They don’t even deserve one star! My daughter fractured her wrist, took her to Medicana Istanbul Beylikduzu location. The orthopedic doctor incorrectly casted her arm, 2 days later had to revisit İzmir location which were we live. After paying in 1600 + for cast in Istanbul I was told we need to pay doctors fee and cast fee again! Why? Because we are not in same location. My daughter cannot feel her thumb because it’s tightly wrapped and now we have to pay twice for a job that was done incorrectly in the first place. I am so disappointed!! as a foreigner, we feel that they are taking advantage of us. I will never recommend this hospital regardless which location anyone!

Absolutely horrible experience. We went to do PCR tests as we were suffering from Covid symptoms. Made us wait for more than 2 hours and kept on telling us that a doctor will be there soon. Messed up the PCR tests. Had to spend over 1 hour on the phone following on the results. Dealing with rude people with no attention. Prices rip off when you’re not Turkish. Poor training of staff. Lazy staff. Poor service. Poor attentiveness. Wrong advice. Resulted in exposure to Covid. Don’t go there.

Anlaşmamız dışardan hekim olduğu için sadece doktora ödeme yapmamız üzerineydi, üstelik konaklamadım da. Akşamına taburcu işlemlerim sırasında ücret talep edildi. Bizim kuruma değil doktora ödeme yapacağımızı söylediğimizde elimdeki kelebek yolunu çıkartmayacaklarını söylediler. Üzerine hiçbir dekont olmadan gönderiyorlardı ki dekont talep etmemize rağmen üzerinde hastaneye ait bir ibare olmaksızın bir kağıt parçası veznedeki personel tarafından zar zor alabildik. Özel sigorta birimi ise ayrı bir facia. Ameliyat öncesi ve sonrasında poliçem ile ilgili önonay alınmış ve hiçbir aşamada tarafıma bilgilendirme yapılmadı. My sister was begging for painkiller medicine . A rude doctor said that she does not want to give painkillers today. Doctor name is Pınar. Treating her patients without respect. After they charged great amount of money , She does not even think about a solution to kill the patient’s pain she did not say anything just left the room and and just give the message to us that ‘if you paid us go to another hospital to find your cure because doctors in this hospital are incompetent and greedy They do not care about your health , they only want your money.
