Lots of proactive activity at this location. Great service for starters the physical location is also kept very neat. No long lines. There is a significant amount of quality, thoughtful and intellectual based conversation amongst in what is a clearly well run coffee place. App is functional gets it done. ☕🍶

No drive through at this location but with the service I received inside was well worth getting out if the car. Ordered a Java chip Frappuccino and it was made with love.

I've been coming to this particular Starbucks for 8 years now off and on I moved up to the north side for about 2 years so I used the one up there they spoiled me. The Starbucks has been great here for 8 years. Most times the people are very nice and accommodating ❣️ I came in this morning and I had a large bill to change only because I wanted to leave a nice tip I don't carry cash but I get cash to come specifically to Starbucks and give tips.. The CS person proceeds to tell me that she might not have that change!? Only 15 minutes after rush hour??? and you don't have change??? there was another girl standing beside her with her whole cash box out I said make change with her! she going to tell me it don't work like that she think I'm Molly mop head or something I am not! good customer service you never supposed to say no! scratch the bill with your money identifier to make sure it's not counterfeit and go do your job! I don't usually punch down on minimum wage workers even though she may make more but I just couldn't understand the audacity of her to tell me no she's in the business of saying yes so she should never say what she can't do! I opened my small black owned business in 2015 I never tell my clients or customers know I always tell them what I can do and we go from there‼️she could have just took my money and went to the manager and let them change it but she was determined to tell me no! now I might have to decide whether I'm going to come back to the store after 8 years maybe the north side people appreciate me and my tips better and I know you don't care cuz you get money all day! it's okay it makes me feel good to give tips to people who appreciate it and give good service! That was only my second bad experience here, I keep giving people a chance but I'm tired of giving them a chance with my money!

I ordered 2 drinks & 2 sandwiches, one of the sandwiches, they were out of, so I got a different one that was less expensive and no one offered me a refund for the difference. It may not have been a whole lot of money, but it's the principal. I was not my fault that they let me order it when they were out, I get that mistakes happen, but correct them, don't ignore it. The sandwiches are already way over priced for how small they are, so even paying the regular price is overpaying, but I really overpaid because they did not refund the difference.

Coffee was great I’m a Starbucks lover and love the tomato mozzarella sandwich only this time it was pretty disappointing I feel like they just didn’t even try on it and I understand if you’re busy don’t get me wrong but this is probably the third time It’s happened

Love the ladies who work the 6am shift. They are always on time with my drink and a great smile and very friendly service. Clean store. Absolutely my favorite place to get my coffee.

I don't drink coffee☕️ (on a regual but when i do its iced) BUT....I do love their cake pops .....I like the bullseye 🎯(only at target locations) so the owl it is and cookies and cream.

The only reason I’m leaving a five star review it is because the staff members were amazing. SUPER UNDERSTAFFED!! Please give those poor workers some help.

They know me as a regular and most of the veteran workers have always been. So sweet and the drinks always taste the same. At other shops. You don't know that you'll get what your hoping to taste.

Starbucks quality products, the service was slow and they were throwing display food in the trash and cleaning while we waited 10 minutes for a doppio and latte. Manager was there but not present or helping.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. While the barista is kind, they have zero sense of urgency even when the line is wrapped around the building.

My husband came in to order me a drink. What he ordered, venti white chocolate mocha frappucino 2 extra pumps of syrup no whip. What was ring up, white chocolate mocha cream frappucino. The difference, what I like is a good balance of sweet with coffee, what was made for me today is too sweet and has a funky after taste. I'm disappointed and if you can't find it up properly why are working there

We went here for Mother's Day for a quick treat. We ordered the pink drink, and a breakfast sandwich and she had a cake pop. It was a sweet moment and a tasty treat on a special day.

I visit one day and they were short-handed but you couldn't really tell because the two people that work there that day was very polite They did not get upset about anything and they fix whatever you ordered very quickly I wish I knew their names so I can tell them Thank you for making Guess like me feel like we're important

Super clean and friendly Starbucks. Our drinks were made super fast and all the coffee and pastries tasted fresh. The employees were very kind and the store was so neat and organized. One of the best Starbucks!

Mobile Order was 15 minutes late, barista asked me how to make my drink…. Are you serious? There’s a literal sticker with instructions on the cup. This store never makes my order correctly. The bacon Gouda sandwich is always rock hard. Starbucks is expensive. Y’all need to give us what we are paying for. Ridiculous. Then the barista had an attitude because I said the order was 15 minutes late. I ordered at 9:37am and it was supposed to be ready at 9:44am and wasn’t ready until 10 am. SMH. Get it together.

I am very angry right now. Not only did they skip my order and I had to remind them but I ordered 5 shots in my venti white chocolate mocha and they did not put any shots in my coffee but because I'm across town I'm not able to go back there for them to fix it. So I guess I get screwed

Walk-in only. Surprisingly, batistas normally mess up my order (only get light ice, no whipped). This store was really fast, 3 min wait max after order, and did it correctly. The store could've been a little cleaner, but no other issues.

Me and my daughter are regulars here every weekend faithfully. The drinks and service are always great. I am in disbelief about the treatment I received today coming back to retrieve my daughters missing dolls that all the employees said they seen sitting behind a register and are now gone. I tried calling multiple times but the phone is off the hook and won’t even ring. I am very disappointed in the way the evening employees were so careless about this situation
