OK so this was our first time here and it was out of this world! The food and people were amazing. Everything was on point and we will certainly be back to any location we come across.

If you are ever in town stop by every day you are here so good. Got complimentary cinnamon biscuits for it being our first time. Iced coffee was delicious and I had the sausage biscuit and gravy soooo good. My bf had a chicken biscuit with gravy and egg and idk what else it’s was messy but so good. We also got some sweet potato fries that were great too.

First time my wife and I've been here and... we absolutely F@&*LOVE IT!!! The staff is super friendly, the maple coffee is delicious. I ordered the "five and dime" which is really, really good and my wife tried "the farmer" really awesome too, and on the side some potatoes. We found this place thanks to Google maps and whenever we comeback to Jax we'll definitely comeback to maple street!!! 11/15/2021- update So 2nd day in a row and we love even more this place, I was talking to the community leader telling him how delicious the food was and told him that we would like to try the cinnamon biscuits and he said that those where from the house!!! Which by the way they were really good 👍

The reason I came here because I saw all the wonderful reviews and pics of nice fluffy golden biscuits. I’m am highly disappointed that me and my wife’s biscuits look like chicken patties, flat, burnt, dry. I paid over $20 bucks and this is what I get.

If Google would let me rate more than 5 stars I would!!!! Where to start? The mimosa glasses were kept cold and delivered cold, the orange juice was NOT JUST SIMPLY ORANGE but R E A L oranges squeezed by a juicer!!!!!!! Delicious! All the biscuit flavor choices and smashbrown sides had the perfect softness with crunch and perfect flavor!!!!!!! Their coffee had a delicious maple flavor that is unique to this area!!! The staff was fun entertaining and the best!!! The list goes on! 1000 stars! You're missing out if you don't go here!

Classic biscuit and gravy is to die for. So good. Also had fresh squeezed orange juice. They actually use real Maple syrup too. Thank you for an amazing breakfast.

Ordered the Cowboy biscuit. I should have listened to the cashier lady when she asked if I wanted any silverware. Thing was massive. I’m a big guy but that was a big boy biscuit for sure. Gravy is scratch made and really thick. Country fried steak lost a lot of its breading while I was eating it. Didn’t seem to stick to the meat very well. Steak was kind of salt bland but the thing was peppered heavy. Gravy was the star on the plate though. Biscuits coming in tied for second with the bacon. Third place was the the thick cheddar still being good as always but not taking over the show. The steak and egg was nothing to write home about but they bribed me with enough flavor elsewhere on the sandwich for me to order it again.

First time I had scrambled eggs made in a waffle iron! Eggs were fluffy and hot! Free refills on the coffee. Biscuit with the apple butter was amazing!! Staff friendly! Street parking! Your order name is based on your answer of the question of the month! Cute and original concept!

Wasn't expecting this breakfast, was pleasantly surprised. Awesome food and service. Taste like grandma's biscuits, made with love. Waffle and hash browns were delicious as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience 😊.

We order the same thing every time without hesitation. Five and dime and the Farmer. The food never disappoints. Smashbrowns are a great sharable side. Food was done quick and staff was friendly bringing out a water bowl and treats for our dog.

Pretty popular overrated spot. I must say… initially I was comfortable in the atmosphere. Once we ordered our food, I realized that the restaurant wasn’t as clean as it should. The tables outside had food and spiderwebs all over it. I also went to the fountain to get some water, and there was black stuff all over the fountain and ice filter, as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I had to purchase bottled water due to the lack of sanitation in this establishment. The food was OK. I had the grits and a chicken biscuit. I must say the grits were hundred percent delicious. The chicken biscuit on the other hand was a little hard. But the chicken had flavor. I hope they deep clean this restaurant and I think the atmosphere would be a lot better!

Maple Street Biscuit Company- Jacksonville, FL- 4 Stars Finding myself in the teeming metropolitan area of Jacksonville, FL I began to hear some rumbly from my tumbly and knew it was time to dine. Punching my coordinates into my ever-present random name generator I was greeted with the blinking name of Maple Street Biscuit Company. Always in the mood for biscuits, I set course and soon arrived at my destination. My editor has informed me that Maple Street Biscuit Company came from very humble beginnings in 2012 to now encompass a small chain comprising 36 locations throughout the South East and as far west as the Lone Star State. Not bad considering the entire country was shut down for about 2 years there. Glancing at the menu the first thing that hit me was that while I am living in an area where the bulk of the population is relatively poor (Palm Bay) and the wealthier areas consist of engineers who have zero creative brain power, we don't get restaurants like this in Bree VARD county. The menu was creatively out of this world. You had Frittaffles (frittata like waffles?), biscuits that wowed, waffles with flavors like Asiago and bacon, a mimosa bar and of course plenty of coffees. Sadly, I was remiss in taking note of and subsequently forgot my server's name, but rest assured they were on the ball and left nothing lacking in their service. Anyway, I placed an order for the Farmer Biscuit with a side of fresh-squeezed OJ. After a few minutes, my server returned and as I snapped a few pictures I was mesmerized by the odoriferous delicacies meeting my olfactory sense. Wow, if this tasted half as good as it smelled, I was about to be in breakfast paradise. To begin with, the biscuit itself was obviously homemade and not a frozen heat-n-serve from a food supply company (read what you will into that). It was flaky, dense and a pure delight on the palate. The chicken is farm fresh and dredged in the most remarkably flavorful dredge I have yet encountered in my culinary adventures. The bacon. Wow. The bacon is like nothing I have ever been served. This is the only bacon I've had that is on par with the eponymous COVID victim Darci's Bacon Blues. The Big Boy says, "For farm-fresh breakfast foods and out-of-this-world bacon, I am sure any location of Maple Street Biscuit Company will do ya grand!" #bigboydiningout #bigboy

Great Location with the option of indoor and outdoor seating. Something I found interesting was they asked for the title of your favorite book instead of your name ( theme changes monthly) Good prices especially for what you get. Service was friendly, fast and food was great as well.

Excellent place to have a delicious meal on a Sunday or any day that you are craving for a good all American breakfast and more. My husband and I had the Veggie Frittafle and it was just delicious, a combo of veggie omelettes and waffles, amazing flavor. The rest of my family ordered each Belgium waffles with strawberries and whip cream. The biscuit was so tasty. We forgot to take pics of our dishes but the staff was so helpful and kind to help us with all the requests and service. Definitely a place to go in San Marcos and walked off the calories by walking around the nice area. 👏👏👏👍🏻

I cannot recommend Maple Street Biscuit Company enough. The sausage meatballs were literally unforgettable. They were perfect with every bite. Also got the Five and Dime sandwich and that was incredible too. Price was low and portions sizes were plentiful. If I’m ever remotely in the area again I will be stopping back.

My first time in Jax and I have to say that I don't want to leave here because of Maple Street Biscuits. This is the BEST place ever, the food is so good, you can taste everything fresh and the coffee is from another dimension, you have to try the Maple one. I'll definitely come back and you should go, right now. Also the music, the place so cozy and the staff is great.

Good service & good food. The only issue was the silverware. There were a few forks that needed a bit more cleaning. I told the manager & he seemed concerned.

Food was good. Overpriced in my opinion. Iced latte was delicious. Service was good, cashier made good recommendations since this was our first time.

While visiting Jacksonville, we went to breakfast in the San Marcos section of town. While there, we stopped at the Maple Street Biscuit Company. I love biscuits and gravy, so I ordered the High Steaks. Sadly, it was just ok. The Biscuit itself was bomb! The steak was a little grissley, but the gravy was good. It just arrived to the table a little slower than I would like, causing the gravy to kind of get a skin on it from sitting too long. We also ordered the Potatoes O'Ryan Bowl and the Bluegrass Grits Bowl. Those were delicious but sat too long. We were there in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. Probably about 5 customers at the time. The atmosphere was nice except my complaint would be that the restaurant needed cleaning. The bathrooms were not clean. There was thick dust on the light fixtures and vent in the ceiling. The floor needed to be swept. It just looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. The dusty fixtures, even longer. There are 2 locations, and maybe the other one is a little cleaner. This one on San Marco needed some help. I would say, do a real good cleaning and don't let the food die in the window and this place is great. Overall, just ok.

I don’t know how they do it but they have the best fried chicken biscuits. Oh my god. It’s like I took a bite into heaven. And they also are really fun and creative here, they have a different question every month and this month was “what’s your favorite scary movie” and your answer is what they call out for you to come pick up your food!! I said five nights at Freddy’s and the cashier was so excited and so friendly haha. Good spot to visit.

They take your order at the counter and drop your food off at the same place. Don't expect wait staff to come ask how it was after you got it. I ordered the Cowboy, which I expected was going to be a country fried steak. They put it inside a biscuit topped with an egg to hide the shame of what they did to that poor rubbery piece of steak. It was literally the size of a single bite, and had no actual breading attached. The shittake mushroom gravy that I was excited for came in a congealed gelatinous blob next to the biscuit "Sandwich". And it cost $13. I get two biscuit sandwiches of better quality at the Village bread Cafe for $7. The atmosphere is like sitting in a cheap dive bar where you always have to bug the bartender to get service. Kind of reminds me of the crew on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Such a wonderful experience for all of the senses. The ambiance is perfect, the staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated - they have fun and they are friendly, the smell is deliciousness and fresh brewed coffee combined, and the tastebuds will NOT be disappointed. If you are ever in the area, don’t you yourself a disservice by missing out on this perfect spot and get the Five and Dime with a side of maple syrup. Yummo

This is called the Cowboy it’s a new menu item ..it’s a monster everything you could want for breakfast in one sandwich!! Very Yum I’d recommend it for sure! My first time here they treated me like family soon as I walked in! Explained the menu and they don’t ask for your name they ask what makes you Smile 🕶

While smaller/cosier than my local Maple St, this location has the character of a city coffee shop, with the menu I know and love. Tables are generally communal if you haven't been before - and there's a back section that looks great for meetups or bigger groups to talk in a quieter space. Friendly and fun staff as you'd expect and the now familiar "question of the day" to identify you when your order is ready :-)

The biscuit sandwich was delicious. I went there for the 1st time on Monday with my best friend and husband.

I liked my biscuit, but they are very small and the portion of chicken was very small as well. The price was $9.95. My wife and I ate here and got two biscuits and one coffee and it was around $25 with tax. I was still hungry. Had I ordered two we would have been over $35 for breakfast for two and that's at what amounts to a fast food dining experience. We won't be back. It's not worth it.

I adore the heavy handed pepper that makes the sausage gravy biscuits so good! The best fried green tomatoes in Jacksonville!!! I’m not even going to say anything about The Five that I didn’t order today.

Eaten at a few different locations. Most of the time, I'm completely satisfied with food and service. This morning we ordered orange juice with our meals. Twenty minutes after getting our food ... the orange juice was finally ready. It was good though!!

Came here since the wait at First Watch was almost an hour. I had been meaning to try it since 2019, just never had the opportunity to. There was a bunch of different foods to choose from. I ordered the toasted bread pudding with seven mini biscuits and had apple butter and the b2 berry jam as the dips. My daughter had the kids waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries, topped with whip cream. My partner had a friend chicken egg biscuit. He said there was a bit of a spicy flavor to it, but he enjoyed it. The only thing that bothers me is that they didn't have any non dairy options. That's not really fair that as someone who can't have dairy, I have to suffer and not enjoy my drink. I couldn't have their OJ either, because I also have a sensitivity to citric acid. We sat outside since there was no inside seating.
