Really nice. And I really enjoyed walking in there. But the fact is that: everyone catches you and tries to sell something. That can be annoying sometimes. And the streets are really confusing. If I wouldn't have Google maps, I would definitely be lost. It is safe, useful to see traditional Turkish stuffs also useful to buy what you need. It is cheaper than shopping malls as I think. And the advantage of it is that: it is right on the center. Really on a good location. I can suggest you to visit here. As a tourist, you won't be regret. And also as a local person, you will find what you need for sure.

Classic Bazaar market shenanigans if you have been through the grand Bazaar in Istanbul this is much tamer in terms of salesman harassment. This isn't just a tourist trap it's a real bazaar in that the locals shop here. The prices are better here than Istanbul great spice buying opportunities and if you are here in October/November check the fresh pressed olive oil.

(Translated by Google) Affordable prices, plenty of variety, at a point outside the Kemeraltı complex, but it is a very central place. (Original) Uygun fiyat bol çeşit, Kemeraltı karmaşısının dışında kalan bir noktada ancak çok merkezi bir yer.

There is huge variety in the many streets and shops. One block has housewares, another men’s suits, and still another with tourist souvenirs. Pleasant to stroll and look, have a snack or a coffee. Interesting mix of goods for tourists and locals alike.

You need 2 weeks to get round it all. Whatever price they quote you...halve it.

Great big site with a vast collection of stalls and shops. Organised in to sections specializing in each type of products.

Smaller and less hustle and bustle than the chaos of the bazaar next door. Not much other than women’s clothes. Was nice to be left alone though!

(Translated by Google) A large bazaar where all kinds of things are sold. If you are in Izmir it is a must see for tourists. Bargaining is mandatory. Parking is easy at Konak. A nice and quiet breakfast at Yolo art & lounge is highly recommended. (Original) Een grote bazaar waar men allerhande zaken verkoopt. Als je in Izmir bent is het een must see voor touristen. Afdingen is verplicht. Parkeren kan goed bij Konak. Lekker en rustig ontbijten bij Yolo art & lounge is een aanrader.
