if
I'm
a
student
and
gave
my
blood
samples
during
that
day.
Also,
the
people
at
the
secretary
desk
didn’t
provide
at
least
some
minimal
information
where
to
go
and
what
room
number
or
doctor
name
I
should
look
for.
No
desire
to
help,
just
hands
gestures:
just
go
to
that
or
another
direction.
Next
morning
they
called
and
notified
I
have
a
500
TL
doubt.
I
asked
why.
They
said
for
the
blood
tests.
In
the
proceedings
it
turned
out,
the
doubt
raised
up
because
of
the
person
who
registered
me
as
a
student
because
they
do
it
quite
rarely
compared
with
registration
of
the
Turkish
people,
so
they've
required
me
to
pay
this
amount
by
price
as
a
tourist.
For
me,
as
a
person
who
came
from
Ukraine
with
my
mother
and
83
old
grandmother,
the
extra
500
TL
on
the
road
are
not
lying
around.
Moreover,
if
they
would
let
me
know
the
proper
price
(as
for
tourist),
I
wound’t
agreed
to
have
them
all
and
corrected
the
list
of
examinations
since
the
MRI
I
really
need
now
was
supposed
to
be
performed
3.5
months
later.
Same
issue
with
hiding
the
fact
I
could
pay
for
the
US
and
MRI
after
passing
them.
I’m
much
obliged
to
the
woman
providing
the
people
with
the
blood
test
tubes
who
helped
and
informed
me
more
than
all
the
women
at
the
secretary
desk,
and
the
doctor
who
performed
our
examinations,
she
is
kind,
attentive
and
competent
doctor.
Thank
you
for
your
attention.
I
hope
the
story
might
be
helpful
for
others
with
similar
concerns.
Be
healthy!
