A bit of an odd review here. Normally this is a great location however, as i was walking into the restaurant this morning, one of your employees was taking a pee out in front (!) of the restaurant! At least he could have gone out back. What's worse, he could've gone to the bathroom inside?! I think his name is Sean. Shawn? He is a new employee. I told you it was odd. I should add, he called me, a paying customer, a weirdo.

Always a treat to go here. Just make sure to buckle in that precious cargo when you leave!

Okay, I get it -- National Donut Day -- but i ordered ahead of time and still had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order making me late for work. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing except one woman, who, I assume, was the manager. But shame on you Krispy Kreme for not being more organized and making pick up easier. A 30 minute wait is inexcusable. And to top it all off I didn't get what I ordered but you knew I would not figure that out until I was in the office. I probably should have gone to Dunkin Donuts across the street.

Was their before the doors opened! The ladies their are hard working, courteous and pros. A little wait but so worth it! Will be back 😁

Let me be clear and honest. Before this experience I HATED Krispy Kreme! The ones I have had the displeasure of wasting my time at, rarely have the doughnuts you want so you want up getting something you don't really want and PAYING WAY TOO MUCH! I'm told it takes less than 3 cents to make a glazed doughnut! Why are they so @$#& expensive?!!? I digressed...the doughnuts were not hot but they were still soo fresh tasting! They actually tasted like they used to taste "back in the day!" I swear it's like this shoppe uses the original recipe for the world famous Krispy Kreme doughnuts! I can't explain it any better! Check these folks out (if you can stomach the prices!) All of the workers, including the shift leader were busy working. The place was spotless! AWESOME EXPERIENCE! NOTE TO KRISPY KREME: Since your prices are going to be so high and your doughnuts still so good...how about MORE. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SPECIALS!

It was GREAT!!!! I LOVED THE FRESH DONUTS.. it's hard to go wrong here, when I was a kid growing up my older cousin would smoke weed and drive from Arlington late at night to get donuts from here .. lol

Worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. I ordered a medium size iced latte and got a small claiming to be medium. Staff need to be better trained as well.

We ordered a half dozen glazed doughnuts and a half dozen Lemon filled doughnuts. The hot light was on when we pulled into the drive-thru, so the doughnuts were fresh. The line in the drive-thru was almost out of the parking lot, but the service moved quickly. The lady at the window was friendly and professional. I was happy that we received napkins with our order (lots of places don't bother to give them if you don't ask for them).

Service was so slow. Stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. One drive-thru worker doing it all. No one assisted in making drinks so that things would flow quickly. Was late for an appt and won't be back if I'm time-restricted.

Here's the good...the employees are always nice and helpful. The donuts are visually presentable. Here's the bad... The grease is never changed out when it should be leaving the donuts with a gross aftertaste. The donuts are not filled as much as they should be for the cost costumers are paying. Employees are never trained properly on coupons!! Example, if a coupon states $10.99 mixed donut dozen, limit three specialty donuts, means..you can get up to three as the coupon states. It does not mean you charge them extra for each of those three specialty donuts. Also, you cannot order online for pickup using a coupon.

Love my Krispy Kreme. You know by the Glow! Two young ladies were so helpful.

There was a line which went at a normal pace. The staff were polite. The glazed donuts were warm and melted in your mouth like they do when they are warm. We were not automatically given napkins and neglected to ask. That part was messy.

Was a great experience. They are packed in the drive thru so went inside. Had me in and out in 5 minutes. The guy and girl upfront were amazing I wish I could remember their name's.

Depends on when you go. Sometimes short staff and sometimes fully staff. I must say they make it do what it do to provide awesome service to every customer at this location. This particular day we waited, but it was expected based on the agility of the new employee taking initiative and attempting to service customers on her own while management was running drive through area and prep of fresh doughnuts.

First Krispy Kreme experience and the doughnuts were ice cold 😢 The glazed doughnut tasted just like the ones you get from 7/11. We’ll just go there next time.

Cold Donuts like they were a day old or something, and we went inside to get them. It was like they took them out of a fridge or something and I asked specifically for fresh donuts. Staff was rude. It is a shame because Krispy Kreme is my favorite place for donuts. I will have to find a different store.

I love doughnuts 🍩 and Krispy Kreme is my go too..the employees were nice, friendly and attentive. The dining area was clean and the area where they made the doughnuts was clean. I asked for the freshest doughnuts and that’s what I got!

Well here we go again. Another store that can't be bothered to answer their phone. My order is completely messed up. None of the doughnuts I ordered were given to me the coffee I ordered was wrong and to top things off they couldnt be bothered to answer the phone. I spent 40 dollars. That is 3 hrs of work for me and this location couldn't be bothered with me. Well they will not be receiving anymore business from me that's for sure.

When I tell you the closing staff on 08/13, 2 young ladies and 1 gentlemen were absolutely amazing!! The store was clean and smelled amazing!! They made my Birthday even more wonderful!! Thank you for my raspberry jelly 😋 above and beyond for little ol me!!

I ordered 6 glazed donuts and 2 raspberry filled. The raspberry filled donuts were flat, they were not fluffy as they usually are. The staff was slow, it should not have taken me 22 minutes to get 8 donuts put in a box. The staff was also incompetent, I was charged extra for pumpkin spice donuts when I ordered 6 glaze donuts 2 raspberry filled. So I had to wait for the manager to come out and correct this on the register. But before she did this she had to scold the worker for putting my 8 donuts in a box with a 12 on it. This did not have to be done in front of me (the customer). I will try Krispy Kreem on Cassat avenue in Jacksonville florida again and I hope to have a different experience.

Was soooooooo slow. The white lady in back was handling donuts with no gloves the day I went in. So I walked back out. The young girl working the front was definitely doing her best though. She needs a raise

After waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes when the customers in front of us were not getting a lot in their order we decided to leave. There is no reason to wait 30 minutes for a donut.

15 minutes ago 11.14 pm ish November. 11.22 left Krispy Kreme on Cassat I ordered two chocolate covered and one glazed my total was $4.99 and I ended up getting two glazed and one chocolate covered and I didn't even get the penny you just lost a customer also posted on my Facebook that the world can see

The donuts were actually hot and delicious. The coffee was really STRONG!

The first time I ever walked in (this store), I received a hot fresh donut. I haven't had a hot fresh donut in nearly 25 years. While this store is not by any means close to my house, it is well worth the travel and time to get here. Everyone is super friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is spotless. 10/10

Look at my 🍩s. There was barely any glaze on them. They were cold and not soft. Normally, when their donuts cool, the glaze turn white. Where is my white glaze?? How am I high and donuts not good?!? It did not taste like Krispy Kreme at all, very disappointed. 2 stars for cleanliness and staff

I ordered the shamrock seasonal dozen with a dozen glazed. They didn't have have all of the st Patrick's day dozen so instead of telling me they put green icing on some glaze doughnuts. I guess I should have realized when it took 20 minutes to box up 2 dozen doughnuts.

This Krispy Kreme location is killing it! Spotless dining room and level heads during a rough rush on a rainy Friday morning. I'm impressed and happy to be adding donuts to my morning routine :-)

Im not complaining, but They must have sprinkled those donuts with diabetes because they were so fresh, soft, and warm that after eating one donut 🍩 I was falling asleep 😴. So good 👍

We went to Krispy Kreme the day after the Jacksonville jaguars game against the chargers...there was a big group that was ordering a little bit of everything...I asked an associate if I could get one of the dozen that was already boxed because the donuts were for my mother in law that is disabled...the associate told me plainly no and that would be skipping the line...my issue with that is if there's an empty register, free employees, and ready made dozens as soon as they come out of the oven, then why don't they have a lane to deal with simple orders when people come in with big orders to speed up the wait time...we ended up not getting anything because we had to get back to my mother in law... never had a bad experience with them before

I wasn’t given a receipt so leaving feedback here. Love the donuts but it should not be a time consuming hassle to get a single box of donuts. Went in for a fun, festive box of donuts to bring to my daughter’s volleyball practice and it ended up being a mess. It took waiting about 15 minutes before they’d take our order even though there were only two customers ahead of us that had already placed their orders when we walked in and two small drive-through orders the entire time. Then there was confusion when I asked a simple question and the lady went in the back talking about it to another employee. She also kept touching her face. The manager got onto her for that, had her wash her hands. Then later the manager got onto her for using a special Valentine’s box on our order-which I wish she’d have acknowledged me because we didn’t ask for it but I’d like an explanation since I paid an extra dollar to get the exact donuts the kids wanted-including glazed, icing and the special VDay donuts. SMH I ended up buying less because we just wanted to be done with the experience. Next time we’ll go to the Dunkin right across the street.

There is a supervisor-in-training named Jason who served us well on Oct. 8th, 2022 at 7:53p.m. He and his staff were very friendly, courteous, and polite to my daughter and myself. He personally bagged our order items, answered our questions about the "light" with knowledge and a smile and made our night. A member of his team informed us of a great promotion to get a dozen glazed donuts for only $2 extra and Jason took care of our transaction quickly and we left with a sweet family experience from our local Krispy Kreme. Thank you to all who serve and serve well!!!

I ordered an Ice coffee and a donut. Bothe were delicious! I liked the coffee better than Starbucks! The employees were polite and friendly. I think the orders could have been done a little quicker but the donut and coffee was delicious so I will still give it 5 Stars!
