Traveled from out of town and stopped here. I Ordered online and parked next to the curbside pick-up sign because there is only 1 curbside spot. OK, COOL! I called in to let them know I placed an order online and that I parked next to the sign due to the spot being taken so they could find me and the girl whom answered asked me “ so you want us to bring you your items???!” I paused as I was shocked I was even asked that the way it was asked. Soooooo yea if curbside is not a thing anymore just say that. 🙃 Anyways, I walked in and spoke and was greeted back only by a gentleman. The female cashier kept her head down. Your the face of the company, smile!

Disappointed in this operation. One nothing here is priced on the shelves. Two their corporate entity decided to do away with the styrofoam cups, threw their $5 Friday smoothies are mostly $6 dollars because now their calling them meal replacements and charging an extra dollar. It’s the principle of their advertising tactics. Again it’s disappointing.

Sooooooo!!!!! I go to smoothie king 2-3 times a week at different locations around JAX! I come to this location cause its closest to me. Its 5:45pm. I came here to get a Medium smoothie with an enhancer. I placed my order and then 2 people came in behind. I'm waiting for my smoothie, the people behind me get their 2 smoothies fixed. When it came time for mine, I asked the white short girl with short hair if I could get the rest in a cup as I ask at the other stores of need be. They've actually offered to do that and never mentioned a charge. This girl said she had to charge me for a cup? Said that she had to charge because it wasn't a half cup full. Um, as much money as I spend with Smoothie King, I want all my smoothie especially when I get an enhancer because then you're cheating me out of my enhancer!!! While I like the points and all, at the end of the day, its too many other smoothie places around now to be doing that to people. Give people all of their smoothie!!!!! 💯

Looooove the Angel Food smoothie! I like that I can add protein or other vitamins without compromising taste. You can also add yogurt to give it a more creamy texture. On Fridays, all smoothies are on sale for $5, which is like half off.

Sent my husband to this location yesterday around 8pm to get my usual Caribbean way smoothie and had a coupon for him to get one 20oz for free. He let the cashier know about the coupon ans she said ok. She rang up the order and caahed it out without giving him instructions on how to use it. He called me and i told him to download the app and sign in to our account. After doing so he told the young lady of the situation and she said that she could not correct it. He asked could she refund it and then rering it and ahe said that her manager was not there and would not allow her to do so. He then aaked how can this be rectified. A male associate came out and corrected the situation and he was able to get both drinks and leave. After drinking half of my drink im horrified to find this..I dont know if it is hair or what but its gross..I honestly hope that this was not an act of retaliation!!! HORRIBLE!!

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff for the most part. Always great smoothies. My preferred location to visit.

The smoothies are wonderful, with great variety. I only really come here on Fridays because of the very high prices on any other day. They also make healthier smoothies for anyone avoiding the sugar. The service is nice aswell, usually in and out within 3 minutes.

When I first walked in, the employee looked dead at me walked to the back. Didn’t speak the other employee was pulling trash. It was completely empty. I had to ask someone to take my order. He splashed sugar all over me and didn’t apologize. Just a bad vibe.

1st time at this location and very happy we found it. WONDERFUL staff, VERY clean, and the bowls were AMAZING. GREAT 1ST time experience.

Gracie was so sweet and helpful!! I wasn't sure what to order, so she suggested something for me and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

A few months ago I recently started working in the Riverside area and was very happy to know that there was a smoothie king close by. I have order there maybe 12 times and I think they've only gotten my order right twice. There is no organization, and no one makes it an effort to move with urgency. My smoothie has been late MANY times (even ordering online), sometimes it's not fully blended and there are chunks in there or sometimes it has to be remade. I have always love Smoothie king, but this location is NOT it! Today was the last straw (7/31/2020). Towards the end of my smoothie, this is what I found. (Photo inserted)

Amazing customer service, took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I got in my car. I love coming to this location especially the staff and the smoothie are always made with love

I LOVEEEE the pineapple surf. I let them know my last visit & she added frozen yogurt instead as a suggestion free of charge! It tasted like a milkshake!

Clean, calm and quiet. I ordered ahead and my smoothie was prepared in a timely fashion. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

Service has gone down hill. You have to provide the cashier with good customer service. for example, you have to greet them when you walk in.

Love this spot! Staff super nice and attentive. They make they best smoothies!

Don’t go to this location! The young lady (blackhair with blonde on the bottom) behind the counter was having a tough time changing the receipt paper and after about five mins she looked up and rudely said “do you need more time?” I said no and told her what I wanted but she wasn’t at even at l the register to type the order! I would recommend ANY smoothie king but this one. The difference in customer service between this location and others is a night and day comparison, I was just trying to get a freakin smoothie man….😒

This is my closest location to home. Ice never had an issue here. The staff have always been great. I'm usually here once or twice a week. I order the Angel Food smoothie. It's a strawberry banana flavored drink. I make sure that I take the non fat milk out of it since I'm dairy sensitive. Still tastes great. My partner generally gets the Angel Food smoothie too. I also get my daughter the lil angel when we go. I've only added the energy enhancer once, but I can definitely taste the difference when I do. If I couldn't taste it, I might add it more. I tried their vegan pumpkin one a few weeks ago. It was okay, but I probably wouldn't have it again. Their Watermelon X-treme was also good when they had the samples over the summer. There was a change of management recently so they were closed for a few days. The town center location said that they had taken over the store, since these are franchises. But it m glad to have it back open. Most of my orders are put in online so I can earn points to redeem for $2 dollar off rewards. It's also in a convenient location too. I wish they had more out here.
