Update: We had amazing food and friendly service again.. best kept secret downtown. Visit before you see a show at The Florida Theatre or at The Times Union Center. Every time we are in downtown Jax doing or seeing a show this is my go to spot. So many choice of delicious healthy.. or not so healthy foods! And great offer of beers as well! Fair prices too. Counter service to order and they bring you your food. I had the salmon rice bowl but subbed greens instead. Full of spinach and a large scoop of whipped goat cheese. I asked for the dressing on the side and they bring me a generous portion of the grilled and marinated onions and tomatoes sauce in a separate bowl. We also ordered yucca fries (OMG!!! SO GOOD)! We had the superfoods salad with lovely chunks of marinated steak, and a pita sandwich (hummus, greens, tomatoes, roasted red pepper, cucumber and garlic aioli. Absolutely a must go to place! Check out the hours though.. not open on the weekends.

The food looks pretty but the food was disgusting there was no flavor whatsoever the rice was raw and the steak wasn’t even medium. The fish was decent but the spinach was overly lemon tasting like ugh terrible experience

Cute little spot with lots of healthy, customizable options. I got the Buddha bowl with pork belly and it was delicious. The sandwiches are a little small, but they're not expensive. They also have a really fun beer menu if you're into that.

Everything tasted so freaking fresh here. I absolutely love coming here. I’m currently stuck getting the same thing the last few visits. That salmon plate is perfect. The kale & spinach mix - chefs kiss. My salmon is always juicy and tender. Never dry. Even the white rice it’s served on is buttery and yummy. I’m addicted at this point tbh.

This is one of my favorite places in downtown jax… definitely a hidden gem. When I worked downtown it was the go-to spot for everyone in my building. More recently I’ve noticed new items on their menu and they even have old school board games to play. I also love that they are open in the evenings and weekends unlike most restaurants downtown. It’s a must!! Try the Salmon Plate… you won’t regret it!

Salmon plate was absolutely delicious, salmon was cooked to perfection. and the people that work here are super nice.

This used to be my go to place for lunch. Each week I would dine here. My favorite was the pork belly bites. Well for some reason, my pork belly bites tasted old, and were so hard I could barely chew them. Also the pickled veggies it was served with were huge and not cut to bite size. I’m so disappointed because this was something I used to think of as a treat. I hope you’ll go back to the way you used to prepare the food. With fresh meats and well prepared food.

It was quite filling!! I loved the black bean burger I niseto know places have vegetarian meals! Good filling and loved to setting of the place it felt good and warm. 10/10 will come again

The food is not excellent but is good. Above the average. The price is a little bit over, however, if you mention you from downtown or working downtown, they will give u 10% off. The only thing I dislike about it is they give you the cheapest soy sauce pack in the market. The soy sauce literally makes the food taste worse than before. If they change the sauce to a better one I would definitely give it a five ⭐ The new chef Will is amazing! He is almost as good as the Boba Panda Tea Shop chef T.

On the day before Christmas, we stumbled into Superfood and Brew. We were looking for a place with vegan options where the meat-eaters and vegans in our group could enjoy a nice meal together. And we are happy to say we have no regrets! The dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. We ordered the Buddha Bowl with fried tofu, mango habanero wings, and the salmon BLT. The wings were perfectly sweet and spicy and can compete with Buffalo Wild Wings any day! The salmon on the BLT was full of flavor and cooked to perfection, and the bacon was crispy. The Buddha bowl was also delectable and complete with quinoa, an amazingly good sauce, greens, and slices of avocado. Everything was super healthful and scrumptious. This place is great! I got the blacked fish sandwich and OH MY LORD was is just AMAZING!!!!! I will be back here again. The whole thing was constructed amazingly well! And it was only $13. Also the dessert is to die for! This time is was lemon cake! Just typing the review my mouth is watering, and I haven’t even left the place yet!!! Thanks guys for the amazing food!

We stopped in Jacksonville to meet a friend and chose this restaurant based on reviews. It definitely did not disappoint! The espresso pork sandwich and the pretzelwich were so delicious, and the super food salad was extremely fresh and tasty. I usually don't eat dressing, but the house made rasberry vinaigrette was too tempting to miss. The portions were generous, especially for the price. They even have a basket of games to play near the counter.

We have been here twice in the same week after our first time! Great food, great energy, the space is chill and welcoming. Belly and body feel good after you eat here. 10/10 would recommend.

I've eaten at Super Food & Brew twice. One time for a quick meal and the other for a large company lunch. Both times the food was delicious and the staff was really friendly. Will continue recommending as a go-to spot in downtown.

Not only unimpressed, but offended. We ordered with a younger girl who seemed to be new at the job and not so thrilled to be there. We waited 30+ minutes before I asked to check on our food, where I noticed an older employee was eating her lunch on the expo counter and having a conversation with her other two coworkers, one who was clocking out for the day and the other who was standing around doing nothing. She put down her sandwich to pack my order, which was ready but sitting there ignored, without washing her hands. She then laughed and said “that’s embarrassing” 3 or 4 times, but offered no apology or resolution. The guac tasted pre packaged with that preservative taste. For some avocado toast and sandwiches, one of which was supposed to be vegetarian and was NOT, we waited 40 minutes and were late to our plans after grabbing what should have been a quick lunch.

This is my favorite place to get pork belly! The portion size is perfect, and the staff are very sweet and accommodating which makes a great atmosphere to enjoy the rest of my day. Perfect place to meet up with friends for a quick bite.

The food here is amazing. My first time here and I will definitely be back. Try the pork belly bites, amazing. The salmon bowl is delicious. Our waitress Aurora was amazing. Will be back definitely.

Tried several vegan options from the menu. Overall a good but not super mega ultra awesome but good.

Both times I've been here I had the teriyaki pork belly. The first time I just got the bites, the second time I got the sandwich. The pork belly here is amazing. The sandwich didn't have any mayo or sauce of any kind so I added some but it was still great. There wasn't enough meat for the bread they chose though. Also, I think you have to buy everything separately here as well. I didn't see any "meal" or "combo" options. I would eat here again. My friend let me try his fried Mac and cheese balls and they were delish!

Great lunch spot in downtown. Food is always tasty and great service. Only negatives are that they don’t serve coffee and that you may smell like the kitchen if you dine inside. If the weather is cooler, grab a seat outside and avoid that problem, plus you get to people watch

Ate here with my husband. The service was great and the people were very friendly. Deducting a star because I did get the chicken salad sandwich, and it barely had any chicken salad on it. But it did taste good. My husband had the cuban and he loved it.

Fresh veggies, delicious protein, friendly service. But mainly yummy whole food that tastes great. I had a bowl of quinoa w fresh spinach and tofu. My companion had fish sandwich. Locally owned. Amazing food.

The food was phenomenal. I got the kale salad with salmon and avocado and it was delicious. The dessert of the day was limoncello cake and it took me back to Europe. If you like healthy, delicious and organic food this place is for you. I’m definitely coming back 93892936383893 more times!!
