We sat up at the bar. The young lady that was working the bar, i believe her name is jolisa, was amazing. The food tasted really good, and the dessert was to die for.

It was a bit to cold for me, but the server was patient and nice. My Cajuan pasta was good, but there was not any spice at all. Never the less, I still loved the dish with all the veggies that it had. My boyfriend ordered the steak. He loved the taste, but wasn't quite cooked medium, but he said the steak was great

Terrible experience ! i came into the restaurant at lunch time. there was no host standing at the front. greet me. The to-go server walks up to the to-go counter and tells me she's not a host she's is only handling to go orders. finally i get tire of waiting and seat myself. the waiter comes over and i immediately ordered a sweet tea and zinger salad (my fav). Now i have been coming to ale house for over 12 years. This is what my salad looked like when it was brought out. I don't believe in sending food back as a fear or would tampered with ... but this what was brought to me

Prickly Pear Margarita and Samuel Adams hit the spot! Then, the Tex-Mex Chicken Nachos (ate so fast, I forgot to photo 🤦🏼‍♀️) really stole the show! A small order between us was enough! Ended up taking our lunch specials, Shrimp Pasta and Fish and Chips TOGO! Wish we had one in St Mary's! Y'all would be welcomed!!!

I ordered the Cobb dinner salad to go. It was FULL of black slime rotten lettuce. I threw the whole thing into the garbage. It even left an odor in my kitchen at home it was so bad. Shame on management for allowing this! Last couple times I ate inside the restaurant the service was terrible.

The $7.99 lunch specials are great. I usually go for the fish and chips but tried the meatloaf this time! Was outstanding! The service was great and the cold tall glass of Voodoo from the tap was great as well!

Ale House in general has gone downhill and this particular visit seemed no different. Went to dinner for a family members birthday and we were joined with some friends. The server came back like every 15 seconds asking if we were ready. I appreciate attention but this was rushed. She proceeded to do as some servers do now[which I'll go into more]. Finally decided what we wanted and placed the order. I placed an order for a Cesar salad to come out as my "appetizer". I was partially to blame because I was talking and forgot about it, but it ended up coming out with the food, which ended up being good because the food was not very good, and mine in particular was cold. This was surprising considering most of the staff was standing in the back by the bathrooms talking, so there should have been no reason for a delay, etc. I asked the server if she could heat my meal up bec it wasn't hot. Now it was warmer but hard. This is where the salad came into play - I ate my salad while waiting because I'm not sure why, but the recook took a bit. Again, everyone still had time to stand around and have a good time talking. We also had no drink refills, etc because she didn't come check. When she brought my food, filled the drinks, she literally did not come back till she came to see if we wanted the check. I ended up just boxing the meal up and taking it home because the rest of my party was done. I feel like the server was more interested in having a good time with coworkers than she was taking care of her only table. The restaurant had [maybe] 10 people in there at best on a Friday night and they honestly still didn't seem to care about those there. I didn't ask to speak with a manager to voice my concerns, but I'm surprised with the trouble we had, one didn't come over. Another member of our party ordered a steak, med-rare and was surprised that it was really under rare. I guess it's better than over cooked?

This Regency location is a bit understaffed (As of October 2023), and as a result, we had to wait to be seated for close to 30 minutes, even though there were plenty of empty seats. Once we were seated however, the service was solid and the food was delicious!!

Stopped in this evening for a late dinner, and enjoyed the food! We previously had a Miller’s Ale House in the Grandview area of Columbus, Ohio and were pleasantly surprised to find one nearby during our stay here in Jacksonville! Server staff was polite and friendly, the food was tasty, and the beer was cold! No complaints overall.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with my food as were the rest of the employees that ordered Zingers. They were all over cooked and dry. Even my salad was disappointing with wilted, shriveled and apparently old lettuce. We will not be eating here again anytime soon. I gave 3 stars because the flavor of the zingers was good we just couldn’t enjoy them because they were to dry and overdone.

Very nice staff. My husband and I ordered the hamburger combo and it was fantastic! On the burger the meat was phenomenal it was actually bigger than the bun which you don't see happening anymore and that was a very nice treat. We were definitely full when we left there. The only one negative thing I have to say is that our waitress would come and go and be gone for a while and we needed stuff and we had to find her but she was super super nice, she had green hair and was super friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Our waitress Sky was super amazing. Had to send some food back, but the way the chef brought the new food out and the manager offered replacements was great. They've taken alot of good stuff off of the menu so it wasn't too appealing. Overall the customer service was great but the food could've been better.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I ordered wings and fries. They were not bad. After dinner I got the vanilla ice cream cake and it was good.

Amazingly different experience from Philips Hwy. location. Chef couldn’t follow simple request and also served up an obviously overcooked (or old) baked potato. Service was lackluster considering there were only a dozen customers in the whole restaurant. I really like Millers but I’ll avoid this location. There are better restaurants nearby to choose from.

Really like this restaurant. The menu has a wide variety of options so most people will find something they like. We have always had friendly, efficient waitresses so service is good. It's an easy place where you can relax and get a good meal.

My family and I went here for Mother's day. The food was great. My husband and had the prime rib and they were tender and cooked rare just the way we asked. My son enjoyed his food and he ordered a couple of appetizers - onion rings and loaded cheese fries - that we all enjoyed. The service was really good, too. They even put the TV closest to us on the NASCAR race when I asked them to. We will definitely come back here again.

Love Miller Ale house, we drove from Tennessee to Florida to bring my grandkids back from vacation and had to stop here for dinner. You can't go wrong eating here. they have a variety of foods to pic from they are all great and satisfying, and of course, we can't leave without having Captain Jack's buried treasure for dessert. It is a little upseting that they no longer have the Seafood Medley pasta. It was my favorite.

If I could, I would honestly give this run down establishment 0stars. Our waitress Grace was seemingly uncaring in every element of waiting on our table. The food was horrendous, late and overall inedible. My family went out to celebrate my husband's birthday and wanted somewhere that would fill everyone's appetites as well as watching football. Two of the six meals came out as everyone else was finished with their meals. The drinks took more than 20 minutes to come out. We have all agreed that we will not be returning to this once great restaurant. Thank you all for leaving us hungry. Thank you for the 143$ dog food.

When my wife and I walked in, we were not greeted by staff. We found our group easy enough due to an open layout. It was relatively empty with less than half the tables filled. Our party was about 20 and were provided 2 servers. Drink and appetizers were taken fairly quickly but took a long time for bar drinks to arrive. Drinks were refilled with slight delay, but there seemed to only be 1 server working after drink orders. The food was plentiful and delicious. The portion sizes were unexpected and a great value. Kids eat free on Tuesdays with entree. When it was time to get he bill, the server brought an incorrect bill. We had asked for a to-go box 4 times. We waited for almost 40 minutes after asking for the check to get be able to lay and get our box. I don't completely blame the servers as I do not think they were set up for success. If the restaurant took reservations, they may have been appropriately staffed to accommodate a large party with excellent service. My daughter ate the leftover food and would like to go get her own meal, but I am hesitant that the service will be sub-par.

Very slow service had to wait for everything we asked for 15 mins minimum. Even for a bar drink, 10 min for asking for ketchup and the food was not hot anymore. Even asking for a refill on a soda and had to wait excess amount of time. 8/25/2023 Came back a 2nd time & Brandi did a great job.

We went to have a drink and watch the Jag game. We sat at the bar which was clean and had two great bartenders. Hubby had a couple beers and I had a Strawberry Coconut Mojito and a Cherry Limeaide. Both were well balanced tasty drink but the mojito was the star. We also had a pretzel app which was surprisingly large and came with beer cheese and mustard. The mustard was like a honey spicy ground mustard. Tete was our bartender and was fantastic, attentive but not over bearing and made great drinks. The crowd was a mix of folks all ages and all friendly. Enjoyed our afternoon there.

They were out of multiple beers, and when I ordered an old fashioned I received a shot of whiskey. My wife's sweet potato fries were almost frozen in the middle and her veggie burger was cold as well (the cheese wasn't even melted). My kids' burgers were good and the Mac n cheese and broccoli were also very good.

Spinach artichoke dip was amazing! The burger was great too. Wish our fries were hot. Got loaded fries & the cheese wasn't even melted. Next trip was to Red Robin. Their fries were much better!

Decent sports bar type restaurant. No one was at the front to seat us and there were several people ahead of us waiting so we sat ourselves at the bar. My cilantro chicken was just ok. Not much flavor and rice was a little crunchy. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nachos. Portions were a good size. Our server/bartender was amazing and so were the drinks.

We were happy coming here because it was close to the movies. The service was great the waitress was nice. The food was horrible it tasted like everything was put in a microwave. The ribs looked old and the veggie burger tasted like it was put in a microwave. the food didn't have that grill flavor taste. We won't be coming back at all. They only thing that we were able to eat was the sides.
