Great location with outside seating. Staff is really friendly and they do mobile pick up and feature rewards sign up stations. There are train tracks close by keep so beware of the sounds

I LOVE the ordering process here at Panera. Simple and quick. Great visuals on the display screen when placing the order. The establishment was extremely clean and everyone was friendly. My breakfast sandwich and my coffee was fresh, hot, and delicious. Even though it is a chain - still felt personal and cozy.

I go to this Panera in my neighborhood in San Marco. I love this Panera. I travel with my husband to other locations in the city and other cities and states. Im always happy to return to my Panera. Shannon is a manager/supervisor at the one in San Marco. She runs the staff as a tight ship but so pleasant to the workers. She makes time for customers and listens. I can tell when she is there cause it is so orderly. She is AWESOME! She really really cares about this Panera and wants it to be the BEST it can be! The people she has hired are also great in customer service! That is another goal of hers "customer service" And it shows. She just has that natural way to run this store and it is by far my favorite Panera! I just need to acknowledge Shannon cause she is such a hard worker making a difference in a company that probably has no idea what she does to make their restaurant so great! A shout out to some of the awesome workers: Ramon, Vern, Mimi, Jerrod, Cameron, Union and last but not least Trevor! These guys are outstanding! And those not mentioned, I just dont know their names!

This place is a joke. Not sure what they train their employees to do. But this morning we waited 20 minutes for the bacon egg wrap. That’s supposed to have BACON (duh) egg, tomatoes and emerald greens in it. I opened it at home after a ridiculous wait time and it had egg slapped onto a couple of tomatoes with ZERO BACON or GREENS. How do you forgot the ingredient that is in the name of the product ?! Waited on hold to speak to a manager and no one got back to me. Had to drop the call after 22 minutes of waiting on the line. Called again, got disconnected. Called a third time and currently waiting another 7 minutes and doubt that I will actually be connected. Their service is pathetic.

Normally I like Panera but this location isn't the best. I get that it's lunch time and you're busy but if I have to wait 30 minutes for you to skimp me on a full salad then it's not okay. Especially when I asked the manager is this a full or half, she looked at it and said full and went on her merry way. The apple that it came with was also bruised with a gauge in it. For how much you charge for your salads you could at least put a few more pieces of lettuce in it to make it look somewhat full. Disappointed for sure and doubt I'll ever return to this location.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to LISTEN. First off, I asked if they had turkey sausage. The lady said no, then said “we’ll idk it could be. I don’t eat sausage” 😳 I wanted a SAUSAGE egg and cheese on ciabatta bread. I got a BACON egg and cheese on the “long bread” as the lady called it. I asked the guy with the pride shirt on if the bag on the counter was mine, he asked what did I order, and I told him. He was looking at the receipt. What the receipt said, idk. So maybe the lady who was bagging things just didn’t pay attention, and bagged the wrong thing. Pay. Attention. It’s not rocket since to listen to people, and read. I obviously ate it, because I had to get to work.

Came for lunch last Friday on my lunch break I love that I was able to sit outside but this bowl baby this Baja bowl was everything whoever made it took their time and made it not only look delicious but beautiful this is one of the best things I have ever eaten I want to go everyday for one can’t wait to get back to work so I can have lunch again lol I’m so scared to get it from another location because they may not make it like this one

This is my first time in this Panera bread and my experience was excellent. Eddie the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our visit. Great place and great atmosphere.

I went in with my boys today and I don’t know if I got distracted or my kids were too loud but my order did not end up correct. I really feel like the workers went above and beyond to make this correct with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Thanks!

Perfect place for breakfast. The steel cut oats with brown sugar and strawberries is so delicious. It’s a great serving size. It was hot and amazing texture not mushy. I opted for the healthy breakfast sandwich, egg avocado, tomato we split both of these items between my husband and I and he were full right value great taste quality food. We ate here two monies in a row in San Marco Jacksonville, Florida. They messed up a little bit on our second day breakfast sandwich they put in sausage instead of an egg I quickly brought it to my attention, and they were gracious in apologizing, made a new sandwich and delivered it to me outside in their secret area. This is an amazing location with outdoor seating in the small little quaint eclectic area of San Marco.

The Madagascar Vanilla Latte was fantastic!! I even went back for another one. Had the over easy egg and bacon brioche. Yummy! The place was extraordinarily clean and pleasant. The help was great 👍. We had passed that very morning on a more highly rated bakery around the corner because the inside was dirty and worn. This Panera made our day!! Thank you, guys!

Many check out kiosks and one cashier. She seemed new but so were we! Great staff. Yummy food. Bathrooms were dirty

Went for soufflé, but out at 10am. So ordered bagel cream cheese & fat free milk. She said they only have what is in case right there. Tried to explain they have to pour it out of carton or carafe. Duh! So told her I’d have a coke. Ask did they have Coca Cola? She said yes. Then told her I would just get it to go. Ordered a pecan braid and cranberry muffin. She leaves and comes back & totaling order & she has a Diet Pepsi in her hand. I said I ordered a Coke, not a Pepsi, and not diet. Did not have. So told refund the drink. Manager came up to help. What a mess. Incorrect order, sloppy service, rude. I have gone to that Panera for 6 years. Something is bad wrong there. Won’t go back. I waiting on order & ask where it is. She you have to go to side. All they had to do was toast muffin. It still wasn’t toast. Told them to just give it to me so I coul go. Told them won’t be coming back. I’m walking away & manager tells other employees he refunded my money. So what that doesn’t mean I’m a guest & treat me rude and don’t apologize. What a mess. Checking my bag & had 2 muffins, 1 was pumpkin. Said I did not order pumpkin muffin, I don’t like pumpkin. She said I thought you said pumpkin.

Very accommodating helped us get brunch early as we were down there for d surgery. Clean and nice on inside.

6:30 am an your feet stick to the floor when you walk. They ask for a tip at the register. TIPs are to reward superior service. How could I possibly tip someone who has done anything yet?

Most Paneras are fantastic, we love dining at their many different locations but this particular one stands out as the very best! My son eats here literally daily & comes in even more often for drinks. We enjoy the stellar customer service from such attentive & kind staff! Always clean, smells great, the employees act like they never have a bad day. Can't say enough niceties of this place, they are just simply awesome! Edited to say that they are lightning fast at slinging out food orders, yet always accurate & cooked to perfection! I honestly don't know how they do it!

Hadn't been to a panera in years but today I wasn't feeling well and wanted soup. Went twice. Food was great, service was exceptional from all staff. This is what a good place is. I'll be back for sure.

Enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and frozen caramel. However the cinnamon bagel with no damn cinnamon is not okay. What the hell is this?

The Green Goddess Caprese Sandwich is out of this world is beyond fabulous. I've never had better Green Goddess dressing. Seriously this sandwich is dangerously good. Lol, I wanted to eat the whole thing but I cut into fourths and had lunch and dinner for me and to share. I also had the creamy tomato soup, it too was very good. I gave service four stars only because the young man taking my order didn't listen when I ordered the Take Two, that's why I ended up with a full size sandwich, and he whispered the whole time. He was very personable and nice when he did speak up but if he had paid more attention and spoke where we could hear him it would have been perfect.

Flies walking on top of the pastries and bread when I told the cashier what was happening she said she couldn't do anything about it and if I wasn't going to eat anywhere in the world just because there were flies.. I told her that pastries and bread should be covered in a place where flies won't walk on them. Today 05/10/2023

This is a cute location in a nice part of town. I only order bagels from here but the only thing I would say is they should clean the slicer if they slice different bagels. I picked up two orders for different people and one had everything bagels that they sliced first, which caused the plain and blueberry bagels to be covered in all of those seeds. If I’m not ordering everything bagels, I don’t want the everything seasoning on them.

Ordered a salad with extra dressing. They drop a plastic cup of dressing ON the salad that already has dressing on it instead of on the side. Blaring music that was told can't be turned down or off because "the app is broken". Over cooled interior. Another instance of a good restaurant which used to be a favorite that's poorly managed at the corporate level. Won't bother going again.

This had to be the dirtiest Panera Bread I have ever been in. When I went to the area to pick up my food, my order was not ready. As I looked around the area, it was filthy! I've never seen a Panera Bread restaurant that was in dire need of a deep clean!

A baker's dozen bagels which is 13 pieces for $8.99 every Tuesday is not bad. If you feel generous to treat your officemates or team, this is something to consider for a treat. Not bad.

Music way too loud. It's almost like they don't want you there. Loud music repels people. Many of us are looking for a place to wind down, and have pleasant meal. Starbucks too, makes this mistake.

I love Panera bread. I wish it was closer. I live on the island and it’s a bit of a drive to go get a great sandwich but anytime I drive by, I will definitely stop at Panera. I love their sandwiches, although you often have to remind them to put all of the elements in the sandwich! Which is weird because how hard can it be? Most always have to go back and ask them to put on what they forgot. However, it’s worth it because I still go there and get their sandwiches and soup and I try to stay away from the pastry counter, but those pumpkin muffins are amazing, They have a wide variety of pastries and fresh bread, lots of soups, sandwiches, different kinds of refreshing fruity drinks, and the decor is OK. Just OK but good enough.
