I love that this Starbucks has a drive-thru. The environment outside surrounding this location is very nice and well-maintained, too, so that’s a plus. This location listens when I ask for extra Carmel, they give me extra Carmel and I get my money’s worth for the extra Carmel price. (I’ve noticed other Starbucks locations I ask and pay for extra Carmel drizzle, but I do not notice a difference at all in the amount of Carmel that I paid for. I don’t have to worry about that issue at this location). Thank you!

Worst Starbucks in Jacksonville Florida eveytime I come to pick up my mobile order. The African American female never has my order ready. In addition when I asks for my order she tells me she still needs to make it. 20 minute's have went by and she’s making other orders. I will be contacting corporate. She has holes in her jeans and shirt. I won’t be coming here again

We have new hours for starbucks. ‐------ As usual, fast service, comfortable atmosphere, and delicious drinks. And new hours are 5:30am-8:00pm.

Today is may 13th 2023 and I wanted to add to my review to say that I come into this place every single day and the team here is amazing they're always smiling they're always friendly they're always friendly to the regulars and to the new people j. ust so that you know . please give them credit when credit is due and understand they are awesome AMAZING TEAM!!!! I visit this SB everyday. Greeted with smiles and hiogh energy from each SB team player. They are the fastest team in service. That I have ever experienced in any SB. Many times they are short staffed. Unfair in my opinion... BIG SHOUT OUT ... THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO .... SJ , LINDSAY AND HANNAH

This location is one of the better ones that I like to go to. The staff is always friendly and I have never had any problems with my order. Great job guys! 👌

I love going to Starbucks. I don't go off in but I love their bagel bites with bacon and g. Cheese. My drink of choice is the passion fruit tea and drinking that for many years. At this particular Starbucks, they work pretty much like Chick-fil-A. There's a gal out in the street with headphones. She takes your orders, gets what you want and then when you get to the window you pay and you get your food. No wait. I love it because believe me at Starbucks is always a long line and for good reason. Thank you Starbucks for being progressive

Ordered our regular. 1 large blk tea and a cold brew with mocha and espresso shots. Initially made the coffe wrong. However they were quick to just make a new coffee!

We ordered inside, two drip coffees. These are normally poured right away, which is why we get them when in a hurry. Waited over 20 mins. Three other customers came in, ordered drip coffee, and left while we waited. After this happened the third time, we asked if someone could grab our coffees and were firmly told it was not our turn yet. Apparently they put us in the mobile order queue. No apology or thanks for your patience. Absolutely bizarre and inefficient experience.

A HUGE thank you to Corey and Olivia for helping me figure out what my mystery drink was. I went to another Starbucks a couple days ago and someone made me an iced white mocha (when it should have been an iced mocha). I LOVED the iced white mocha but didn't know it was a white mocha until today. I came in, ordered an iced mocha and when I let Corey and Olivia know something wasn't quite right they were on it. They remade my drink so I was happy with it and helped me figure out that someone may have made me a white mocha by accident. This location has some of the sweetest barista's! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for awhile because it’s right next to my home. They recently had to close due to renovations and I’ve been going to the Town center Starbucks and I realized how much better the Town Center location was compared to this one. Recently I went back to this location since they opened and they gave me the wrong size drink. I order a Trenta they gave me a tall. Lately the drinks have been very weak.

They always put too much milk and too much ice in their coffee to the point the only thing it tastes like & looks like is straight milk. If you ask for light ice they either put so much ice you can’t stick a straw in or they just fill it all the way up with milk. For $5-$7 it’s cheaper to drink a glass of milk at home.

The coffee was good. The egg in the egg sandwich was grainy. I will not ever order food at Starbucks. They do coffee wee and the service is outstanding, but the food was very poor quality.

Ordered two drinks, cashier asked the manager if he could get change for $100 (ordered two drinks) manager or supervisor was extremely rude. Would not recommend this location period

Good place to work and hangout. Very generous staff and kind. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wifi and good to work. Drive thru and parking too

Very nice place, very polite and friendly staff. But 30 minute wait for coffee is not worth the visit. Been here a couple of times on a Saturday and today was the longest I've had to wait. Staff was doing their best but if you know it's gonna be busy, please add more man power, these poor baristas were so stressed out.

Every time I go, the drive through was really good. Today I had the worst experience. Server name Sebastian is very rude. He almost threw the card reader machine on us. Not sure what he is undergoing, but definitely that’s not the way to behave with the customers. I hope he learns some manners.

Vibes are different now that the indoor area has been remodeled. Used to be a place that you could go hang out and read for awhile. Nowadays it feels like you should just get your coffee and go. Tremendous respect for the people who work here. It's hard, demanding work that is often thankless.

It was a pink drink, with one lonely strawberry. Being a former Barista with the company, and knowing the strawberries’ dust makes it pink, also. This was obviously not curated to specification.

Deborah was the best, with the stress of Red Cup day and the long lines, she was rocking the orders the best she possibly could with high quality service and empathy for each customer. Deborah seriously was such a superhero for our coffee addiction! ☺️
