This is where I discovered the Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Brew! Literally so AMAZING! The Starbucks barista (John) let me try both brews and suggested this to me. He informed me of something new they had and I’m so happy he did. I’ve never had a Starbucks experience like that it was awesome. He was like a baristatender 🤣 (like a bartender but for coffee) anyway I’m so hesitant on trying something new at Starbucks because I don’t know what to get and I’m afraid of not liking it. Well John you get an A+ for all the above 💯 1. For getting me out of my coffee/espresso comfort zone 2. For suggesting something awesome to me 3. For also having that security if I didn’t like it you would make me something I would like. Every Starbucks should be like this and every Barista should be like John. @John you’re cool , even though I don’t even know you 🤣 (John is pictured in the photos, please don’t stalk him)

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The location is so beautiful and the staff is amazing. They’re so kind and if you love getting new suggestions of what to add to your favorite drinks, this is the place to go! Ask for Tommy! They even handle disrespectful customers, like freaking Brenda, with grace. Even while she’s yelling at the staff for talking to customers while taking their order, they treated her with the utmost respect.

First visit to this Starbucks location. The service was great. Suggestions to the owner, Air Conditioner was extremely too Cold. Freezing in fact. Even the two Employees were very cold while working. The weather outside was rainy and Hot, 95+ degrees. Air Conditioner temperature should be set at a more standardized level for all Patrons and employees alike. Food was great as usual. Highly recommend this location.

I’m not a hardcore Starbucks fan, so I can’t point out all the changes.. but this definitely looks like a new version. Either this is a new location or it got a remodel. The place looks nice and the staff were friendly. The food taste great.. hot and fresh. My only concern would be with the new layout. You are either looking for a starting point.. an order here sign .. or really someone to greet you when you walk in.. I wandered around a bit and ended up just waited by the register. It sounds common sense, but even then it took a while for someone to acknowledge. I liked the place and would go back. Sometime it may seem empty inside, but their drive through may be busy.. who knows.. Overall It’s a great stop if you are looking for fresh coffee and food.

Came here during holidays, the nice lady who I think was managing was just a joy. Hard to find around holidays. I came back during my stay next few days.

The beverage was ok. Every Starbucks seems to make it a little different. The staff never acknowledges me. I always order instore pick up from the app. They don't say hi or respond when I say thank you. Not sure if it's attitude or that they are too busy to notice?

This is officially my favorite Starbucks location! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by several employees, as if I were a friend they hadn't seen in awhile. I placed a mobile order and it was ready by the estimated time. The muffin was the prefect temperature and both it and my coffee were delicious. It's nice and clean inside the store. The ingredients for the drinks even look neatly organized.

I already added a photo to this review & they took it down. Last time I came they barely filled it up, but this time I went and they just gave me milk in a cup. Every other Starbucks I go, make this drink perfectly. This is the only one I have issues with every single time.

The attention in this place is terrible, the girl who served me was wrong about me name, but the worst thing is that he made a mistake adding sugar to my coffee. I was very clear that I did not want sugar in my coffee because I have high sugar.

These guys are amazing! I order coffee here once a week. They already know me by name and know exactly what I’m going to drink. Good job Team!!! Good Job Management!

They go Above and Beyond to Ensure customer satisfaction and that their store is clean and sanitized. I have been to many Starbucks and this one takes customer's health and safety to a whole new level!

After a very tough week, I was met with kindness, empathy, and above all Excellent Customer Service. I love this Starbucks. They are always on their A game while still taking their time to get to know you as more than a name on a cup. I live closer to another SB, but still drive to this one because of how they treat their customers.

Vivian is the definition of the perfect barista in temperament. I have been to this location a couple of times with the drive thru. My husband and I are always shocked at how kind, caring, and attentive she sounds and is. She makes each individual feel cared for and respected. Give this girl a raise!
