this places has some of most excellent workers, but seem to be run by a manager who forces a standard on them she, herself, cannot complete. ive heard her give some of the most backhanded criticism i think ive ever heard. the workers look tired and out of breath, even during the slower moments. you can even hear some of the things she says to the workers in the back if youre in line, she isnt very gentle about it at all. overall, i would love to keep coming here but it pains me to see such hardworking and kind people be brought down so heavily, like their work isnt appreciated. i hope something is done about this, and soon.

The store was very clean and the employees were friendly. However, I went to the drive thru for my order and was told I didn't have an order placed there. I went inside and was told I may have to reorder it but the app was going to make me purchase another. So, they were nice enough to remake it but as I waited 10 mins for that to be remade I was told that the order in front of me was mine the entire time and they didn't know how to pronounce my name & thought it was for someone else. My drink had melted by then as It had been sitting about 20 mins total. Just bad this was all over a name.

Absolutely horrible business practices to close 4.5 hours before your posted hours of operation. A sign on the door like a mom and pop shop for a coffee conglomerate is totally unacceptable. I should have reloaded Dunkin and stopped there, thanks to Starbucks for poor customer experience. Higher prices, worse service way to go.

Service is decent but I'm annoyed that they just tossed my teabags into the water with the paper tags still stuck on. Now my tea has paper flakes floating and tastes funky. Yes I did tip, feels like I shouldn't have. :(

Let me start by saying I love Starbucks. Went by tonight (6:15) and was told they don't brew coffee that late and didn't have enough for 4 cups, I'd have to wait. I'm sorry, 6 is not late and this is a coffee shop last time I checked. Weak nonsense.

I love it here. The only thing they need to do is the drive thru that goes out the street causing a lot of honking and angry people driving by

Starbucks is always a great place for some delicious coffee or sweets. Steve was working the drive-through, and when I mentioned that it was my birthday, he started putting stickers on my coffee cup. Super sweet. Made my day.

Love the drinks and food and my order has never been wrong. The only reason I’m giving them four instead of five stars is the drive through layout and parking is awful.

I made a stop for coffee before my busy night shift. Ordered 2 coffees, one was a venti and the other a tall. What I received was a grande coffee in a venti cup and it was literally just whip cream and the tall coffee was pretty much the same case. Just very disappointing for what I paid for.

I always order a pink drink the biggest one they have with ice and then a tall version No ice. my name is not very common and my order is kind of weird I always get extra base no strawberry pieces, so I would imagine they recognize it. When I’m going there and picking up my orders I never have any issues and it’s cheaper going there in person instead of delivery but the last few times I’ve gotten delivery from them one of my drinks is supposed to be no ice and I keep getting ice in them and is filled to the brim with ice. I understand that’s how they make their drinks. That is why I always put no ice. It’s just pretty disappointing when you spend over $20 to get it delivered to you and it’s not how you ordered it.

I personally work at a Starbucks and they made my drink better than I do. I'm not sure how. Amazing customer service. Super nice and fast.

I love Starbucks! Consistent terrific service and latte made to order. I usually order a Venti or Grande sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk and one pump of cocoa syrup. It is consistently exceptional at all Starbucks locations.

Dude taking my order got very snappy with me over some cones then gave me an attitude the whole time he took my order

It’s what you would expect from any Starbucks. Fairly small and on a main road. Easy enough to park

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. I always bring my own cup and they consistently make the drink in a plastic cup and then I have to pour it into my own cup. It happens every time not to mention the fact that they don't even give me the discount for bringing my own cup. They are incredibly wasteful and don't do anything to help our environment.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone that works there is so kind and wonderful. The only beef I have is with the afternoon team - they seem to be using a different recipe book... I get the same drink every time and it always looks/tastes totally different in the afternoon. (Yes I get Starbucks twice a day some days.. most days) It almost tastes like the espresso is burnt!? Idk but I love Starbucks so pls help me <3- Brianna Willen

This is the closest location to me and I usually go here. Recently I have noticed that my Mobile orders have been watered down when I pick them up, I usually pick them up right at the time listed on my order and they seem like they were made super far in advance. So I would recommend just ordering at the store. There is always an issue with the drive thru line spilling out on Roosevelt Blvd, so keep in mind you may be honked at. The parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver if you are making a pick up, keep this in mind. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly, and this keeps me coming back.

Drive thru is usually backed up. I go inside. They are always nice.

Best service and friendly people. I just wish they would go back to carrying the oatmilk that I use for my drink because it is not the original now, and I can't order one because of the taste. Oatley oatmeal. Was the? Original. But? They wanna use something different. All? The time.

The one on the right is from the location off of Roosevelt. Normally it is the shade on the left. The last three times Ive gone to your location, your employees try to short me like I don't notice when I ask for a certain amount of shots of chai. I really don't appreciate it. I went all the way down to the Orange park location to purchase it AGAIN (tea on left) because I knew it wasn't right. This is the third time in a row your employees have done this like I don't notice when it tastes mainly of milk.

Typical Starbucks. Usually overwhelmed with demand. Since they're overwhelmed, messes up orders, which I find hard because the tickets are attached to the cup. If you charge people 65cents for extra toppings, give them the additional toppings. Me and wife get Starbucks on weekends as our time together, but I usually end up upset from this one, and I try not to be that guy giving drinks back. Out of oatmilk also, which affects three drinks. Location isn't designed for flow of traffic and parking

The cups are stank like the baristas been digging in their zza. I can’t make this up!!!! I got a matcha and I can’t drink it bc the lid stanks

This location is always slow very inattentive to mobile orders. Workers always seem aggravated San Marco location has best speed service and quality. UPDATE!!!!!! SAN MARCO location is still 100x faster, friendlier, and more efficient with a much smaller restaurant

VERY busy drive through on weekday mornings. Line regularly has cars spilling out onto Roosevelt Blvd. blocking traffic.

The Vanilla Bean Venti Frap ordered tasted like pure ice, no flavor at all and was very dense due to how much ice was in it. My wife had to go and ask for a new one, which they made correctly. If they would have made it how it was supposed to be the first time, their rating would have been different. Come on, such a lazy mistake. They were fooling around and just wanted to socialize rather than work

The coffee is fantastic, and we have found something better to beat the cold and flu. The Medicine Bowl heats you and clears your airways in minutes while there is no bitter taste you would expect from cold remedies.

I always order delivery it’s a hit and miss everytime, today I received an inconsummable frappucino (this is at least the fifth time) melted, missing all add ons, no whip cream, hard to even take one sip, but whenever my parents go in person they get perfect drinks, the delivery must not be focused on? Idk the issue but I’d avoid ordering here unless I’m going to pick it up at the window! I end up having to order from riverside which does absolutely amazing never once had a bad coffee from! Always so good whether in person or delivery.

Every day I order the same drink. 4 shots. Every day they give me the same drink. 2 shots, the standard. Every day I don't have enough time to complain, so I take it and leave. Every day i'm disappointed. Yet somehow I haven't quit yet.

This morning (11/22/23), my fiancé and I came to get coffee. Connor was outside taking orders and he was so kind, informative and patient. He answered questions we had about the espresso shots and was understanding as we fumbled through our order. If only all Starbucks had Connors!
