    So I was eating the Bacon chicken ranch sandwich and I bit into a bone, chipped and loosened a tooth, called and told store, they said they do not quality control or check their food, the store would not give me my money back, nor would the owner of the store. The worst pizza business I have ever seen or dealt with. They said its corporate job to check the food and make sure you or I won't get items in our food. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY WILL LET ANYTHING GO OUT THE DOORS AND NOT CHECK IT TO SEE IF IT WILL HURT OR KILL SOMEONE, WATCH OUT PEOPLE, THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING BUT THE MONEY, THEY DONT CARE WHO THEY HURT OR KILL, JUST GET THE FOOD OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND NOTHING ELSE.

    I love Domino's food and this is the closest location to me so I tend to order frequently from here. Food tastes great - what I'd expect from Domino's, however this location needs help bad. This location has been super slow in delivering food on more than one occasion and then last night I was delivered an expired salad (ordered 4/2/18, said to use by 3/29/18 on package). So, if you order food here it's probably better to pick it up instead of having it delivered and if you order a salad, check the dates before you leave or before the delivery person leaves.

    I normally would give a good review but I actually ordered the extra cheese on the pizza For $3 more. See what it look like? The tater tots were just as burnt they didn't even fill up the piece of paper. As advertised. I guess it really do depend on who the cook is and the people are there.🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    We ordered a 14 in BBQ Chicken pizza along with a couple other items. Got home with it and had chicken wings. Called to let them know & Tony wouldn't make it right wout us paying even MORE .. and I'm a tipping customer. Never again with this location, ever. So much for $3 pick up tip huh Tony?

    Terrible service. I ordered on the mobile app, the pizza tracker said that the food was done cooking at 7:16 and that an employee was quality checking the order. AN HOUR LATER and nothing, I called the store 20 times and there was no answer! It just rang and rang. A few times it wouldn’t even connect, saying the line was busy. I won’t be ordering from this location again

    This location is terrible with delivery. I ordered my food and it came 3 hours later. They weren’t even answering the phones, I’ve been calling trying to cancel. Now I’m paying over 20 dollars to eat 3 hours later. This is ridiculous. When they delivered my food they knocked on the door and I opened it and my food was on the ground. It wasn’t in a bag or anything. And the sauces just thrown on top. My food was also cold and when it got here.

    Girl at register hit cancel transaction twice as I entered my company card, I told her she must've hitit by accident she replied I need to put card in correctly. I reinsert card she once again hit transaction cancel button. I ask if she is new as she seemed improperly trained or nervous. She stated no I'm not new your card is no good, aj came by register I inserted card no problem. I once again ask if she is new she says No I say then you're incompetent and leave. Pizza was cold, greasy and had no sauce and the smallest amount of pineapple and pepperoni ever. I will NEVER buy another item from this franchise

    Ordered delivery added in notes new apt complex and still did not receive my food. The driver called and wanted to argue about the address not being on the receipt then threatened to take the pizza back to the store. I ended up meeting him at the store where I asked for a manager and instead of a manager the delivery driver continued to argue about the address as it appeared on the receipt. A manager never came to see what the concern was instead there was just back and forth with the only solution being my refund. When I received the receipt the address was on there clear as day but the delivery driver was persistent. When I asked the guy at the register who provided the receipt for the number to dominoes he told me 1800-dominoe which is not a correct number for the establishment. No one in this location was professional enough to address the concern or acknowledge the error instead there was a unnecessary argument and I was inconvenienced greatly. Will never return to this location and might not return to a dominoes at all. Horrible experience.

    Called to place an order. No live person, just a computer service. Not able to ask about specials. Missed an item I ordered. Pizza was good, but I will not shop a there again. I'll go somewhere where I can get someone on the phone.

    Late night me and kids was hungry so we called and ordered the carry out special. They can get a little busy at times but I never had any problems with orders.

    Stood at the counter for 15 mins without being greeted. There were 2 employees in the building. I'm not sure of how many delivery orders they had but it was only me inside as a customer. The woman came out of the kitchen area and came to the register to start printing tickets and still did not acknowledge that I was standing there. Never even said " give me a moment and I'll b right with u"

    The "assistant mngr" supposedly says if the app is not working and I shown her in her face it's not working and I want to buy pizzas she is not able to honor the price for the pizzas becuz it is online and has nothing to do with her business. I don't kno what kind of business Domino's is running if they are not able to honor a price because of their issue and not the customers issue. Now I clearly understand why this store is rated a 3.. I should have known better to try and get pizza here.

    I just took down the 5 stars and glowing review on this location. I have received two emails from two different deliveries that went wrong promising me 60 points and those points are in my account. Well they're not, I have 20 points instead of 120. I am so disappointed. This is my favorite location. I have been calling since 945 pm and its 1102 now nobody has answered. Someone had better fix this problem. How are people supposed to call in an order. Now due to this locations ineptitude my family has nothing for dinner. Nothing to eat and all because someone can't answer the phone.

    This has to be the worst Domino's pizza in Jacksonville. Food is disgusting! Tried calling but no one would answer. So I went up to the store and they were not busy just not answering the phone. I will never go again. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store

    This place sucks! Not only do they take forever to deliver 1 pizza, but then they never call when my pizza still hadn't been delivered for 2 hours. No one answers the phone either. The one time I decide not to order from pizza hut, they do something this wack.

    Have lived in several states and on the average Domino's has been the better pizza, except for tonight. We asked for extra cheese, we got hardly any. We asked for extra sausage, again low in sausage. This time we were very disapointed.

    I never wrote a review for any place before. I always recommended this dominoes as I've never had a bad experience with them before but today i ordered two pizzas and one of them was completely wrong, i double checked my reciept to see if i had entered that order in error and i did not. I spent 63 dollars on 2 pizzas because i like to tip well, im disappointed because i essentially spent 63 on 1 pizza ... you cannot get a live human on the phone at all. I always recommend this place and i try to give the benefit of the doubt but i have to say i may not order here again especially after seeing the other reviews now - i guess i got lucky every other time i ordered in the past and today my luck ran out my pizza is trash. Enjoy the good tip tho

    We LOVE Pizza Hut. I specifically live this location. They usually always get my order correct. (They're human so....) But the customer service is always excellent. The delivery drivers are nice and they treat your items with care.

    Terrible management, ordered plenty of times, driver can’t find the address 1.5hrs after I order my pizza and I get a call saying they can’t find it. Have to come pick up cold pizza. Needs management that has skill

    Your website states that it was going to be a contactless delivery. I’ve ordered from you three times, and every time instead of the person leaving my pizza on my bench in my doorway, they ring my bell and stand there with my pizza in their hand. If it’s contactless, it should be contactless since I’ve already paid and tipped online. At this point, I’ll have to think hard about purchasing pizza from you again.

    This management is awful here. Tried to cancel my order as soon as i placed it because it estimated 130 minutes for delivery on a Thursday night. No one picked up the phone and there’s no other way to cancel. Ordered at 8:26 and didn’t get it until after 10. Ordered for an easy dinner and might as well have cooked at that point. Awful.

    I gotta say I order at least 2 x every single week and have been for the last 6-8 months and they have never got my order wrong at most they forgot a bbq sauce. But even then maybe only 2 time. They understood the assignment every time !

    Customer service was really chill, unfortunately they gave me the wrong pizza. Sausage, pepperoni, and ham. Much different than pineapple, ham, and onion. For some reason the cheese in the sticks were still unmelted? Online customer service is a nightmare to find, not their fault. If my boyfriend didnt eat it anyways id call and complain.

    We were given pizza delivered to an abandoned bank downtown where a lot of homeless people slept I thought it was a nice thing for dominoes to do it was good I left half there for someone but have not had tb e pizza again god bless us all

    Its Teresa for me her attitude VERY RUDE. I ordered a veggie 🍕 pizza asked for spice packs she gave me two asked for a few more. I was advised very rudely its only 2per pizza. I asked the cost she was soooo snappy. Being in face to face customer service can be challenging but if she applied to Dominos why take it out on me. I was told she had an issue with another customer before me not sure why i should have to take the back lash.

    I have to be honest my experience is normally amazing… But this time was different ..I ordered my family’s normal pizza bundle 2 medium pizzas ,bread bites and my 6 year old son’s favorite cinnamon bread…. I also used 60 reward points for a free pizza adding up to 3 pizzas ..So My husband went to pick up our order and as he was pulling back into our driveway I received a call from domino’s saying that they where sorry but somehow they didn’t give my husband all of the order ..so he would need to come back to the store to get the pizza that was forgotten ….So my husband dropped of the food so that the kids could eat and headed back up to dominos ..after opening what should have been the cinnamon bread box I realized that they gave us cheese bread and not cinnamon bread so I called the store and was told that they would make them and put it with my pizza … I didn’t know I had to check my entire order so …after I got off the phone I open the box of pizza that should have been Pepperoni and bacon but it wasn’t it had extra olives on it .. I didn’t want to bother my husband with coming home and taking the pizza back so I picked the olives off and tried to call the store to let them know what happened… And I didn’t receive an answer .. so after a couple of hours I finally spoke with someone who was overly nasty I tried to explain to the manager that I really tried to work with the pizza by removing the toppings that I didn’t order and it was not working for my family and that my thin crust pizza had so much cheese and sauce that it was no longer crunchy .. the manager didn’t want to hear me out he then told me in order to get a refund I would have to bring the pizzas back to the store. I explain to him that I live 15 minutes away and that I’ve already been to the store twice and that I would not have a problem with receiving a store credit for the pizzas ..He then said OK I can give you credit for one pizza, but if you want more than that, you have to come in the store he wasn’t nice at all, so from this day forward, I probably will not order any more pizza from103rd St in Jacksonville, Florida. Thank you so much …
