Everyone involved made me and my family member so welcome and the care, love and compassion everyone showed was incredible. I couldn’t recommend expert surgeries enough! I was picked up from the airport, stayed in amazing hotel and in the hospital, I was taken for all my pre op tests and they even took me back to the airport when I was ready to fly back home. And even now they communicate everyday! I booked with Expert Surgeries following a personal recommendation from a friend. From the moment I booked, I had no regrets. The pre op information and communication will put your mind at ease with access to ask questions at any time. I travelled to Turkey with reassurance that I would be looked after. When I landed, I was met at the airport and taken straight to a lovely hotel, and someone stays with you to check in to ensure all goes smoothly. On the morning of the surgery, I was met in the hotel lobby and taken to the hospital. You have someone with you at all times ensuring no language barriers. This was the case for all the in depth pre op checks right through to surgery. This level of care remains in place until you are taken to the airport to travel back. The ongoing contact remains in place also when you are home should you have any questions. If you are thinking of travelling to Turkey surgery for surgery, I could not recommend Expert Surgeries highly enough! Fantastic, first class customer experience!

I am two weeks post operation and I have nothing but positive feedback about Expert Surgeries! I had surgery in Izmir, Turkey at Medicana hospital and during our time of interaction, Dr. Patel distinguished herself as a great medical professional! She was punctual, knowledgeable, highly efficient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the lead by helping with translations, relaying messages to staff and other medical personnel and she expertly guided me through what could have been an overwhelming (not to mention costly!) procedure! I booked cosmetic surgery and dental with Expert Surgeries in May 2022. Dr Pryanka was outstanding from start to finish. I was contacted on a daily basis right up until the day of my flight to Izmir. I was met at the airport on arrival and accompanied to a lovely hotel all arranged by Expert Surgeries. Due to the surgery I was having I spent 13 days in Izmir and each day Dr Pryanka was with me, talking me through the procedures, providing the pre and post aftercare and even during my hospital stays to translate any communication to prevent any barriers. The service was outstanding and I was never left to feel that I was not able to understand any of the procedure processes and my wants and needs where always met. Dr Pryanka went above and beyond her duty of care, anything I needed was provided and was even accompanied by Dr Pryanka to visit the local towns, salons an beach 🏖 14 weeks has passed since my surgery and I am still receiving aftercare from Dr Pryanka and checking in on how I am post op! I couldn’t recommend Expert Surgeries enough, they where absolutely fantastic and provides first class customer service 💕
